"two combined buildings so don't get confused ! made this mistake & accidentally waited to long for food oops ! but it's a really cool place, as you can watch the chef make these masterpieces at the bar, or sit & wait patiently. very calm & relaxing, & i loved the touch of anime, kpop, & jpop music !i got the cream cheese & strawberry toast, which, mind the photo because it does not capture its glory. i sadly had to carry it through the heatwave & it melted on the way home: but it was SPECTACULAR nonetheless ! would love to try fresh one day. the bread was nice & squishy, fresh tasting, & the mix of sweet of the strawberry jam & the savory of the cream cheese was amazing.i hope to come back to try this again, along with their other savory & sweet toasts !"

"Pretty cool bar in a pretty cool part of Brooklyn. It's meant to be laidback, but the vibes are weirdly intense, if that makes sense. I also felt for the one bartender who was also taking food orders and making fairly elaborate cocktails. Don't order the tomato soup if you don't like a pint of heavy cream, and don't expect fantastic service because it's while the bartender is nice and patient, nothing happens that quickly. But if you're in the neighborhood, you could do a lot worse."

"We had a great experience at Andrew's this morning. We went with a group of 10 and were surprising one of our table mates. The place was very clean and tables were moving very quickly which is a rare find in the city. Davio was great about letting us call ahead for the larger party and he was expecting us when arrived. He was so personable and stopped by to wish our friend a happy birthday.Breakfast cocktails and our brunch orders came out quick. I enjoyed my corn beef hash and cheese omelette . The potato's were seasoned well and full of flavor. I got the multigrain toast and it was very thick and doughy just how I like it. Prices were very reasonable. I mentioned that to Davio and he said they worked hard to find a good price point for residents, workers and tourists. I think they do a great job in this area. Bookmarked this spot because I know I'll be returning!"

"This is a hidden gem that's not really all that hidden. We've stepped into this French bistro a few times now that we are in a close walking distance and have never had a complaint about the food or service. We went during a France World Cup March and still the service was top notch. The burgers are big and messy but delicious but the french onion soup bites are a MUST. The place gets to be a fun party scene at certain times of nights and during some sporting events. Highly recommend."

"July 8, 2024 - I saw this so much on instagram I knew I had to go. Definitely didn't disappoint. The owner (I think) he was so friendly and nice. We chatted with him for a bit. It was actually close to closing time and he offered to keep the table and chairs outside until we were finished. But we decided to walk around. Very nice of him to offer it though. The space is quite small. I didn't get to check the back area.My friend and I ordered the Sweet Corn Latte, it was creamy and delicious. A bit expensive, would I order it again? Maybe. I'll see when I visit NYC next time. I'll definitely try some food."

I came for a birthday so it was a very large party and the service was excellent. On a Saturday night it was packed and I was very impressed with how attentive and organized the staff is. As with any banquet menu, some items are better than others and there's always plenty of food. I enjoyed the smoked fish platter (lox was so good), salo was definitely a star, the salads were fresh, and I liked the grilled salmon entree. Potatoes were great too. For dessert they served fresh fruit and napoleon. BYO wine/liquor."

It's clearly the place to be, so we were stoked when we got immediately seated on a Friday night!We ordered:Boat of fries- thin, salty, tasty, just how I like my fries. It came with ketchup and truffle dipping sauce.Pizza - We got the Soppressata and it was more like a salami cheese pizza than pepperoni/meat pizza. I was hesitant of Bacàn at first because of some of the Yelp reviews, but honestly, I'm surprised this place has a 3-star rating. Overall, the food was good!I got the pappardelle bolognese and I liked that the dish wasn't too heavy like it can sometimes be. That said, my main grievance about this meal was the portion size I received. It really was not a lot of food for a pasta dish and honestly wasn't super filling. I know they're going for a tapas-style experience, but since this pasta was listed under the mains section of the menu, I didn't expect to receive a tapas-sized portion. I got the Paper Plan to drink -- not sure if bourbon and aperol is a common combination, but I thought the drink was unique and tasty (if you like bourbon, that is). I did love the vibe inside the restaurant with nice lighting and cool artwork. Service was attentive with several different people waiting on us throughout the meal."

"I was in the area and wanted a slice of pizza because how do you go to New York and not; so I stopped in after reading other reviews. The restaurant is what you'd expect from a pizzeria and the atmosphere is average energy, nothing loud or quiet about it. The service was quick, just like NYC and the prices were on par with what you'd expect. I will admit that after I ate my slice, I did get another because damn it was good. When you've been to so many restaurants in New York, it's hard for a restaurant to stand out but pizza wise but Amore Pizza Cafe does. They're menu has a lot of items on it so you should take your time. However, I believe no matter what you get, it's going to be great. I would definitely recommend Amore Pizza Cafe for the food, the atmosphere and the reasonable priced food."

I can't wait!I wanted to try the lasagna pizza as recommended to me by Kareem T. Unfortunately, they were out of it when I was there. That sounded really good. I ended up with a salmon and cream cheese sandwich and it was very good. They have pastas and sauces and cookies and the list goes on from all around Italy.The fresh produce looks better than ANY supermarket I have been to. I love the nice and classy bar when you walk in. They have a nice restaurant but the problem is, they get very crowded, even early in the day. I was there right before the major holidays in December. I imagine it is busy all year because of the high quality of the food.They have $16 pints of gelato. $14 big slices of pizza. They have lots to choose from so bring your appetite and a couple credit cards. Lol"
