"I went to this restaurant for some lunch and a couple of cocktails. When I arrived, I had to circle the block a few times to find parking. I found parking about 10 minutes away. I walked into a cute restaurant. I was sat by the manager and Luis was my server, and he was good. I ordered from the lunch menu, the pumpkin gnocchi, and the Nashville chicken sandwich. For my cocktails, I got the espresso martini, which was really good, and the lemon drop martini, which was ok. The food came out, and I enjoyed the gnocchi. It was different as far as flavor but good. The Nashville chicken sandwich was good, just a little sticky. I definitely had a good experience!"

My classic negroni was indeed as described, classic in every sense. The duck confit carnitas was a delight to eat! Two crispy skinned legs plated with everything needed to make mexican style peking duck. Appetizer portion was more than enough for a meal. I could see their chipotle hoisin sauce becoming the latest sriracha craze."

"Cebu Bar & Bistro is located in the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn. We stumbled upon this place Christmas Eve Weekend after trying to go to both Kettle Black & Ho Brah for dinner and both being closed for private holiday parties. Boy, were we happy to find that Cebu was open. Even though the back room was occupied for a private party, the rest of the establishment was open for regular dinner service. Cebu is accessible via public transportation, including the R tain to 86 Street Train , as well as the B37 & B16 & B63 buses. There are various stores, eateries & hangout spots around this neighborhood, and Cebu is near a few places, including Chadwicks, which is a nice Steak House. When we eventually crossed the street and went into Cebu, we were glad to be greeted by the lovely hostess and to find seats at the bar area. Menus were provided to us, and I observed a nice-sized crowd of patrons enjoying their dining experience while eating fabulous llooking dishes. Cebu has a chic ambiance and lively atmosphere. Cool lighting and pictures are all throughout Cebu, including in the bathroom. Great music played in the background - Dua Lupa, Rihanna, etc. We ordered the "Modern Love" cocktail - Empress 1908 Gin, Elderflower & Lavender, and the "Spiked Lemonade" cocktail - Deep Eddy, Sweet Tea Vidka, Lemonade & Mint. Both of the cocktails were delightfully refreshing. Cebu gives complimentary bread, which was served warm and tasted fresh. Our Steak Skewers Appetizer as well the Entrees- Rigatoni w/ Sausage and Slamon w/ Asparagus - were good. Shout-Out to Doug, Richard, Brian, Natalie & especially to Fernando as they all were so kind to us. Cebu Staff provided wonderful customer service, and we look forward to returning to try other dishes. "Walter's is a Fort Greene, neighborhood gem. Since moving into Fort Greene almost, twelve years ago we have eaten at Walter's too many times to count. The staff is very attentive, kind and welcoming. I love the cozy atmosphere and, the food keeps us coming back. Without a reservation, the wait for a table can be long. That only speaks to the loyalty, good food, service that you receive when dining at Walter's. I love starting with the oysters. The burgers are delicious - juicy and so tasty. The fries are crispy, thin and addictive. One of favorites is their the Wagyu French Dip sandwich. Served with caramelized onions, a lovely horseradish cream, au jus with Gruyère cheese on a delicious baguette. The fried chicken is crispy and flavorful on the outside and tender in the inside. Just what really good fried chicken should be! Served with one of my all-time favor, comfort foods, garlic, mashed potatoes.We will be back again and again, that's a given. I hope you enjoy Walter's as much as I do!"

My friend even took the ricotta dumpling broth from bowl to her face, it was so good. Things I highly recommend are the beef tartar, the Endive granola, the arroz and ricotta dumpling! We also did the cheese board and chocolate cake . Tip: I always recommend making a reservation. They be booked and busy."

Their bar drinks were quite good, and their pub menu was extensive. We started with Middle Eastern hummus, and then the Penn6 burger and margherita pizza, which were very good. Their apple cobbler hit the spot to finish the meal. Overall, good quality food for a reasonable price (for NYC) and their servers were pleasant and helpful. Atmosphere was a little loud, but hey - it's a bar where everyone was going to the game afterwards! Definitely a good spot for pre-game meals, just two blocks from the Garden!"

The batter was thick yet tasty. It held the pickle chip and its flavor well, but the chip was a thicker cut. This is no good. A thicker chip will hold the pickle juices and it will not fry well and get crispy. Therefore, when you take a bite, the hot juices will burn your mouth.The highlight for me was their Lamb Chops... sooooo good!!! Mouth watering, cut just right, meaty, flavorful, juicy. I am craving some right now. They were so good that I didn't even feel the need to dip them into the chimichuri sauce it came with."

NYC is one of the cities we love to visit as they have places like Queensyard where you can dress up (sorry im from Hawaii where dressing up to some are wearing their good pair of flip flops or as we call them in Hawaii "slippers", nice shorts and t-shirt with no pukas aka holes). The decor is amazing as there is different sections from the hip bar and lounge area, great place for after work drinks to the sophisticated and elegant dining room. The food for brunch as well as for dinner (yes we came twice) was really good. Their cocktails were nice and while service was a little slow, (I don't like when my water glass is empty) but we enjoyed not being constantly interrupted as well. It took a really long time for our food and drinks to come. There was only one bartender but we waited over 20 mins just for the drinks alone, both of which were not good. However, the food more than made up for it, even though once again a long wait. My eggs were fluffy, soft and flavorful that I was raving about it as soon as I ate it. The steak was tender and the chimmichuri sauce went well with it. My friend really enjoyed her chicken sandwich as well. Overall, I would come back for brunch but I wouldn't get drinks from here."

My choice of sides for brunch includes Yukon gold fried potatoes always served hot with green peppers and satisfying portions. Prices are modest based on the portions served. Food arrives hot and quickly even during brunch which is their busiest time of day. Did I mention they serve breakfast like all day? Delivery, vegetarian menus, and kids menus are available."
