I've had this spot on my list forever. However, when you're the gin lover of your crew you get vetoed often. But not this night. A friend and I met here on Thursday after-work and just about fell in deep like with this place. We got there pretty early so we had our pick with seating and sat in the middle on one of the cute round couches. We decided to forego the bathtub b/c we didn't want to struggle getting out of it. LolWe tried one of the G&Ts, but I couldn't tell you which. I can tell you it was refreshing and satisfying. I also had the sangria. That was good as well, just a lil on the sweet side. We shared an order of the chicken sliders since we were inhaling drinks. LolService was excellent and I'm sure our waiter practiced patience when trying to figure of which G&Ts we wanted to try. Lol. Super cute spot to meet up with friends or date night. I'll definitely be back.

On our second visit, we decided to try some other drinks on their menu and the food here! Slo and Easy was my favorite of the bunch we tried!Food was also unexpectedly amazing! We had the pork belly, cucumber salad, and the potato dauphinoise! Would recommend all three! Service was a bit on the slower side as they were quite busy, but they do not rush you out by any means if you have a reservation.

Got fleeced into watching Burlesque, but in terms of the place itself. Very crammed, unnecessarily loud music, especially near the entrance. Drinks were pretty mid, and the spicy drink they had really got me, man I did not do so well with it. Espresso martini was what you expected, and yea they have a large gin selection, but didn't feel like I had to come here to drink it, and the atmosphere was not really conducive to trying to really taste you drink anyway.I guess you gotta see the bathtub, but I really struggled to find anything on the menu I would come back for.

Bathtub Gin is a cute spot located near Chelsea Market. There was a line when we arrived but we had a reservation. Inside, the music was really loud and the atmosphere was dark, overall offering a fun vibe. There was also an iconic gold/copper bathtub in the middle of the venue. They are known for their gin and tonics, of which they offer a huge variety of. These are my go to drinks but this one was a bit on the stronger and less sweet side (I usually add a dash of lime juice) than I'm used to. We also ordered the pork belly which was superrr salty. However, it was a decently sized portion.Overall, we had a good time!

Bathtub gin was all the rage back in 2015 and there was a one in a million chance of getting a reservation here. Our recent Saturday night experience here was a 180 from that. We walked in at around 6pm on a Saturday evening. All the tables were full but the crowd appeared to be transitory. There was still plenty of standing space by the bar but we got a table anyway. The espresso martini is easily the best I have ever had anywhere. Their s'mores dessert was calling our name and who knew it would be a match made in heaven with the espresso martini? It was cute and grown up at the same time. The service was on point and we walked away from here vowing to return more often.

Such a good speakeasy! I love that the front actually throws you off and makes you feel like you are at the wrong place. Perfect, as it should be! The inside is beautiful and also stays true to theme. Service was excellent and the live jazz was wonderful. For food we ordered the potatoes and the empanadas and both were really good. Drinks were also great but the best one was absolutely the Silver Screen Martini. Super good with a slight but tasty popcorn flavor!

Obsessed with this place now! Went on a Monday night ~9:30/10pm to celebrate my friend's birthday, and it was surprisingly so busy & such great vibes! We didn't have a reservation, but they luckily had a table available for us 5! I usually don't love live music, but they did such a great job and added a nice jazzy vibe; I also liked that they weren't too loud, so you could still comfortably chat. We ordered the sangria carafe, and it was presented nicely with fruit in all the glasses, etc.! I was also obsessed with the menus being newspapers; just loved all the little touches. I bet the espresso martini is delish since they're a coffee shop during the day (and then this place is the speakeasy behind)! They do charge a lot of fees, like I think they charged a live entertainment fee of some sort and maybe a large party fee? Though it was worth it for the fun experience!

Bathtub Gin is a great speakeasy located near the Chelsea Market and a variety of transit options - oh! and it is also not terribly far from the High Line. The speakeasy is hidden behind a coffee shop, so you may be confused as to where to enter, but it should be easy once you see the bouncer outside. We had reservations and thankfully so - this place was packed! I wouldn't advise going without reservations as you may wait a while. They have free coat check when you walk in - I also advise taking advantage of this because the space is tiny and you won't have much room to store a bulky coat. Make sure to tip the coat check person! This person will also check you in and show you to your table. As I said, the space is pretty tiny and tables are quite close together. We didn't go on a show night, but I'd like to return to see a burlesque show. I had the low ABV drink - Sloe n Easy and it was just that, it went down very easy. My friend tried two of the gin and tonics, and I also tried one. I never had a gin and tonic but I think it may be my new favorite drink. They have a selection of various different gin and tonics - I had the Stray Dog that had a lavender garnish. We also enjoyed the charcuterie board and the tableside s'mores were a treat. Just be careful with the fire!Service was very good too.

Very cool prohibition era speakeasy with a gin focused cocktail menu. If you like gin, you have to check it out! My friend and I decided to check it out because we had time to kill before our dinner reservation nearby. I wish we had more time because there were so many interesting gin & tonic variations. We did not have reservations for Bathtub but managed to grab the standing table by the door. I got the BAYAB ORANGE AND MARULA GIN and it was delicious!Cool vibe and nice decor. Would definitely go back!
