I felt the need to update this review, especially after my last few visits being lackluster. First, when this store first opened, the food was always made fresh and delicious. The last 3 times I've been since December, it seems as if the chicken or the beef has been precooked inside to the side. Resulting in a half dried out, lukewarm mess. This recent visit, my roll was broken and contents of the sandwich... a wreck. Dried bits, slightly tender pieces, void of all seasoning. Sparse peppers and onions, despite ordering extra. Lettuce and tomato wilted. The only reason there are 3 stars, is due to the friendly employees. I'm not sure when I'll back after this recent debacle. I'm tired of losing money.

Hot new business in the neighborhood! It is truly needed because there aren't other businesses that solely focus on selling cheesesteaks. I'm happy that they are here.I was in the area and decided to support the new business and because I was hungryyyyyy. I purchased the regular size Philly cheesesteak minus the green peppers, onions and mushrooms and an order of 10 pieces of hot honey boneless chicken.I definitely enjoyed my entire meal and will patronize this business again. Hope that it is a successful business.

Went here twice and both times the food was horrible. Wings were over done and dry. The cheesesteak was worse than the wing, dry and flavorless. Best thing was the chocolate shake.

I LOVE Charley's. I've been enjoying for well over ten years in the south. So when I discovered this location in Brooklyn I was more than ecstatic! However, can yall please PLEASE PLEASEEEEE put the extra garlic parm sauces in my bag when I do an online order via uber eats? I want to give a five star rating so bad but come on. It's been so many times I've ordered and I PAY for my extra sauces but yet there's none in the bag. Once I ordered mozzarella sticks and there was no sauce. So again I ask.. can you PLEASE remember to put the sauce in my bag? I BEG.

they ice cream machine " never works" I can count on both my hands and feet how many times I've walked in this establishment and they said " Ice cream machine don't work" the whole time a employee told me it just wasn't clean , isn't all machines suppose to be cleaned BEFORE & after shift? they so lazy!!!! the only helpful one is the boy with long the hair very respectful and always going above and beyond !
