I came here after watching a movie at the Cobble Hill Cinema, and it was the perfect place to eat dinner! We weren't too hungry so we ordered the short rib hummus, the falafel, and monkfish skewers. All of them were incredibly delicious, but the falafel especially was amazing! The bartender said that they put the falafel filling in a choux-like pastry so the filling stays creamy! It was so good I still dream about it today. The restaurant was also had a chill vibe and it would a very cute spot for dates, friend catch ups, bring your family, etc.

We made reservations for our family on a Friday after having been here a few years back. I'm gluten-free. I wrote this when making the reservation and I told the server before ordering. Since there were no menu call-outs for what to avoid, I had to guess until the server seemed to wake up and say what would work. Then, when the food came, I had to decipher which dishes were which because the server wasn't the one who brought the food over and he didn't come over until we literally waved him down to get the check. I love Lebanese food but everything was mediocre at best. The lamb shank shawarma was $59 and while it was okay, the sauces were bland and it wasn't worth the price. The beets & berries was good as was the pistachio ice cream. The tabouleh was decent as well. However, they need to up their game to compete with so many incredible Lebanese and middle eastern restaurants in the area. Interestingly, my husband who was celebrating a birthday (we were never asked if there was an occasion) thought it was a bit better than I did and might have added a half or a whole star. But, I was disappointed.

Had a nice lunch here recently and it was amazing! The server/bartender was super nice and gave this amazing recommendation for a drink: the milk&honey - an amazing complex drink with sour, sweet notes and spices. The foam that is usually made with egg white seemed to be made from labneh. So delicious!! Definitely one of the best drinks I've had in a while. The food was really good as well. I love their labneh with zaatar bread. So fluffy and fresh! I got the miso babaghanoush and it was such a savory modern twist on a classic! The lunch specials were quite good as well. I got the short rib shawarma and it was delectable.Overall I would say if you want high quality Middle Eastern with a modern twist, Boutros nailed it! I definitely will be back to try dinner and more drinks!

Great spot for Lebanese food. Started with labneh and fresh pita. Labneh had honey and nuts on it. Wasn't a huge fan of the nuts being on there but the rosemary gave it a nice touch. The brussels and chicken were very good and definitely not lacking in flavor. The chicken was nice and juicy. The restaurant is nice and cozy, well decorated, and they have a communal table. You can also sit at the bar. I got the milk and honey cocktail which was a bit sweet and might be better as a dessert drink.

Came here to celebrate a birthday and it was such a beautiful, cozy spot with a somewhat open kitchen. Service was good, server made some great recommendations and explained some menu items. We enjoyed the spreads and dips the most, the Labneh, Mushroom Hummus, and Short Rib Hummus were all good. The pita was soft and fluffy. The spreads were plenty for the table to share. Labneh - very well balanced, just the right amount of tangy, rich but not too thick, topped with truffle honey, crushed hazelnuts and rosemary. sweet and savory, good on it's own or with pitaShort Rib Hummus - some of the shredded pieces were dry but the meat had a lot of good flavor, with some pickled onion over plain hummus. The Caesar salad was not well balanced. The lettuce was overly dressed and had too much mustard. The dish ended up being inedible for the table. Skip the salad Grilled Octopus Kebab - the flavor was okay, quality was good and octopus was tender. However, the dish was not hot enough, the red pepper and octopus was cold and the potato puree was lukewarm. I was craving octopus and potato and this did not satisfy my craving Roast Pork Shawarma - this entree was tender and flavorful, large piece of pork shank braised and served with cabbage, radish, and pickled onion, and served with mini pita, garlic tahini and zhoug sauce Overall, the food was good and I would probably come back to try their other menu items. Drinks were good too, my favorite was their Mezcal cocktail. I think it was called Thistle & Smoke or something similar

Brunch is SO good!!! The challah french toast and falafel are to die for even though it's a little pricey.

Have gone to Boutros twice for brunch now and once for dinner. Dinner was a year + ago so I don't remember much except that I liked it. My husband thought it was pretty expensive for the portion size though, so we haven't been back. Brunch is great with the exception of the shakshouka, which sucks =\ I've gotten the croissant which has to be like 1K calories but it's soo so good. I've also gotten the French toast and the short rib shawarma. Both great! Maybe we also did a salad?! Which I remember being nice. Brunch is also much more reasonably priced (comparable with other brunch spots in the area) so this is becoming a regular spot for us. Also RE the shakshouka, I love shakshouka and generally it's my go to bc it's more balanced, but the sauce in this one just tasted like straight canned tomato. Really everything else we've had is good though so I think they just don't do a good shakshouka.

Such a good middle eastern spot! Great spot to catch up with a friend or go on a date. I got the hummus, sweet potato, fig toast, duck breast and octopus skewer. Everything was delicious, but my favorite was the short rib hummus. I the short rib was pulled perfectly and paired well with the creamy hummus. The octopus was also very tender

This place is definitely added to my list of good brunch spots in Brooklyn. They have unique food combinations that work out well. Their fig and olive toast was delicious and so was their butternut squash kibbeh (better than the one at ilili and that's my favorite in the city!)Their cauliflower shawarma was underwhelming so I'd skip that. As for their challah French toast, it was definitely the star of the show and a must order for folks with a sweet tooth! So happy seeing more Middle Eastern inspired spots in the neighborhood!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Came for lunch with hubby and one baby, and had a great time! It was a weekday, so we had the place to ourselves. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and great to chat with. Everything he recommended on the menu was fabulous!
