Nice new Cecconi's location in Nomad / Flatiron in The Ned Nomad hotel. Only came here for after dinner drinks, but the vibe / ambiance, staff, and drinks were all great. Walked right in and sat at the bar around 9. Great stools! Bartender was friendly but knew to leave us alone to talk (honestly more bartenders should take note of this). Ordered the Martini #2 - incredible

Had a delish brunch here last Saturday. My hubs had the pancakes and Eggs Benedict. I had the ricotta appetizer and the eggplant ( this is my death row meal) The eggplant at Cecconi's is the BEST EVER and I'm Italian and have had my mom's ( pssst don't tell her LOL.) I had the gelato for dessert. YUM!! The hostess was so nice and the waiters were very attentive. Cute place too. I wanted to check out the other restaurant at the hotel, but it wasn't open. I hope to be back!

My experience at Cecconi's was a good one. The waiter was super cool and the bartender makes the best espresso martinis in my opinion. The ambiance was nice, super clean elegant and the view was amazing, they were nice to let us in with no reservation, although the place was packed.

Walked in with a warm welcome on a wintery evening after a long cross country flight. The Martini No 2 delivered quick and tasty antidote to that discomfort while I enjoyed the fresh and vibrant kale and avocado salad before the hearty rigatoni bolognese and rich cacio de Pepe arrived. The salted caramel profiteroles were a lovely ending to this comfort food meal we desired. This cosy and comforting dining room was not what I expected from a restaurant attached to a hotel but now the Ned will be an option for my next stay.

The food at Cecconi's was inedible. The waitstaff unprofessional and lacking any level of enthusiasm or motivation to provide a fine dining experience. I assume this place is going to close down soon...it will not survive like this.

We were staying at the Ned hotel and had breakfast here. Upscale and elegantly decorated dining room. We had the avocado toast (good portion and the basil added extra freshness) and the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. Americano and chai latte were also made well.5/5 for service! They were extremely accommodating with a food intolerance and our server even shook our hands as we left. So welcoming!

Cecconi's NoMad is such a delightful experience. Hosts are attentive and warm, servers are welcoming and did a great job at offering suggestions for the menu selections. Their whipped ricotta is a must try, followed by the Tuna (Cecconi's style), Meatballs, Octopus and pretty much any pasta dish will have you in bliss. Kudos to the entire team for navigating such a full house with exceptional grace and service. Ambiance was fresh and bright during my breakfast visits and warm and cozy during evening hours. Drinks are always a hit.

Let down! I am not sure why this place was recommended to us. We went thinking we would have really tasty Italian food but we ended up getting mediocre service from our waiter and sub-par food. Our hope was to visit the Dumbo location, but we ended up at Broadway and they were accommodating. The ambiance was decent, the location was good, however the bathroom was in a creepy spot and I can't get over how rude our waiter was. It felt like we were being rushed the entire night. The food lacked dimension and when we asked for salt, the waiter said there was no salt in the restaurant. He ran around the restaurant looking for a dispenser with a few grains and after the third dispenser, we gave up. Tasty food items were: whipped ricotta, arugula side salad, side of potatoesMediocre food: complimentary bread (tomatoes make the focaccia mushy), bland eggplant parmigiana, octopus, chicken paillard, and Branzino Waste of time: calamari
