Food- 4/5Service- 4/5 Ambiance 5/5 Great time on a Wednesday! Their karaoke was fun and the DJ and singin folks made it a TIME! The owner was nice and informative and her husband sang to her too, so that just added even more to the experience. The empanadas I had included buffalo chicken, oxtails, chopped cheese.I enjoyed them in the order they're written. -The buffalo chicken had the perfect amount of flavor and wasn't spicy which was perfect! -The oxtail was delicious and could've used a lil more oxtail. It seemed to be 1 piece of oxtail spread out inside the crust with some potatoes. It also took awhile longer to come out than the other 2. -The chopped cheese was tasty. The sangria is a MUST! I had a blast! 2 thumbs up, would recommend, will def return!

I was having a really lousy day, when a friend decided to snatch me up for food and drinks at Blossom's. She's been there several times to my first time experience and it was a great choice. We stepped inside and immediately I was warmed up by the homey, beautiful old school, decor. I felt like I was about to sit down inside of my grandparents' home. We were welcomed by Sekou, the most wonderful bartender ever. He offered me a sample of frozen rum punch after hearing about my miserable day. We arrived just after 530PM and immediately got into some of everything. I started my night with a full order of the frozen rum punch. My friend had a mango cocktail. Both were sooo frosty and good. Next, my friend and I both ordered the lobster biscuits. I ordered a main course of crispy fried snapper with mashed potatoes and string beans. While I was munching, I asked about the games that were stacked up on the bar where we were sitting. Before you know it, I was tipsy and engaged in lively conversation with everyone at the bar. Bartender Sekou and I, got into a few rounds of Jenga with another patron. Two hours in, Sekou was taking song requests to play for us on the big screen. Lisa, one of the owners, along with her husband, were in the kitchen cheffing it up. They both came out periodically to ask how we liked the food. I kept drinking and became interested in an order of empanadas listed on the Happy Hour menu. I went with the shrimp alfredo type. Sekou kept the shots and fun going and at the end of our time there, Lisa offered my friend and I a slice of bourbon chocolate cake with whipped cream topping, on the house. I had a wonderful time at Blossom's. It truly was like being at game night with my favorite cousins. I'll be going back for sure!

Blossom was cool with dope, old school decor. They didn't have potato salad or frozen drinks the night I went. I was so bummed that I add to opt for Mac and cheese. I didn't like the mac and cheese and ended up barely touching it. Service was A1, the waitress was on her job. She actually made the experience better.

Me and my girls went to Blossom's for brunch and we had a good time. Our server was very nice and attentive, the ambiance and decor was very cute, reminiscent of your Grandmas living room. We had the lemon pepper wings and cornbread for our appetizers and they both were delicious. For my main I had the chicken and coquito waffles which I wasn't really a big fan of. For desert I had the cheese cake which was very tasty

One thing about me, I'm going to support Black Owned Brooklyn! Especially in my beloved Bed-Stuy. Being on Dekalb Ave. brought back such fond childhood memories and Blossoms made my day on the trip down memory lane. Walking in the door I felt like I was in someone's living room. I was immediately acknowledged by staff (which is worth mentioning cause it's lost on some), then opted to have my solo brunch a the bar. Staff was warm and friendly and the bartender was on it! I opted for the kool-aid spiked of course, cause why not! I had the coquito waffle and chicken and it did not disappoint. When the chef brought the food out, he low-key caught me do the black girl, I'm about to eat...happy dance. And was judgment free . I really love us!! But receiving the check in the L encyclopedia that mama and them had was it for me!! The only downside was I was solo and didn't get to try other menu items which means..... Blossoms, I'll be back with my crew soon!!

I visited this really charming and cozy place. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was outstanding. The drinks were top-notch, and I really enjoyed them. The owners were very friendly and engaging. I tried the jerk chicken, which was delicious and not overly salty like at other places. I also had the lobster mac and cheese, which was tasty but a bit too oily for me. I'll definitely revisit this place if I'm back in Brooklyn.

This place needs to go. We went to celebrate a birthday in a group. We place an order and we are approaching 2 hours and the food we ordered has not come out. Is everything alright in the kitchen? Yet the tables next to us have gotten their food. Are you well? No accountability, no sense of urgency and simply have the audacity to turn it onto our table as if we are the ones with the problem. This was a mess, no interest ever in going back. Disclaimer : There is one star because Yelp does not let you post without adding a star. (-)

I don't want to bash black owned businesses but this was very underwhelming. The space was nice and the fried oxtail was really good, but the service was terrible. Food was brought out so spaced apart. First the lobster Mac & cheese (with no lobster). Half hr later the meat, half hour later the vegetables (which were dry). My husband had the short ribs and the meat looked a week old. I tasted it and spit it out immediately and the drinks tasted terrible. I will never eat here again. And I found out the owner is also the owner of BKLobster of Brooklyn and they have been shut down. Enough said

Ambiance music on point I ordered short rib southern style when it came out smothered in gravy but when I tried to stick a fork into it hard and dried out meat wasn't edible looked like last week short rib with gravy waitress said that she will see what she can do which was nothing ... son ordered lemon pepper wings dry , , wife ordered lobster Mac and cheese dry ... the fried ribs and oxtail were good... took awhile to get drinks but saw the bartender making drinks and knocking some back to be fair I don't know if she was drinking alcohol ... will try again maybe summer if still here but they need to be better
