"Food was Blah, not much to it. Not much food options. Nice but very dim ambiance. Very Long Seating Time, Expensive for no reason."
"Late post: During our recent trip, we stumbled upon a delightful culinary gem nestled in the heart of Times Square. Intrigued, we decided to give it a try. My choice was the House Specialty: Chicken Pot Pie. What a revelation! The dish arrived boasting a flawlessly golden, flaky puff pastry crust, concealing a treasure trove of tender chicken, vibrant vegetables, and a rich, savory gravy that was simply unforgettable. The flavors were perfectly balanced. It's a shame they only bake a limited number daily, as this is a dish truly worth savoring. Be warned, though - the portions are incredibly generous; come hungry! We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable and delicious dining experience in the bustling atmosphere of Times Square."

"Breakfast all day, everyday...with drinks (dranks), located in Brooklyn Heights, on the corner of tree line streets on Clark St. and Henry St., within walking distance of the Brooklyn Promenade and the iconic Brooklyn Bridge never disappoints. I like several dishes however my absolute fav is Benedict's & Eggs Avocado which includes poached eggs, English muffin with hollandaise, I add smoked Salmon. My choice of sides for brunch includes Yukon gold fried potatoes always served hot with green peppers and satisfying portions. Prices are modest based on the portions served. Food arrives hot and quickly even during brunch which is their busiest time of day. Did I mention they serve breakfast like all day? Delivery, vegetarian menus, and kids menus are available."
"FOOD: I didn't try any "food", though I will say they had a pretty large menu. From breakfast delights to dinner, they seemed to offer a little bit of everything. I did order cheesecake and a hot chocolate, and my Judez ordered hot chocolate and key lime. My cheesecake was delicious btw... as long as the cocoa. SERVICE: Fast. Accurate. Polite. Nothing more, nothing less. AMBIANCE: If you're from NYC, then it's just a typical diner. This one is off 42nd and 6th I think. So, midtown, Times Square (just not IN Times Square, which is obviously a good thing). If you're not from NYC, just imagine what you'd think a diner in the city is like; it's like that. I really liked it. Cheesecake was good and hot cocoa was too. Close enough to Times Square and Broadway without being RIGHT on it. Neat little diner. Fast service. Decent prices (actually on the cheap side as far as other places in the city go, which is a good thing). Good food. Big menu. Open late."
"I love eating here! Food is always so good, from Bfast to a nice yummy salad and many more delicious dishes. Everything is always fresh and the staff is always nice and attentive."
"This place was terrific! First, the place is super tiny but we had a large group of 9 people and they accommodated us at a long table in the back room - it was beautiful and cozy! The menu was great - something for everyone. The gnocchi with Brussels sprouts and pork belly was fantastic and several at our table ordered the salmon special and everyone really enjoyed it. Nice wine and cocktail selection. We were celebrating birthdays so we ordered the cheesecake and Tiramisu - both delicious and the waiter lit candles without issue! The wait staff was awesome - very accommodating! Would definitely recommend this place, but make a reservation in advance if you can. it was completely packed by the time we were walking out. Lots of little tables with people enjoying each other. Great place for a date night or group of friends."
"A group of us came here for friends anniversary. We were pleased that they gave us a back room to ourselves.Marina and the crew gave us excellent & professional service, taking care of everyone's requests. They provide the table with delicious bread and dishes of olive oil with garlic cloves. Also when asked, they provided butter.Folks had a variety of appetizers & pasta dishes, which they all said were delicious. and good size portions. This is good because the prices are on the upscale side. I, myself, just had the half lobster salad for an entrée. Although it didn't seem like a half of a lobster, I enjoyed it.I recommend LebZie for a special, nice dining out experience."
"Came here during the Tribeca film festival. Very friendly staff. Ordered the Grain Bowl very tasty. The bar tender was super understanding. Told him was in a rush and he put my order in with a rush. Very chill vibe. Highly recommend."
"1. The place was decorated very nicely. The owner definitely put a lot of thoughts into it. There are five booths that are super comfortable and spacious: it is however reserved for reservations first and then open to walk ins first come first serve.2. The food is great. The staff will explain the menu if you ask and they have another seasonal menu with new dishes. I like spicy dishes and their spices won't disappoint.3. Overall very good service. All the staff were very polite and friendly (which is something that I take very big consideration in when it comes to will I visit again?)"
"Food and service was great. The owners were very friendly. It's a family business so the ambiance was very like home. Everything was great except it's a bit pricey, but would come back once in a while. Their sausage was awesome! Best ones I've had at any diner."
"I love the food! The service and ambiance, the perfect location for an event a date or for drinks with friends"
"Great energy!!! Stopped here on a Saturday after a long day of pop up shopping. They have a daily Happy Hour and we were right on time. Nice music, super friendly service, good drinks what more could you ask for. Vegan matcha shake was perfect!!! Zucchini chips were delish. Would definitely return"

What a fun spot to grab drinks and dinner! We came here to celebrate with some friends through a recommendation and it did not disappoint! This place has such a cool ambiance. The drinks were on point and service was outstanding. My only regret is that I don't live locally, because it would be my Friday night go to. Thanks for a great evening!

This is the quintessential neighborhood diner where everyone knows ur name. Very cute corner location. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is SOOOOOOO GOOOD and plentiful. The pancakes come in a stack of 3 the width of the entire plate. Likely 1 order is enough for 2. We had the blueberry pancakes with whipped cream. Full of blueberries. Great texture, not too thick or thin. The whipped cream melted pretty quickly but nice smooth creamy taste not too sweet 9/10; Nutella pancakes are for the Nutella lovers. Same pancake different topping just as good 9/10; big breakfast comes with your choice of eggs, meat, and pancake or french toast. The French toast was super thick and creamy. So tasty 9/10.This is a must visit while at nyu Tandon or in Brooklyn heights. Great food big portions but the menu is confusing. We wound up paying 30.00 more than expected because of how we ordered. This is likely an issue they have often as the menu isn't clear at all. TIP: GET THE BUG BREAKFAST. Anything else will be ala carte and the price will add up quickly.

Old school diner vibe, lots of choices on the menu for a good hardy breakfast. Service was quick and efficient, and we got in and out pretty quickly to get on our are way.We shared the pancakes as they're big and plenty for the two of us with coffee and tea. Good find when you need a decent breakfast.

Ciccio is simple, delicious neighborhood Italian cooking with great ambiance to match. Service is always very friendly despite the fact that I have a bad habit of showing up without a reservation and making life difficult. White painted brick walls are a touch of classic New York well matched with fresh flowers and real candles to set the mood for a class dinner. The food is consistently delicious. Fresh pastas are a cut above and always al dente - highly recommend the house special pasta strips cooked in Chianti. But you can't go wrong with a special if one is on offer or the green pappardelle. From the mains, the porchetta is a winner time and again; porky, fatty, crispy with creamy beans, what's not to like? I'd recommend an app if only to keep the good times rolling, the octopus is a personal favorite. Decent wine by the carafe is a nice touch to keep you from overdoing it on a Wednesday. Desserts are consistently good if you have a sweet tooth. All in all, a great choice for elevated trattoria fare and lovely service in a beautiful space.

What an amazing place this is. The food was absolutely delicious, so much in fact that everyone was trying everyone else's food.I had the short rib which was melt in your mouth, others had spaghetti and meatballs, parpadelle ragu and the mussels. We had an assortment of appetizers.. all were delicious but the octopus was grilled to perfection. The ambiance was so nice.. mood lighting, subtle music, cozy interior and a decent amount of space between tables. The wine also really good and the service was on point. I highly recommend. Such a nice respite from a busy city. It's been around for years and I see why.

Came in spur of the moment after touring the ghost busters fire station. Mostly empty for 2p. A round of drinks and food later, we left happy.I made a weird order, side of grilled chicken and side of mashed potatoes--they very easily accommodated. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and so juicy. Potatoes were lovely as well and creamy. Wait staff were very friendly.

"I was drawn in by the aroma of fresh brewed coffee breakfast menu has so many different choices it was hard to choose fresh fruits healthy size pancakes and challah bread French toast so delicious I had the hot chocolate with whipped cream the booths and counter seating brought the nostalgia of so many art work and old style telephone booth with the seat..it a A+ service with a smile and make sure they asked if you needed anything. It was a great meetup place so spacious and the decor so tasteful making this a return for lunch or dinner"
"This place is a 10 out of 10. Great service and even better food! I had a California omelette which has avocado, tomato, bacon and cheddar cheese! So good!"
"Walked over here after a day at the Brooklyn Botanic. Burger was huge, chips were delish. My friend ordered a salmon salad and he was very pleased. I'd say very well priced. Staff didn't check in too often but we survived I'd go here again if I was really looking for something on the very safe side."
"Great place to have breakfast. Outdoor and indoor seating available, seating is available for something small or huge parties. The menu has varieties of Mexican and American dishes. The bar is also available...yasssss Mimosas with breakfast, because it is in fact (drum roll pleeeeaaassseeeee) 5 o'clock somewhere.Get the Mexican Breakfast with avocado! They take Amex (I'm building points) and Apple Pay.Everyone is friendly. I felt welcomed. The staff knew our manager by name. Great customer service! Take me BACK!"
"great !! everything ! went there with my friend , friday night and we wated to grab a bite - and it came out as a great dinner and diner !the waiter was great , nice smiling , a real people person and knew the menu so well and detailed !been a while since i saw a waiter that took it so pro .food was fresh, good , well made ,big portions and very large selection and options.the music was in a volume that we can hear it and still have a nice talk ( all places now days blast the music as if its a club - cant enjoy the company nor the food ) so hi five for that too mirage highly recomended in all aspects !! see you soon and thank you !"
"I came here on Saturday afternoon (Feb. 10) to catch-up with a friend. I can't tell you the last time I've eaten at a diner and I looked forward to breakfast at Manhattan Three Decker. There was a line out the door and about a thirty-five minute wait, which didn't deter us because it was a nice day. Besides, if folks are willing to wait in line, then the food must be exceptional, right? Hmm after my meal, I wouldn't say it's exceptional but edible. The menu has tons of options and I opted for three eggs and kielbasa which is accompanied with home fries and toast (chose sourdough but I believe I was given white). The sliced cheese added flavor to the eggs that desperately needed salt and black pepper. (Rhetorical question: why not use shredded cheese and fold in the cheese versus plopping down a slice atop eggs? It screams afterthought, in my opinion.) The potatoes had good flavor but needed more sear as did the kielbasa. I like my breakfast meat cooked hard so I didn't really eat much of the sausage. The diner, which gives a bit of a nostalgic feel, is a bit small but doesn't feel cramped. No complaints about the service. Prices are reasonable"
"Food good, service was ok however serving hot coffee over a child is not safe. A bit pricey for the portions however great neighborhood."
"Food was incredible! A friend invited us and we didn't know it was a fully vegan burger but the taste was flavorful Service was okay. Felt as though we were being rushed out and some servers seemed condescending. Pretty quick to be seated The ambiance itself is very moody and on a busy street in the city."
"Great customer service. Worth your money and big servings. Food was great. Low key and calm vibes. Would definitely visit again!"
"Your typical neighborhood diner spot. Servers are friendly and accommodating. Food comes quickly and consistent. My favorite here is their corned beef hash. They cook it so that it's crispy on the edges which is my preference. Home fries are flavorful and delicious -- I always ask for well done."
"Wow, we were so lucky to stumble upon this place. While this joint has all your classic diner staples, the also offer that Latin sason, so its safe to say, Angie's Breakfast Spot didn't disappoint.Last weekend while visiting NYC, we decided to spend our weekend in the Brooklyn area, and before heading to Williamsburg, we decided to stop by Angie's. The menu is very extensive without being overwhelming, and has a little bit of everything for everyones fancy. I ordered the oxtail, 3 empanadas (macaroni and cheese, cuban and plantain and cheese) and Mangu (yes I can eat, and when traveling I eat even more, lol). My wife ordered the Chicken and Waffles and for drinks I ordered the Hangover Cure(I wasn't hangover, wink wink, lol) and she ordered the Soursop juice(it was delicious) Let's talk about the food, their oxtail is probably one of the best oxtail dishes I've ever had, not too fatty and with the right amount of meat, the seasoning wasn't overpowering which it was perfect. The mangu, omg!! I've been having dreams about it since that day, just perfect. The empanadas were good, hard to get impressed when you are visiting from Miami, but the Mac and Cheese was definitely a nice addition and surprise on their menu. The chicken and waffles were definitely one of my favorites, the breading was fused to the meat so when you took a bite, everything would go together and not like sometimes you bite fried chicken and the breading just falls apart. Service wise, these guys couldn't be more helpful and have the best attitude, actually I'm going to tell you a secret. The oxtail is part of their secret menu, so make sure you ask for that. I wish we were closer to them so I could visit every weekend, lol. Thank you guys again for everything and this place is definitely Chok approved!"
"Wanted to do a little shopping and people watching in SoHo so we were walking the streets and spotted this gem. Can't say enough great things about this restaurant! It was brunch on a Saturday and we were promptly seated by a friendly hostess. Sitting across from the bar in the back of the restaurant. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had a great ambiance with candles all around. The food was amazing. Short Rib Fried Rice is a signature dish with Slow Roasted Short Rib, on top of Jasmine Rice with some amazing fresh herbs and spices. This was unique and special. The Odd Sister Burger was really good too. An 8oz beef patty with sharp cheddar, lettuce and tomato and served with crispy hot French fries. Bloody Mary's were special with the perfect amount of horseradish. Our server was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. She was very patient while we waited for my son to show up. I highly recommend this place, you won't be sorry. It's a great social experience where sophistication meets SoHo chic and yes... everyone guaranteed a good meal and a good time!"
"Visited for lunch yesterday and can't wait to come back. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. The lunch specials were very reasonably priced at $24 and included your choice of salad or soup, coffee and even dessert. The servers were super attentive constantly refilling coffee and water cups. I was worried about parking since the parking lot is quite small but luckily we found a spot. The complimentary bread, coleslaw, pickles, and chickpeas were so generous I took my meal home for dinner. Although, my 4 year old toddler and baby was a bit sad witnessing other fussy toddlers being given free ice cream."
"Solid Dominican food! They're almost always busy and for good reason. I recommend their ribs and spaghetti--my favs! I also like their chicken empanadas the best. Their passionfruit juice and pear & pineapple juice are so good and refreshing. Their oatmeal juice is heavier and tastes just like Yakult LOL. Great to pair with your meal. They're a takeout/catering spot and they're popular around breakfast and lunch, so get here early!"
"I has just dropped off my daughter at school and needed to be back in an hour and a half for a school trip so I decided to explore Sunset Park for an open cafe. Since I had run out of my home without having breakfast, my stomach was rumbling. A simple coffee with concha wasn't going to be enough for my appetite. My stomach and brain collaborated at that moment and I remembered my parents describing a delicious breakfast that consisted of mashed plantains with fried cheese, eggs, and fried salami topped with pickled red onion. All I could remember is that the restaurant started with a G. By some miracle of the universe, I turned around and there it was...George's restaurant with a big sign saying that they serve Dominican breakfast. And let me tell you the best part...all of that deliciousness is only $13.95.As soon as I entered the restaurant, I saw another sign that showed that they serve a milkshake called morir sonando. I knew then that I had hit the the breakfast jackpot because I hadn't had one in a long time and I have craved it since then. Like a friend once said to me, it tastes just like a creamsicle so it's basically dessert for breakfast. The waitress was very friendly and quick to bring my order. The restaurant is in a dining setting so it is family-oriented. If you are craving a Dominican breakfast, then this is the best spot for it in Sunset Park."
"This is an adorable diner and I have no idea why it's taken me over a decade to dine here while I used to live like two and a half blocks away. By used to I mean, I was evicted for renovations and am moving back at some point in the imminent near future when they are done. But moving on - I waited until after I moved every last piece of furniture into storage to treat ourselves to breakfast here. It's directly across the street from my local laundromat as well. The menu here is extensive and daunting. You can go the lunch/dinner route and get anything from a burger, sandwich with millions of options to pasta, crepes, burritos, mexian food, etc. Breakfast as well - so many options. I went a fairly basic route with an omelette as well as my dining companion. I had the California (avocado, mushrooms, cheddar cheese) and he had the Spicy (Chorizo, jalapenos, onions, and pepper jack cheese). Him with the breakfast homefries potatoes and I went with the french fries which are crinkle cut (not my favorite but a solid option). Everything was pretty good and kind of simple but in the best way possible. Which was what I needed after going through hell. Copious amounts of buttered toast are complimentary with the meal as well. They have Cholula on every table which is the best of all hot sauces next to Sriracha. I was really tempted by the Oreo pancakes, Nutella sandwich, and the Pancakes special with choice of meat and eggs. But I should make it a point to come back soon. Like this place has so much charm and I saw that their little outdoor dining hut got demolished by a freaking car in the middle of the pandemic so they can use all the help they can get. One thing I wish they would update is the pricing on the menus. They do have a disclaimer that they are different and higher on the front of it but it would be nice to know what you're buying in advance. Still cheaper than most diners in Manhattan though so it's not the end of the world."
"Always fast service. Big servings and good prices. Feta cheese and spinach omelette, hamburger deluxe, and eggs over easy and waffles are the things I eat there quite often. Never disappoints. Man, these people are fast!"
"I had a particular predicament on the day I visited (Oct 2024) - I had just wired in a new bracket onto my braces two days prior and could hardly chew. Whereas I would normally have tried the cheesy fondue baked into the dough, I inquired with Serg and took the advice of this very professional and kind gentleman to go with the Penovani instead - the puff pastry-housed cheesiness with a salad on top.It was 100% the right call. The cheesy pastry is a no brainer, but I'm surprised by how much I enjoyed the salad. The cucumber and tomato were both fresh, and the oil-based dressing was unlike any dressing I had ever tasted - in a good way. Great way. Enjoying outside the sunny 70-degree fall weather, delectable new cuisine, and impeccable service for under $20 pretip - perfection."
"I absolutely love this place. The food is always fresh, delicious and made with love. Whether I eat there or order take out, the staff members are always friendly, cheerful, attentive and extremely welcoming. It feels like I'm eating in my mom's kitchen. The place is always clean and tidy. Everything is organized and seating is plenty."
"Great portions and comforting diner food. The pancake and sausage combo is my favorite go to. Each combo has 2 sausage cut in half. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious every time."
"Such a good diner! Some of the pricing seems off, some things affordable where you'd expect them to be expensive, but then some cheap things are overly priced. The service was great, everyone was super attentive, and they were decorated for Halloween which was super cute! The portions were great, and the all the food was so good."
"Take out review:Got two chicken wraps to go. Easy time placing order and food was ready quickly. Staff was friendly. The wraps were delicious and perfectly cooked. Fries were fresh and crispy. Able to sub out fries for soup which was tasty as well. Restaurant itself has plenty of indoor seating with 2 TVs so you can watch the game etc. Highly recommend and will be back!"
"Sunday morning switch up from our regular diner. Faithful YELP has come through again with a suggestion. It's in a industrial area, BJ's plant n fruits area in Canarsie. You might just miss it if you're not paying attention. Small place but good food and service. Looks like a lot of the truck drivers and neighborhood people go there. Decor not much to look at but good food and cheap eats."
