I don't think you can go wrong with wagyu beef burger and lobster all in one place. First, our server was awesome and she worked hard to deal our with appetizers , drinks and desserts. The chilled and warmed lobster rolls were good. The size is good for a normal adult. We like the drinks (smoky old fashion). We also got some oysters. The interior decor was cool ocean theme and with feeling that ocean was tracked inside a modern NYC building. We got a table close to the kitchen and you smell all the burning burger : )The restroom is unique sex but only have two room (long line), and the host/server didn't tell us the reservation is only good for two hours. This is becoming a NYC dinning problem. Even you are paying for foods and drinks, and we only have limited time to eat. Maybe this is something that should informed the customer in advance or during the reservation. Otherwise, it is a place to try ; )

Amazing food. The Combo for 2 is cost-effective and extremely filling. I usually order it on a date and we eloquently devour the dish. The service is great. Love the aquatic-chic decor.Highly recommend. Wish I could give 6 stars.

My soulmate and I came about a week ago to have happy hour. We ended up participating in their restaurant week menu, too. The service was absolutely amazing. They seated us in a nice area in the back. The happy hour oysters are always so fresh and delicious. The Restaurant Week menu is pretty good - $45 for dinner and $30 for lunch! We really had a wonderful experience. We'll be back again soon!!

Best lobster chain in Manhattan the rolls are so good and decently priced! I miss when they used to have different types of lobster roll, but it's still just as good. Go for the lunch special for a deal!

With the demise of the Burger & Lobster in the Flatiron district, this is the last outpost of B&L in New York. I liked the one on 19th St better because it was a lot roomier at street level and parking was much easier. It cannot get any busier at this B&L in the Times Square area. So when World Lobster Day was announced, we had to return here to take advantage of the BOGO deal. Arriving just before 6pm, we were told that there were no reservations for the special event and the wait time was 1 hr & 15 minutes. Outside, in the arcade tunnel are places to sit, so we took the slot. But after only 35 minutes, I received a text that our table was ready and to go up to the 2nd floor dining room, where we sat near the bar. The place was hopping though and even the bar was filled up.After receiving the event menu, we decided on a mix of entrees for the 4 of us. For the BOGO offer, we knew to have an even number to get the most out of the deal. We started with the Crab Bites, which were golf ball sized crab cakes with shrimp rolled in panko, fried and sitting atop a tasty chive aioli sauce. For the entrees, we shared 2 Burger & Lobster Combos, a traditional Lobster Roll and a Beast Burger. For the combos, there was a fully decked-out 10 oz London burger with the works and a choice of a steamed or grilled 1/2 or whole lobster ($38/$52). I'm glad we got the whole lobster because it barely looked like a 1 pounder. I remember back in the day at the Flatiron location when the minimum standard was 1.5 pounds, but times change and shrinkflation is real. My sister's Lobster Roll & salad was pretty standard and she loved it. My wife went with the Beast Burger, which was stuffed with lobster meat and we traded halves of our burgers and she liked the London one better. Again, in the old days, we would get both fries and salad with each entree, but that is only on the combos now and the lobster rolls and single burgers get a choice of fries or salad. My fries were cold BTW and they forgot my salad, but that was quickly rectified. For the event, we were comped for the Lobster Roll and Beast Burger (2x $30), which was an excellent deal. I hope they do this every year because we'll be back for it.

OMG! One of my cousins has been telling me about this restaurant for years that she just happened to find while in NYC. I'm so happy that we finally went there. The restaurant is unassuming from the outside, but quite "bricky chic" on the inside. (I just made that term up, but you all know exactly what I mean.) Clubby looking leather chairs, exposed brick and stone and potted plants. You get the idea...And amidst all of this casual elegance, you have servers that are absolutely spot on with their attention to detail. We never had to ask for refills or anything. Our server was delightful! Now about the food... You would think that a restaurant that specializes in burgers and lobsters might be overpriced. Absolutely NOT! My daughter Muff and I ordered the "Combo For Two" which included a whole grilled lobster, Connecticut Lobster Roll, Original Burger with bacon and cheese, salad and fries with Rosemary and garlic that we ordered on the side. (My daughter cannot eat a meal WITHOUT some form of vegetable. The salad was a condition of us having such a large meal.) My sister, Luch and her picky self, just had the burger, truffle fries and the Crab Bites. We all enjoyed our meals and the $82 price tag for the Combo For Two is absolutely the way to go. The lobster wasn't over cooked, the burger was right tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed the fries and lobster roll. Yum Yum Yum! In NYC, especially, where are you going to get a meal like that for those prices? I say this, to say this place right here is worth it and the food, service and surroundings will make you come back again or go for a first time treat!

Everything here was so well cooked, so well flavored and perfect! The staff was super friendly and attentive. My drink was even made really well. I have zero criticism and definitely want to go back. Mainly for the french fries - they were the best french fries I have ever had. This place is a gem. I recommend making a reservation as it gets full. Also, I went during lunch on a weekday and they had a special $30 for an app, main course and drink.

Saw the great deals this place had so me and my friend had to come in to eat.We were served promptly and when the food came, the oysters were very fresh and the rest of the food was steamy, hot, and fresh exactly the way I love it. The place is very trendy and very clean so clean you can actually eat off the floor. This is a place I would not only recommend but keep coming back to every time I come back to New York to visit.

This spot was super delicious! Made a reservation for 2 in advance and we got sat very quickly. We got a combo for 2 which was really good, the only thing I wish is that there was more lobster, considering the price of the combo, there was only a small amount of lobster meat. Other than that, the atmosphere was super nice and chill. I would love to come here again.
