"My wife had the noodle soup with chicken and I tried the Lamb shank. Desert and tea were good. The alcohol drinks lacked alcohol lol. The service is top notch. Love the decor. Will definitely go back again. Also recommend this place for all to try."
"A great go to spot for my friends and I! Great environment, and a bonus in the winter- lots of coat hangers on the wall :)The prices aren't wild for being in this area...which we appreciate. Drink prices aren't too bad. The staff is great."

"This Greek influenced bar is easily a place you will be back for more! The house made pita chips were light and not hard like most pita chips are made. Soft enough to scoop from their house-made appetizers and not leave you with a chipped tooth haha.I was not thrilled with their Fried Pickle Chips. I think they tried too hard here. The batter was thick yet tasty. It held the pickle chip and its flavor well, but the chip was a thicker cut. This is no good. A thicker chip will hold the pickle juices and it will not fry well and get crispy. Therefore, when you take a bite, the hot juices will burn your mouth. The highlight for me was their Lamb Chops... sooooo good!!! Mouth watering, cut just right, meaty, flavorful, juicy. I am craving some right now. They were so good that I didn't even feel the need to dip them into the chimichuri sauce it came with."
"A friend of mine and I got together to get lunch. When I arrived I found parking not too far away. I walked in and was greeted. The place was cute, and they had hidden back area opening soon, which reminded me of a speakeasy! We were served by Emma, and she was awesome! We started with drinks of the espresso martini, ild fashioned and the Flor de Pina. For our meal, I got the truffle fried burrata and the mac and cheese! The mac and cheese was delicious and made with kale sauce! I then had the jerk chicken, which wasn't bad. My friend had the chicken sandwich, which she enjoyed! All in all I had a good experience!"
"Came here on a Friday night and it was pretty busy but we were able to get a table. We got the espresso martinis and they were so so good. They have chocolate shavings on them and it was honestly one of the better martinis that I've had.Beware that if this place is crowded, it does get pretty loud but it's definitely more of a chill sit down, kind of vibe and not a dancing around type of place !"
"I'm not sure how I've never reviewed Turntable, as it's one of my age-old Ktown staples. When I don't feel like waiting in line for Soju Haus or Bangia, Turntable always pulls through with its fun speakeasy 5th floor vibes, crowd-pleasing snacks, and table availability.Although it can't compete with its sister restaurant on 33rd Street when it comes to peculiar names, LP Bar offers a much more intimate vibe than Turntable Chicken Jazz. My favorites on the menu are the kimchi pajeon, the tteokpokki, and the thick fries."
"Came in last week with my friends who were visiting from Florida... had to bring them to Nowon. Food is always ridiculous and the vibe is on point. I will say this time the service was extraordinary. Andrea, Sydney, and I think it was Lexy? These 3 CRUSHED it. There were 2 bday's and they had the place smackin. I'll forever be a customer here and continue to bring people here. Make sure you get a legendary burger and the chopped cheese app. Fueeeeeego. Special shout out to Andrea - she really made the experience great and gave incredible recommendations for everything."
"SO GOOD! Delicious food, easy reservations, friendly staff, good vibes, and in a prime location surrounded by restaurants and shops. I've been planning to turn soon."
"We have been stopping here for several years prior to phish at MSG. The food, service and beer selections are excellent. "Lou" (spelling) the bartender is very friendly and she had no problem answering our food and beer questions. She even went through the extra effort of trying to get the Eagles game on the tv for us. I had the double smash burger with bacon and it was A+. Friends had the chicken sandwich and also loved it. It was a tap takeover, so most of the beers were either tilted barn or Lawson's but they also had equilibrium, Hill farmstead, and other world class breweries available. Plenty of wine and cocktail options as well. Highly recommended if attending a show at MSG. Only about 2 blocks from the venue. Cheers."
"Nephew brought me here to have pre dinner coffee martini on a wednesday night. We came on around 530pm and we were quickly seated at the bar. The bartender was friendly & nice. The place has a good cosy ambience. The place feels spacious and not so loud. We could carry conversation with out shouting at each other. I would probably come back to have a meal next time. Glance at the menu, food looks good & prices reasonable."
"Came here on a whim. The neon lighting and crowd caught me in a trance. The spot isn't too spacious but boy does it get full! I seemed to have gotten there at the right time on a Friday night, no line to get in and I was fortunate to scoop up the last seat at the bar. The bartenders were swift and helpful with recommendations, I sipped on my lychee martini while listening to K pop, rap etc. i was jamming! This was my first time at a Korean bar but it did not disappoint. We also tried the grapefruit soju and it was so good, dangerous really!! Their veggie dumplings were crisp and juicy, the fries and wings were also cooked to perfection. I would absolutely come again"

My husband surprised me with dinner plans at the Bricolage. Ambience was very cool, reminded me of a vintage thrift shop. I opted for the pho and my husband ordered the duck & veggie scallion pancake. The duck was definitely my favorite and the pho was a warm hearty dish.

I stopped off here as a matter of convenience--it was right down the street from the McKittrick Hotel, where I was going for another stab at the soon-to-close "Sleep No More."This restaurant is mostly Greek, maybe Greek fusion. They have a whole section of smash burgers (feta zest, Swiss mushroom, American bacon, cheddar pepper), as well as sandwiches like baby back rib-wich and fried chicken. They also have lamb chops, skirt steak skewers, moussaka, pasta Santorini, and a section of "ocean bites," or halibut skewers, eight-hour octopus, calamari, and coconut shrimp.I chose the Hellenic BBQ from the entree section. This dish is pricier, 52 dollars, and is served with either steak, lamb chops, halibut, or jumbo shrimp. It is accompanied by grilled zucchini and cauliflower and Greek fries. I chose the steak, medium. While a little fatty, the flavors were AWESOME! I don't know what kind of seasoning they used, but it was delicious and unusual. The cauliflower and zucchini were grilled perfectly. And while I am not a shoestring fry fan, these were seasoned well and were REAL Greek fries. They were more than just fries with feta thrown on top.The food: excellent. The drinks weren't the best I've ever had. The basil gimlet was a little sweet. The mastiha mint was essentially a mojito, but not bad. The Prosecco crush was pretty good. I am not regretful I had these drinks, but come here for the food and atmosphere, save the drinks as an afterthought.Service was impeccable. I was sat in a quiet, sexy little space with faded wood and pretty blue curtains. I had a view of the outside courtyard, in which others were enjoying their drinks and conversation. My server was soft-spoken, attentive, and lovely. I wish I knew his name, but it's not on my receipt. He was working on 4/15/24 and I was cashed out at 6:23 PM.He also provided me with a complimentary desert, vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, and some type of small chocolate cake, almost like a fig cake. It was a much appreciated gesture, above and beyond!I don't go to mid-town/Chelsea often, but if I ever find myself back in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to come here. Great mood, great service, a vibe, a mood.

Food was pretty good for the bar restaurant, pleasant surprise. We had the burrata flatbread, short rib flat bread, crispy chicken sandwich, and the pesto mac n cheese. All very yummy. The drinks unfortunately missed the mark. Asked the server if the bar will be able to jalapeño's margarita, because we were in the mood for something spicy and tangy. We were assured it would not be a problem at all. Out comes two glasses of clear liquid with ice and a slice of jalapeño. Not even a basic cayanne-salt or tajin rim. Apart from that the music was great and bites were yummy!

I recently visited Cooper's Craft and Cocktail Bar in the city and it was a fantastic experience. The bar has a great atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a good drink and watching a game. I was there during the Copa Third Place match, and the ambiance was lively and enjoyable. The cocktails at Cooper's are excellent. I tried a tropical drink, and it was amazing - refreshing and perfectly crafted. The truffle fries were another highlight. They were fresh and delicious, making for a perfect snack alongside my drink. Service was good as well.

What can I say. I must be addicted to their tasty AF Korean fried chicken wings at this bar, both the spicy and soy garlic flavors. I'm compelled to return to gnaw on them wings again today on the late afternoon of the Presidential Election Day of 2024! Heck, I did vote, so I rightfully deserve some tasty wings, y'all!

DELICIOUS I'm usually weary of places that are labeled "viral" but Nowon serves dishes that are outstanding.A small restaurant that's perfect for any occasion. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with an extremely friendly & helpful hostess. We arrived a bit early but were seated at the bar so we could wait for our table inside. After a few short minutes we were seated at our table. We opted for their classic which is a 7 course meal of some of their most popular dishes. The whipped ricotta toast was REALLY good, followed by their broccolini which of course was delicious. The chopped cheese rice cakes were our favorite! It was packed with flavor, had a healthy amount of meat with a good hearty amount of cheese.Next was the Nowon fried chicken, this was really good. The soy garlic was not overpowering & the chicken was fried really well but it would have been nice if it were double fried just to get the extra crunch. The last pieces of the course came together. The legendary burger was as advertised, cooked well and really delicious. I really enjoyed that it was a traditional burger & not a smashed burger (that has taken over the city). Our least favorite of the entire meal unfortunately was the honey garlic tots. The tots were cooked in my opinion perfect as they really crispy & not how most places serve you soggy tots. What lacked a bit was the honey garlic butter which was just a little too oily for my liking & didn't have that much flavor. For dessert we tried the black sesame crème brûlée. We were really surprised at how good this was. Almost perfect, I would definitely get this every time I go to Nowon.

I ordered delivery. The heirloom kale caesar salad was delicious. The kale was crunchy and fresh. It was loaded with croutons, onions, and rich cheese. It was filling and flavorful.I also enjoyed the cherry tomato pizza. It had a very thin crust with perfectly baked tomatoes and fresh basil. They offer personal size pies with four slices, as well as larger, shareable 12 inch pies. For dessert, I had the french toast fritters. An order included four fritter balls, which were stuffed with nutella and raspberry jam. The combination of flavors almost tasted like caramel. The fritters were served with whipped cream and were very tasty.I will definitely order from here again.

"This is a fun spacious spot to hang out with groups of people and is located inside a basement. Service was good. In terms of food, I would recommend ordering their fried chicken, (very crispy and juicy), beef fried rice, or chicken teriyaki over rice. Their fruit lemonade is also sweet and refreshing to drink."
"I am SO thrilled that Henry Public is such a close-by option for me, as it's one of my favorite places in Brooklyn for delicious food & drinks! I am literally obsessed with the grilled cheese, and it comes with the best fries. We also love the deviled eggs, the pickles, the donuts at brunch, the cheeseburger, and literally everything else that we've ever tried. And the drinks are amazing & strong. Service is always spot-on, and the candlelit atmosphere inside is so cozy. It's also a great option for take-out! The prices are super reasonable for what you get."
"$1 oysters and happy hour from 11am to 8pm--who can beat that?! Incredible prices! I tried the Pumpkin Ale on recommendation, and it was wonderfully refreshing. For our party of two, we could only order a dozen oysters at a time to share, so there was a bit of a wait when we ordered our next round."
"Who doesn't love Korean Fried Chicken?! Feels like the only Korean Fried Chicken in the area.I usually order takeout from here but they do have a decent indoor dining space. Chicken is usually pretty good, however the last time I ordered it was a little dry. Wish there was a tad bit more sauce. Nonetheless great flavor!"
"Run that extra mile ... so that starter ... then come and enjoy the indulgence of the Berger at Brew Inn. Best burger in Greenpoint. Friendly down home staff. Great beer selection. Neighborhood gem."
"Ms Yoo is such an affordable option for brunch on the weekend! Things that I loved: - There are Happy Hour specials on Saturdays - The staff were friendly and accommodating - The food was on point! You must try the Biria tacos. - There are a variety of crafty cocktails. - Location, location, location! It's a short walk from many trendy bars. Making reservations are highly suggested as this is a trendy restaurant in a popular neighborhood. Overall, you should definitely give this restaurant a try."
"We had the spicy soy garlic wings, noodles with bulgogi and more. Every dish was so full of flavor. Enjoyed our meal and the service as well."
"Great Tex mec food with updated twists. Loved my grilled corn & romaine salad, also tasted the kale quesadilla which was out of this world! Service was friendly and prompt. Atmosphere was a casual bar and a few tables, some in the back outside. There is a opening to the street which gives the place an open, airy feel to it. On seventh Ave in Brooklyn near a lot of other area neighborhood stores. Convenient street parking."
"Such a fun spot in NYC's Ktown! I love that they have something for everyone. We tried the twister potato, veggie japche, fried chicken and popcorn chicken, and the angry salmon roll! The sushi was delicious for it being such a small part of the menu. Would definitely come back."
"Loved the vibe at Sundays Well and we came on a Sunday! The drinks were amazing and delicious! The French sticks toast and breakfast burrito was tasty. But we loved the crispy potatoes! It was a great brunch spot and so glad we were able to grab some food here! Highly recommend!"
"Really cool pub in Midtown. We went in the middle of the day so didn't have any issues with service like some of the reviews I see here. They were attentive and fast, and they have an inspired menu. There were many more things I would've loved to try, but we got the Romanian mici sliders, which were amazing, and the Hungarian langos, which I enjoyed at first but then it got to be too much. A little too doughy and cheesy, if that's possible. Maybe if they used the same amount of dough and cheese but made two slightly thinner ones instead, it would be more balanced. Still, better than your traditional pub fare. What left me stumped was the beer selection. If you walk into a self-described gastropub in the west coast you're greeted by so much variety, ambers, stouts, saisons, etc, that you end up with decision paralysis... but in a good way (?). Not so much here."
"Pozes = Unexpectedly AWESOME menu that transcends common "bar food" with lots of options -- some ACTUALLY HEALTHY -- for vegetarians and carnivores. HIGHLY recommend House Blend Grill Cheese with Tomato Soup, Fried Pickles, and ALL dipping/side sauces. The drinks might be more flavorful and stronger than You expect, especially anything "innocently refreshing" during summer. Easy-to-get-to location, near the R subway station, close to buses B37 and B63, and major car services, like https://arecibocc.com/# . Also reasonably close to entertainment venues, like Littlefield, Union Hall, The Bell House, Barbes, Lucky 13 Saloon -- You could make a Slope-y-Gowanus-y date out of it, either beginning or ending at Gowanus Gardens for appetizers or dessert.Owners and most staff are friendly and ALL are accommodating, while clientele ranges from locals to tourists. Negs = Space is SMALL and can get loud, especially during cold weatherSeating is not as comfortable as local competitors.Snacks are liiitttle pricey compared to local joints, like Park Slope Ale House, yet Gowanus Gardens' kitchen is open hours later than most (2 AM currently), so time factors in to cost divided by craving ;)"
"I would consider this fast casual, and within that class I would rate it a 4.We got the bulgogi bowl and the soy garlic wings with fries. Oh yeah and a couple of lychee martinis. The bowl was good, but had I known they had regular japchae I would've preferred that. The bulgogi was a bit sweet for my personal taste, but it was otherwise seasoned well and cooked just right. And the proportion to other ingredients in the bowl was on the mark. The chicken and fries were good, but not so distinctively superior to any other Korean fried chicken in the city. Most notable was the service. We basically had 20 minutes to dine and drink because we were in a rush. We let the host and server know up front and they got us taken care of. And they were so sweet. And they gave us a bonus bowl of fresh popcorn. Thanks for the kind treatment!"
"Pretty good place to sit in the yard. Food is pretty meh. The staff was very friendly.Good for what it is"
"The Crooked Knife was definitely worth it. The food was pretty great and the unlimited mimosas were even better."
"This place is a gem! It's a standard pub, but plenty of space inside and on the patio. YES it has precious Patio seating! There's speakers outside so you can still have music or play the pub games. It's also a great location it just down 30th so it's quieter than all the craziness on 7th. Plenty of TVs for sports. There's Mixtape Bingo every Tuesday. Surprised me the vegan chicken I had and is the best! Crispy and delicious! Staff is super friendly (we love Savannah!) and drinks are well made. The Vesper martini is strong and not too sweet."
"Located in Midtown Manhattan along 35th street. Barn Joi 35 is the place to be if you love Korean food and pair it with your favorite drinks. They have an intensive drink list - cocktails, soju. Upon entering the restaurant, you're greeted by the hostess and seated to your table. The ambiance is cool and chill, perfect for group dinners, family night out and date nights. The drinks! I love love it!!Try the Midtown Forsynthia or better get the four soju taster combo. Also recommend the Matcha, such a refreshing drink with hint of pineapple and not so sweet. We tried some of their appetizers which I truly recommend. The soft shell crispy crab, the soy garlic wings, the calanari with nuts and the fried dumplings! For main dishes- we tried the bulgogi hot bowl and new york strip entree. Absolutely delicious. And presentation was excellent! Overall, the experience was incredible. Such a cool spot to have a great time."
"First of all, Take31 was accommodating when I made multiple changes with my reservations including when two people in our party were running 20 minutes late, but seated us right when the full party arrived. As a large party, they allocated 2 hours for us but never had us check out even when we stayed longer. To start off, we had two carafes of the homemade signature makgulli (Korean rice wine) ($17.95) --one in white peach and one in chestnut flavor. The flavors were very light that you hardly taste it, but they were refreshing and easy to drink. Note that they are ice shaved, so they have more of a smoothie consistency. All tables also had complimentary tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), which was great when you're hungry before the food arrives.Between the 7 of us, we ordered the Chicken Gizzard with Honey Garlic Butter ($15.95), Crispy Corn Pancake ($15.95), Pork Belly Rice Crepe Wraps ($25.95), Cod Roe Seafood Udon ($23.95), Shortrib Chapaguri ($20.95), Spicy Galbi Stew ($32.95). This was the perfect amount for us to each have a few bites. The favorites were definitely the noodle dishes and the stew. The rest of the appetizers were still good, but would try some other items next time. The rice crepe was a bit grainy though, which was interesting. This is a great spot for big parties to share, but be sure to make reservations for Friday and Saturay nights. We ended up spending under $35pp, which is such a great deal for delicious Korean food."
