I live in Albany New York and saw a post on Instagram and then on TikTok 1 week later about this restaurant, so of course I drove to Brooklyn because i had to try it out. OMG IT WAS DELICIOUS I purchased 2 meals... I definitely had to get a meal to bring back home in my cooler lol. Oxtails and Rasta pasta and fried chicken wings with cabbage and Rasta pasta. We will be returning again before the summer ends with a few more friends.

Ordered food through grubhub. The salmon and catfish are sold with sides but my order had no sides. This was my first time eating their food. I ordered from this restaurant based on a few good reviews on instagram. I found the food to be mediocre. The service is obviously subpar based on my food delivery. Very disappointed by my experience.

Day 1, I bought wings with a side of mac and cheese and sweet potato. It was delicious and savory. I also had a watermelon-lime drink that was a bit too sweet for me but once I added ice it was magnificent. Day 2, I bought wings again and mac and cheese. The second day's meal was better than day 1; Dont get me wrong both days the food was delicious and great but somehow day 2 tasted as if someone's Mama was in the kitchen making the food with pure love and affection. In a neighborhood that doesn't have many fresh, home-cooked meal options. I am glad to have found this place. The staff was welcoming and offered conversations while preparing the food. Its a simple location but it was clean and the food was covered while in the buffet.

Ordered wings and Rasta pasta. The wings looked nothing like the picture. They was supposed to be buffalo wings but they lacked any type of taste. The wings were lukewarm and this was a carry out. The vegetable rasta pasta was lacking flavor also. I would not recommend this place.

I love everything about their food. Love their Mac N Cheese and the Rasta Pasta and the Yams and the Corn Bread and omg The Jerk Chicken is amazing! Yummy! I'm team Brooklyn Chckn N Lbstr

Food is amazing, should definitely try it out. Clean place service is good, they don't rush your food either it takes about 10-15 minutes per order but your food will come out hot and fresh.

The salmon Rasta pasta is really bad. Don't get it. It was extremely over cooked and couldn't taste the honey glazed I requested on it. The oxtail was very good. The Rasta pasta itself was OK. I would only go back for the oxtail alone.

It was a turnoff to see the food on display. The video that was shown was nothing like the place. I walked in took one look and walked out never to return.

Didn't like the food at all. Oxtail empanada had nothing but chunks of fat. Jumbo fried shrimp were salty and the batter felt gritty. The fries also seemed stale. The young lady at the register was pleasant but the energy from the other staff members could be better. Overall I didn't enjoy it at all and wouldn't consider trying them out again.
