Perfect!!! The perfect balance of date spot and family spot!!!! The bar downstairs is perfect and the upstairs is beautiful. the 5th floor is just perfect!!!! The people downstairs are a little racist and they won't let you in if you're not dressed appropriately! Make sure you make reservations in advance when you come here.

The food is actually very good. The service is very regimented and professional, but not quite as buttery smooth as it would be at some other $$$$-type spots. The pricing on certain items is frankly a bit nuts. But that may well be a feature and not a bug.I can picture why there could be so many low ratings. I was aware of this before visiting, so my expectations were lowered, and they were then handily beaten. I did leave feeling lighter (few calories gained, much weight gone from wallet), yet oddly satisfied by the experience. That said, I didn't face the service issues that some others did.

The place looks romantic, the staff were pleasant. Food portion sizes are too small and over priced. The flavor is delicious. Reduce the prices, add more food to the dishes. All dishes should come with a standard side. NO drink should be $25 that's unexceptionable.

Great party spot. Multifloor venue in UES with very professional staff. Good choices of appetizers going around. The drink options are more limited, but fair.Fun get together spot overall.

Absolutely beautiful bar great ambiance. Food was very good but a little pricy. The service was as good as any New York restaurant which was excellent. Overall the cocktails and the dishes were very good. The pudding is a must to order.

Great ambiance for a nice ladies lunch. Food is okay - you are in for the experience and relaxing time.

I honestly never leave reviews, but this place was entirely underwhelming. The aesthetic was beautiful and that's it. The tables were way too close together, the service wasn't that great, the staff were also rude and played favorites with customers. There were also plenty of judgmental people. I also felt like this whole place gave me cult vibes it was extremely weird. And to top it off the food was very mediocre. There was absolutely nothing special about this place other than the aesthetic. Just another overpriced place in the city that wasn't worth paying for. And I have no problem overspending, but it truly was NOT worth spending money on for a mediocre and unlikable environment. Wouldn't go back honestly.

Food was too expensive for the portion and taste. 6 pieces of tiny ravioli for nearly $30 is foul.We ordered lamb chops and duck but were given butter knives, we asked for a better knife, they said that's all they have. You'd think they'd have steak knives as they have steak on the menu. It was a literal butter knife that couldn't even cut.Waited dropped and shattered a glass behind us, glass shards hit us and was on my lap.Workers were not friendly, all seemed like they did not want to be there. They are rude. They make comments if you want to go to the bathroom or hallway to take photos.

I had an amazing experience at Casa Cruz last week. I've been to many similar restaurants, but this one truly stands out. The service was exceptional. The host Jenny was amazing. She was really helpful and Gentle. The whole team worked together to provide a flawless eating and drinking experience. Plus manager Silvia was professional. I recommend this place.
