Food was pretty good, not my favorite bbq spot. The brisket wasn't as tender, but overall decent for a spot we decided to just google and jump to. I did like the pulled pork and the separate bbq sauce we poured over it with the spicy sauce was good! The sides were good, I enjoyed the potato salad and collard greens. I really like the space. Vibe is nice, clean, modern, and they have some games to play. I def would go again for the vibes and drinks!

Nothing is going to compare to Southern BBQ. Smoked meats, fresh off the smoker with fresh coleslaw and delicious and generous food. Here? Generous? Yes.Delicious? No.The meat was not good at all. It all tasted old and had very little substance to them. Some of the meats were dry and had a feel that they had been sitting out all day.The sides were nasty and offered no value. I was disgusted by the whole thing and threw it all away after 15 minutes. It was also incredibly expensive.I will not be back. There are just some things the South does better. New York may have the upper hand when it comes to pizza and bagels, but leave BBQ to Dixieland.PS: In case you think I do not have a case, I lived in a Virginia town across the street from a BBQ joint for two and a half years.

Visited Brooklyn BBQ last Friday, nice place to meet friends after work on Fridays. Picnic tables setting outside, regular tables inside. Serving size is big and delicious, specially the Brisket. No waiting staff. The bar offers a vast menu and the staff is seasoned, their mixology is on point. Recommended

Let me start by saying atmosphere is way too loud because of the music they play. The food I would rate a 3 out of 10! The flavor oh wait there is no flavor... It was a total waste and I do not recommend this place to anyone. The service is horrible and the food was in something like a hot box. Macaroni and cheese had no flavor. I ordered 1/4 chicken and brisket with two sides of mac n cheese and as you can see in the picture that's not 1/4 of a chicken. I'll end this with a total waste of time stopping at this place. Don't waste your time or money!

Was not a typical barbecue restaurant. We were not impressed with the food. Also, the server had to forget about us sitting outside since we were the only ones out there had to go inside to ask for the bill.

I don't know why this place isn't rated higher! Anyway, came here last Friday. Just random decision. We were looking for a place to eat and it did not disappoint. The service was amazing. Although it was past happy hour time, they gave us happy hour prices. They were attentive and nice. The food came out at a good pace cannot complain. Now to the food, it was delicious. We had some sliders that came with jalapeños so good!!! Mac and cheese, creamy and delicious, we also had some other stuff and I can't remember having a complaints in terms of the food. I even had their key lime pie. A nice sweet treat. I will definitely be coming back. I recommend for a chill, very chill night, when you're in the mood to have a nice beer watch some sports and eat some yummy food.

This BBQ space is so hidden!I've never been to Park Plaza diner, but this restaurant is owned by the same people. It's actually connected and looked like they might share the same kitchen - not totally sure. We came on a weekday evening and we were the only people here. You order food at the counter and seat yourself at the tables. They have beer and wine available, I had a cider. I ordered a rib and sausage combo plate with cole slaw and mac and cheese. The sausage was great, the ribs were just OK. My friend ordered the wings for herself and I didn't get to try one, but she said they were delicious. I definitely want to come back at least to try park plaza, maybe when they have live music!

I passed by this newcomer while walking outside around Oktoberfest. They had some beers specifically for said times as well as a more usual selection. The people were friendly and the place was festive with a lot of parents with kids (makes sense for the are) as well as a Bluegrass band. The Q here is pricey but it's practically the only option with Pig Beach closing outside of Morgan's pretty close by.Had the pick two for $27 which came with two sides, cornbread, and pickle chips which was a substantial amount of food. They have some unique options including pulled lamb shoulder (IIRC they were out) as well as some pork belly. The brisket was just alright. It had a bit of a light smoke ring but at least it wasn't tough like the one at Pig Beach. Better was the pork belly which was well flavored but unfortunately, there was a piece of bone and cartilage inside which was rather disgusting. You can kind of see the outline in my photo on the top left. The Mac was good though I prefer there being more crispy bits while the Georgia beans were different from what I was used to. Less smoked but I liked the flavor even though it was differentVery nice atmosphere though I would return back with some hesitance likely to try one of their very tasty sounding sandwiches or their lamb shoulder.

Been meaning to come to this place for a while and I finally did. Self seating on the walk in. You place your order with the cashier and they call your name when your order is ready. I had the Korean flavored wings and the Buffalo wings with 3 sliders lamb, pulled pork, and brisket, with a side of Mac. The wings were good I didn't taste much of a Korean flavor to it but it was well done. The sliders were sub par the only one I really enjoyed was the brisket it was very juicy and full of flavor the pulled pork lacked salt and the lamb didn't really taste like lamb but ok. The Mac and cheese was alil runny I wouldn't recommend it and no flavor. The drinks were very good we had the rum punch. The ambience was nice great for groups, dates, and family. I'd go back for the wings and drinks
