I came here for brunch on a Saturday with a group of 5. We sat at the back, near the open kitchen. The restaurant has modern, inviting decor inside. They also have ample seating outside, with a lovely floral arrangement adorning the entrance. For brunch, they have a la carte and family style options. We decided to go with family style, which was called the brunch "feast." It included a choice of two appetizers, three entrees, and dessert, with portion sizes adjusted to accommodate any group size. To start, we had the tortilla espanola. I thought it would be similar to a quiche, but it ended up being more potatoes than eggs. It was served slightly below room temperature. The potatoes were soft with creamy filling. It was tasty, especially with the accompanying sauce. We also got the croquetas, which were deliciously crispy with rich mushroom filling. Probably my favorite dish of the meal. For one of our mains, we had the huevos estrellados. This was basically a poached egg on top of shoestring fries with a cream sauce underneath. It was tasty because you can never really go wrong with fries, but I think some of the more authentic items on the menu are a better option. The torrija was awesome. The french toast was cut into thick wedges. It was crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. A perfectly sweet bite with the blackberry and cream topping. We also got the tosta de aguacate. The toast was thick and topped with greens and tomatoes. It tasted almost like a croissant. I would have enjoyed a bit more avocado, but it was hearty enough. To finish, we had the churros with dulce de leche sauce. These were wonderfully crispy and a perfect end to the meal. To drink, I had a mimosa, which was quite affordable at $10. Our server was friendly. They accepted 5 credit cards for an even split of the bill, which made things easy. They also offer bottomless cocktails for brunch. They have three other locations in NYC. I'd recommend it!

I pass this place all the time and I'm glad I found it accidentally on Resy. The food is very reminiscent of Spain's tapas. No chance you find street parking so take any train to 42nd st, port authority bus terminal. Seating is scarce so book ahead.Top picks are the croquetas (ham or mushroom), meatballs (good bites), and patatas bravas (to fill you up and save $)Churros were dope too.Service was good despite the business and you'll get a good mix of preppy upscale and local hang. More of the former though.Expect Manhattan prices for a Spanish experience.

I've been here a few times since it's fairly convenient and attached to the AC Hotel. The bar service is awful. Don't expect to get great service here at the bar. I have gotten a table in the past and it's a little bit better, but leaves much to be desired. However, the food is excellent. Their Caesar salad is great.

Excellent Food - tapas made it very easy for us to sample a lot of different dishes.Service at 6pm was not bad although it was very busy. We had a 8pm show and we let our waitress know. She did a great job moving us through the dishes without feeling rushed and we did not need to compromise on the dishes we wanted.Ambience at 6pm was energetic but this is true of any of the Boquerias.

I had a phenomenal dinner out on my own at Boqueria while staying at the AC Hotel. Tapas for one isn't always a fulfilling adventure but I sat at the bar, and Manny the bartender took great care of me. I started off with the Pineapple Express (mezcal, aperol, pineapple, blood orange and ginger). It was the right amount of sweet and spicy. Manny then offered up some great food suggestions and I loved the Pintxos Morunos (lamb skewers with an exquisite salsa verde) and the Ensalada Vasca (market lettuce, spring herbs, and creamy garlic dressing), which sounds simple but had complex and well-balanced flavor. I finished up with the Churros Clásicos with Nutella. Everything was perfect from the food, ambiance, music, and service! Would happily return!

Went for lunch with coworkers and was easy to get a last minute reservation for 7. We opted in for the Tapas Lunch where each person chooses 2 tapas and ends with a dessert for $24pp. We ended up ordering one of each of the 10 tapas offered and doubled up on the beef and pork meatballs and lamb skewers, and added two salads. We also ordered a pitcher of red sangria to share, which was refreshing and complemented the tapas. It was plenty of food to share amongst 7 people and had leftovers. There were more vegetable tapas than meat tapas but all were tasty, esp the croquettes. Few have noted that the tapas were a bit oily given most were grilled or fried. The churros at the end weren't the best (inside was still a bit doughy, the outside a bit chewy and not crispy). Service was great on the other hand and staffs were attentive. I think it's worthwhile to visit for their happy hour or whenever you want to grab a drink and have light bites.

Kudos to Boqueria for keeping their heated outdoor dining, a true lifesaver for disabled New Yorkers like myself who are still trying to avoid covid. This was the perfect happy hour Meetup with friends and everything was phenomenal from the service to the croquetas, pan de tomate, patatas bravas, and jamon and manchego sammy to the Mini espresso martini on the happy hour menu. I will be back. Gracias! Wheelchair access details: the outdoor tables are all good height for a wheelchair and there is plenty of space to move around in the sidewalk enclosure. The enclosure is not fully enclosed. There is plenty of airflow from two open sides. Indoors is accessible to get in, but most of the tables inside seem to be of the high top variety. They are part of a hotel that has a good accessible restroom, I didn't test the restroom in the restaurant itself.

I originally came here with a big group of friends for a birthday brunch in October thinking tapas would be fun and I'd heard great things, unfortunately brunch didn't go so well. I wrote the restaurant an email with some feedback not expecting to hear anything. I ended up getting a reply back from Marilyn the manager who apologized for the experience and invited me back to receive 'a true Boqueria experience'. I was honestly shocked. This has never happened before. I went on a Friday night around 6pm. I was surprised the place was so busy and packed, because brunch was the complete opposite. A manager came over to say hello and welcomed us. Very nice touch! We had the Chefs Tasting menu, and I must say everything really was delicious. The food kept coming. We started with a meat and cheese plate, followed by pork and beef meatballs, ham croquettes, cheese croquettes, bacon wrapped dates, tuna, steak, and a vegetable paella. For dessert we had freshly fried churros which came with a sauce, and creama catalana. YUM! We had a big pitcher of red wine sangria with dinner that was quite good - I feel like this can be hit or miss at times. Theirs was perfect. We ended the night with espresso martinis. The service was excellent this time around. I must give a huge shout out to Flavio who was on top of it all from the get go (he had been there on my first visit and stepped in at the last minute when things weren't going well and was just as great that time). It was the perfect amount of food and we left so stuffed, something I don't think you always do when you go out for tapas.Go for dinner and get the Chefs tasting menu - you won't be disappointed. Thanks again Marilyn and Flavio!!!

My wife and I stopped in by accident. We had just exited the subway and wanted a midday drink. My wife said, "there's a hotel, there's got to be a bar." We walked down and entered the restaurant from the street. Everything we had, from the negroni, the pomelo, and the tapas (marinated olives, mushroom croquettes, lamb skewers, and fried potatoes) were something new to us. The service was quick, the restaurant was immaculate and organized, and the staff was attentive and friendly. Jorge, the General Manager, suggested that we also try the bacon wrapped dates, which were phenomenal. The sweet and savory was a party. The restaurant is open 365 days a year, so we'll definitely be back.

This place is out of this world. We took a gamble and showed up without a reservation. They found room for us and were incredibly kind about it. Our server, Camillo (sp?) was phenomenal. He really knew the menu, was personable and jovial. The pineapple sangria was delicious. The menu was amazing. The dates and the iberrica pork are a must have. The restaurant is warm and inviting. The food is amazing.
