Fantastic dinner at Brass! It's a beautiful restaurant with great service, food and drinks. We loved everything we ordered and had great recommendations from our server. We started with the Ricotta Gnudi and Tarte and for mains we had the Steak, Tilefish and Pasta Gratin side. It was the perfect amount of food for two. I'd definitely recommend Brass for a date or group dinner. They have a lot of large cozy booths to accommodate larger groups.

While the ambiance, cocktails, and desserts were enjoyable, the rest of my experience at this restaurant was appalling. The food was mediocre at best--nothing groundbreaking or worth remembering. But what truly ruined the night was the atrocious service toward the end of our meal. We were having a birthday dinner for my friend and despite spending over $500, we were constantly interrupted by servers, practically rushing us out of our seats as if we were overstaying our welcome. For a party of four that had been there for less than two hours, this behavior was unacceptable and rude. The absolute worst part came when I went to retrieve my coat after dinner. I stood waiting for help at the coat check/closet for a full five minutes without anyone in sight. When I tried to grab my own coat, which I clearly recognized, an employee rudely accused me of trying to take something that wasn't mine. I was treated like a common thief, humiliated, and ordered to step outside, leaving my $1,000 coat behind. All this after spending exactly $530.35 on dinner! To make matters worse, when the employee realized it was, in fact, my coat, there was no apology--just a cold dismissal as if nothing had happened. I left the restaurant feeling disrespected, humiliated, and absolutely furious. This was hands down the worst dining experience I've ever had, and I will never return. Avoid this place at all costs if you value being treated like a human being.

The space is stunning, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is genuinely friendly. We had a wonderful dinner overall, and the Crescent Duck Breast I ordered was cooked to perfection--tender, flavorful, and with beautifully crispy skin. The almond, beurre rouge, and roasted endive added rich, nutty, and slightly bitter notes that balanced the dish perfectly. Every bite was satisfying. It's an excellent spot for a date night, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.

Brass is great! Not just a hotel restaurant, it is excellent on all levels. First, the service is warm and attentive. Second, the room brings you back to a bygone era of elegance but still relaxed and unpretentious. Third, as you would expect from the Tusk Bar's sibling, the cocktails are so well done (the wine list is great too). Fourth, the food is creative, but not creative simply to be different. Everything we ate was delicious. Fifth, while the dessert list is only three items it difficult to decide since all three are great. In short, Brass is pure gold!

There isn't much to say about this restaurant but WOW. It's dim enough to still be able to see those around you and the piano and saxophone player was a nice touch. Every item recommended by our waitress were excellent choices and the steak and sides were savory with every bite. This place gets 5 stars all around and I have already spread the word on social media for food lovers to check this place out. Well done brass!

The latest Fabian/Jeremiah restaurant, so you know it's the best possible restaurant you can eat at in a hotel. Definitely start with the Gougeres and you should also get the Gnudi and the Chicken Roulade, and as always, the entire dessert menu. Especially the chocolate cake.

Nice ambiance. Oysters which had a passion fruit dressing were a little bland. Shrimp cocktail decent, I prefer a typical cocktail sauce but this was an interesting variant. The tomato carpaccio is not worth it. Not much flavor and odd texture. The wagyu steak good but chewy. The Amish chicken was quite good. Needs a large group to eat. The desserts were all very good.

Brass I would go back to because I enjoyed the drinks, the ambiance but the food did not blow me away. It was pretty good, tasty cooked well but small portions and I was not wowed, but definitely enjoyed the drinks and the seating areas in the restaurant.
