Not sure if the location changed permanently. The address leads to a popup-style Chinese place. I found Bokki inside the Hana Market down the block and around the corner. On a weekday afternoon this is a pretty empty space. So there's plenty of seating, but it's also pretty dark. I ordered the spicy chicken bowl. The description mentions the gochujang but the bowl is basically under-seasoned chicken with a huge scoop of gochujang on top that's pretty overwhelming. The veggies in the bowl were fine. I also got an order of the cucumber salad and it did not taste fresh. I took a couple of bites and had to throw the rest out. Pretty disappointing. Downtown Brooklyn could use a good Korean place. This isn't quite it.

Try: Soy Garlic Fried Chicken! Why: Delicious crispy fried chicken thighs mixed in savory sauce of soy, garlic and ginger - yum! The large box was huge and would have been great for sharing but I ordered for myself and had leftovers for the next day and it still tasted great! There was even sauce on the bottom of box which I was able to pour back on the chicken after microwaving. The Beef Bulgogi Bowl was ok - beef was dry and didn't have much flavor. I did appreciate how much meat there and it was topped with many veggies. Note: Huge restaurant with plenty of seating. I came on a Thursday night around 5:30pm and there was one person eating and one person behind me that ordered. Food came fairly fast, within 10 mins. My order was to-go so I took it home to enjoy. Also, the worker was friendly and helpful.

I feel like you can't really tell what this place is from the outside, but once inside you'll see it's a mini food court with one food ordering counter, one bar and dessert display up front. For food, we got honey butter french fries, fried dumplings, a soy garlic chicken bulgogi bowl and a spicy chicken bulgogi bowl.French fries were drizzled with honey butter sauce- the flavor combo wasn't my favorite but i can see it going really well with a nice beer :)The fried dumplings were juicy and crispy- not the typical gyoza shaped ones, Bokki's are triangular and made with a wonton wrapper. Fried to crispy perfection, be careful when you bite in- these dumplings are HOT and will shoot out meat juice.Chicken bulgogi bowls were super good- great portions (it was two meals for me!) The bowls are topped with pickled cucumbers, carrots and onions. They help with cutting the heavier taste of the meat.I'll be back to try the fried chicken!

Bokki Seoul good is located near the courthouses and makes for a good place to stop and grab a bite from. I had a spicy chicken bowl that came with a spicy sauce on top that was flavorful yet not super spicy to overtake the flavor. It came with rice and vegetables but I thought it was maybe a little pricy since it didn't come with a ton of food but I thought it was good enough to have a filling meal.

This is more of a takeout spot than an eat in, which seems like a waste because they have plenty of chairs/seats inside a large area. The food here was not very good. I got the beef bulgogi bowl, as opposed to entree, which the cashier explained as less protein vs more protein for an $8 price difference. The beef was all jumbled together and the base of brown rice and "salad" consisted of pieces of kale that looked really dirty and some cabbage.Would not come back here and would not recommend you trying this spot as there are other great options in the area for better quality food.

I ordered beef bulgogi bowl with salad but got rice. They offer to correct the mistake but I was under a time crunch and hate wasting food. I would consider the potion to be small considering the price. Beef tasted good. Vegetable were not fresh and needs a little seasoning. Rice was cold and a little hard. Ambiance was simply and empty at lunch time. Using a recycle bin as a trash does not scream high class. This place needs work before I can recommend but I'll certainly give them another chance.

I was in the area for Jury Duty which is never fun. I decided to make sure my lunch was interesting though. While the Starbucks and fast food locations nearby were packed, I wanted to try something different. Bokki's menu looked really promising so I walked over to check it out.The door to Bokki is a bit hidden on the side street, and currently under a construction awning. When I opened the door, I was greeted by the owner and could see directly into the kitchen which I thought was so interesting. There's no dine-in here. You place your order for takeout or delivery only. But that's the charm about it, for me. You truly feel like you are in someone's home kitchen.I ordered the Honey Garlic Shrimp Bowl, and in under 10 minutes it was brought out to me by the owner - piping hot and extra fresh. I'm usually not a fan of filling up too much during lunch, but I cleaned this bowl up nicely. Every bite was perfect.I really hope Bokki gets the traction and attention it deserves. The quality here is amazing. Don't skip it.

2 stars for the honey butter fries. The black pepper garlic chicken was the best flavored (out of the three) but then we found MOLDY chicken pieces and nearly threw up. Waste of money....

I ordered the spicy bbq pork over white rice yesterday and it was very disappointing. The pork was very hard and tasteless. The food is definitely not fresh made and has been cooked for at least a few days to a week. They just reheat it and sell it to you. I do not recommend this place for anyone. Sorry not sorry!
