I came here for dinner one evening and it was a pretty good meal! The inside of the restaurant is a bit small and cozy, but probably not ideal for big parties. The service here took a while to take our order, but the food came out pretty fast.I got the salad rolls and both my friend and I got their pho. Both were pretty good, but a bit lacking in protein. I wish the salad rolls had some more shrimp in them, but the veggies, noodles, and sauce were good! The pho broth was rich and warm. Overall, not a bad spot for Viet food!

I came by on a Saturday dinner with a friend - the restaurant was pretty full but we were still immediately seated. We ordered the crispy spring rolls to start, and I got the Cha Pa's Pho (meat lover). The spring rolls were tasty and perfectly crisp, but quite small and thought the sauce could've been more fragrant/flavorful. The pho was not bad but not the best. I was excited for the bone-in short rib since I'd always wanted to try it in pho and that exceeded expectations. The beef was abundant - both the short rib and brisket. The short rib was delicious and incredibly tender. Where it fell short was mainly with the basics like the broth and noodle texture. The broth could've been more flavorful; and although I liked that the noodles were a little wider/thicker than other pho noodles I'd typically had, it was slightly overcooked/could've been more al dente, sometimes falling apart when picking them up. Overall, I would probably give this restaurant closer to a 3.5 but rounded up. That being said, my friend loves this place so maybe they were having an off day but I'd be interested in coming back and trying some other dishes like banh mi/vermicelli.

I really appreciate their vast menu, quick service and ample seating capabilities. Noodles and grill can never do no wrong... but prices feel over the top and more than I'd expect for a Vietnamese restaurant. It's hard to get a table, too, sometimes. Reserve early! Great place for big groups and easily accessible across multiple parts of the city being close to a few subway lines. Overall decent!

Really great for a quick bite and some warm pho on a cold day. Get there before 12pm if you can, it fills up very quick. Their bahn mi sandwich is also very good. Would also definitely recommend the chicken wings!

Checked this place out for the first time and ordered the Beef Pho with an extra side of grilled pork. I love that the grilled pork chops came cut and it was super tender and juicy. The Pho was also hearty with the perfect amount of noodles. This cozy restaurant has a nice and warm ambiance making it a great spot to enjoy the noodles.

Excellent Vietnamese restaurant close to Broadway. We had summer rolls with shrimp and pho. We both had meatballs and I added tripe to mine. The summer rolls were fresh and delicious. The pho broth was some of the best, maybe the best, we have ever had; and that includes Vietnam. The meatballs were equally flavorful, and perfectly chewy. The tripe added another element to the already great dish. Service was friendly and fast. The restaurant wasn't big but very pretty and comfortable. Prices were fairly reasonable. Loved it start to finish!

Food 6/10Their steak and rice was very good and so was their vermicelli bowl. Unfortunately, I got neither of those and my pho special was very mid. Their loaded fries were indeed loaded, and as someone who doesn't even like fries, I still chomped away. Heard their banh mi was exceptional, but we did not end up ordering any.Atmosphere 7/10A little dark interior, but very clean and plenty of seating.Service 7/10Solid service, nothing to complain about.

Cha Pa's Noodles and Grill serves solid Vietnamese food and is located in the heart of Hell's Kitchen. When we visited, the restaurant was packed. They don't take reservations, so we were lucky to snag a table for two in under 5 minutes for Sunday lunch. We ordered the grilled lemongrass pork chop and the house-special fried rice to share, along with a Hanoi lager for refreshment. The 2 sizable pork chops were filling and grilled to perfection thanks to the marinade. The food arrived promptly, and despite the busy atmosphere, we didn't feel rushed. The staff were genuinely friendly and checked on us often. We look forward to returning to try their Pho or explore their dinner menu."

Great vietnamese food. The best around Time Square and Hell's Kitchen I'd say. The food came out so fast. Everything tasted delish! I always go to this place everytime I crave Vietnamese food. Highly recommend the pho and fried spring rolls.
