Bourbon and Branch

The vibe was just right--lively but not too loud, the kind of place where you can actually enjoy a conversation while unwinding. I ordered the calamari and a veggie burger with fries, and both hit the spot. The calamari was crispy and well-seasoned, not too greasy, and the veggie burger was surprisingly flavorful, with a nice texture that didn't fall apart. There's something magical about New York City, and this place really captures that feeling. It's a great spot to kick back with friends, grab some good food, and enjoy the city's energy.

This place has great HH drinks! Their Espresso Martini's are delicious and deceptively strong. The inside is quite spacious.We got a bunch of food items to share - Philly Cheesesteak Spring Rolls, Pulled Pork Tacos, Slider Stack and some sort of fried chicken sandwich (can't find it on the menu anymore). The food was great overall and my favorite was for sure the spring rolls! Really great service - would come back :)

Attended a Baruch Alumni - a private event here and totally enjoyed the atmosphere. The space is incredibly spacious with a huge bar and big screens hanging around.Appreciate the servers working that evening and the generous hospitality we received. And totally appreciated their coconut shrimps, vegetable tacos, chicken empanadas and much more...Look forward to visiting again and enjoy the bar food and good vibes.

We are huge fans of broken in branch.The atmosphere is super trendy and cool. It's usually very busy but not incredibly loud. The service is great as our the drinks and the food.There are so many options in the city, but this one is consistently good and is especially welcoming after an event at the garden.

We went to Bourbon and Branch for brunch on a Saturday and had a very nice experience. The restaurant is very, very spacious and can accommodate large groups easily. The view of midtown from the second floor is very cool. If you're looking for a place to bring friends visiting from out of town, I'd recommend just off the views alone. Excellent for people watching. Being that it's Christmastime, the decor was super festive and bright. We happened to also visit during SantaCon which added to the festive view.The food was pretty good. We had a round of appetizers first, calamari and ribs. They were both enjoyable but the ribs edged out the calamari by just a bit in my book. The sauce was sweet and the taro chips were a nice touch for texture. The ribs themselves were very tender, nearly falling off the bone. The calamari was perfectly crunchy and we couldn't get enough of the dipping sauce that came with it. For an entree, I chose the French onion soup burger. Served with a side of French onion soup for dipping, I had high hopes for this patty. While it was fine, I think I'd gotten so much flavor from the ribs and calamari that the burger was a bit of a letdown. The patty was very dense but lacked flavor on its own. My friends all enjoyed their burgers though, so on another trip I'd just make a different selection or opt out of burgers entirely.Most importantly - the bottomless situation. We had the option of mimosas, prosecco, bellinis (they were out at the time), Bloody Marys, and a variety of beer. Our server made sure our glasses never ran dry and that we always had a full pitcher of water nearby. Between this and the price, I'd come back and recommend it as a brunch option for city dwellers or for bringing guests.

Great waiter, knows the menu, and AMAZING BURGER! Bacon was crispy, cheese was melted and blended well with the burger, and it's a sizable piece of meat! Vibe is clean calm and welcoming too!Only catch: double check your receipt, I ordered a happy hour beer but it was marked as a normal price beer because of unlucky timing of when the beer was put on my tab. It was fixed tho!Note I didn't get the bacon drink, that was actually a mistake but it looked shiny so in the review it goes!

Stopped in for libations Sunday, before the St. John's vs Creighton basketball at MSG. Lots of Johnnies in the place and the drinks were good and service was excellent.

This place was a lot of fun for brunchI ended up having the churro French toast with a side of bacon. It was very sweet. I loved it, but a few people in our group didn't enjoy it as it was too sweet for their taste.We also had the chicken and waffles. It was enough for three people in the morning. It was wonderfully tasting.The hot chocolate was good, nothing to write home about .The location and view is amazing

I came here with a group of 5 hoping to catch a meal before our Broadway show. We had over an hour until our show so I thought that was plenty of time since it was only a couple of blocks over from here. Wrong! After we ordered, it took about 45 minutes for our food to come out. There was literally one other occupied table so I expected our food to come out in a more timely manner. As far as the actual food goes, it's just okay... The chicken slider stack looks cool, but the waffles were soft and the fried chicken was nothing special. I would have given 3 stars, but the long wait for our food meant we had to scarf down our food to catch our Broadway show.
