Wanted to like this place more but it missed the mark. This is really a 3.5 star review. I went on a weekday around 12:30 and it was completely empty. I was told to take a menu from the counter and that I could have a seat. Tried to order a mint lemonade but they didn't have any mint. OK so I ordered a strawberry basil iced tea, which was refreshing, but didn't really have much flavor in my opinion. When I looked at the menu, they had a lot of different burger options but I settled for a Smashburger that was shown on a summer menu. However, I then watched the waiter offer two groups who came after me a lunch special menu that was not offered or mentioned to me. Had I known there were lunch specials, I would've checked them out to see if I wanted to order. So I was a little upset that these were offered to everyone except me. In terms of the actual burger, I found the patties to be way too thin, even for a smash burger. To me it left the burger, feeling kind of skimp and not fulfilling at all. I also ordered fries which were honestly the star of the show. Lastly, I didn't feel like the service was up to par. There was a large table in front of a door and the waiter kept yelling to people to not sit at the table because he needed to access the door. My question is, why place a table in a spot that you know you need to be able to go in and out of? And then on top of that when he gave me the bill, it said one price, however, after I paid and a receipt was brought to me to sign it, had a different price. What I think happened is he did not add the drink the first time and I didn't notice, but I feel like when this happened you should just say to the customer that you forgot to add something and here's a new receipt. There was also an automatic 15% gratuity, which I wasn't fond of. I spent $40 for a lunch that I barely liked. Way too overpriced and not worth the visit imo.

I am reading some different review of B&B and I do not understand why anyone is giving this shop less than 5 stars, (and that's after my first visit here.). We were a group of 8 with two children. After touring Crown Heights since early morning, we stopped here for lunch. We walked in, were nicely greeted and sat down immediately. The waitress came over, said hello and immediately took a drink order. They. have a pretty extensive list of wine and beer here along with their very complete food menu.I skipped the appetizer but a few of my friends had the wings. I made the mistake of not tasting one and they looked delicious. Who ever had one also enjoyed them. I went straight for the burger, most of of did.Their classic burger was, [well] a classic. A great patty of [kosher] beef with all the toppings. It was perfectly cooked [medium] and flavorful and moist. This is definitely a great burger spot. Too bad it's a 45 minute drive from me. Service was great and our waitress very attentive to detail. I am really looking forward to a return trip with my wife. I want to experience their great looking desserts.KUDO's to the team here at Boeuf & Bun.

Excellent menu. Food delicious. Casual atmosphere. Service good. We love the food & reasonable prices

I am not Jewish but I took my clients here for a dinner and everything tasted great the Chili is great I got the rack of ribs I wish there was more on the serving nice ambiance great location I would go here again

Came here with my dad a couple months ago. Damn this place is meh, got the classic burger nothing special. Fries were just okay. Blended Lemon with mint was decent. Prices are through the damn roof and frankly won't be returning to a restaurant I once considered amazing and a must to patronize. My dad used to love it but honestly, I think he's nostalgic for how it used to be years ago. Service was just alright, my dad ended up going to the counter to pay despite the restaurant only having 3 other tables.

Boeuf and Bun is not just your typical burger joint - to start off with in the beginning of the meal they give you complimentary popcorn which is such a nice touch. The set up of the restaurant is very DIY (do-it-yourself) since the utensils, napkins, and straws are on the table in cup holders. I personally do not like this type of set up because who knows what hands touched what. The service was not amazing, but our waitress was trying to check up on us whenever she could, but the restaurant was really short staffed for a Sunday!TIP: I would not get cocktails here, they were extremely small and watered downBut the main focus of the restaurant which of course if the food was delicious and very decently priced! The chili fries were so yummy and the portion was huge (could be shared perfectly between four people)- by the time our burgers came around we barely had an appetite (we were only two people)! I personally got the classic Boeuf with potato sticks. The burger was perfect: the way it was cooked, the toppings, and the presentation. I will definitely be back to Boeuf and Bun to try more of their vast menu - hopefully the service will be better!

I was looking forward to dining here with a client.Quite honestly I was not impressed. Popcorn is served when you sit down along with water served in mason jars, very cute and I love the popcorn.The chicken wings were the perfect size, perfect Temperature unfortunately the sauce on the wings wasn't deplorable. It was a blend of Shiracha and honey if I had to bet. The dipping sauce was ok, it was a mayonnaise aioli.The Jalapeño poppers just don't work at all, beer battered jalapeños with dry rolled beef on the inside which is pitched as "bacon"Note to the owner: please take this item off your menu immediately.The hamburger menu is very imaginative, quite a few clever choices. Unfortunately the finished product isn't all that good.Beer, wine and a limited cocktail selection are available. Prices are reason given the restaurant is Kosher, unfortunately the food falls flat.

The morning scramble burger, onion rings and truffle fries here are my favorites. I love them. My friend loves their vegan burger. Their service is amazing. The staff is always super polite, helpful, courteous, patient and nice. The outdoor dining is beautiful, comfortable, clean and a really nice atmosphere. Highly recommend this place.

We went to Boeuf & Bun today, walked in at 5:15 pmThere was less then 10 other people inside.We sat down and waited for our order to be taken, and waited and waited- we got fed up after seeing the workers on their phones, we went up to the counter to ask them to come over which they said they would.After an additional 10 min, we got up and went across the street to Izzy's. Very bad service..

Great food, service is not great very unorganized with seating arrangements you can wait for a while even while there are empty tables.
