I came here to get drinks with friends and it was a great vibe! The inside of the pocha spot is dim and lively, with lots of big groups drinking together and enjoying food. Here, the menu is by QR code and you order with staff. When I went, my friends and I only got soju drinks and fries, so I can't quite judge the food or cocktails. However, it was still a great time and I would love to come back to try some of their food and their soju bingsoo!

Despite coming at 6:30PM on a Friday night, we were able to get seated right away. Dark inside, but it fit the mood. Truffle Oil Chapaguri noodles was so good! The pork belly could've been crispier; it was too soft despite being fried so the texture was exactly the same and didn't add to the flavor Deep-Fried Sweet Potato & Onions were good--I especially enjoyed the sauces it came with. Lychee Soju Bingsoo was yummy but doesn't seem like high alcohol percentage. There's a 10% discount if you pay in cash. They don't take same-day reservations.

Favorite ktown late night spot by far!! I've been here a couple of times, and it's always the best pre or post a night out in ktown, or even just for dinner. It can be pretty busy on a weekend, but depending on the time there can be no wait. I've ordered a bunch of stuff from the menu, but my favorite is the tteokkboki and the oden, as well as their noodle soups!Everything comes in large portions, and is meant for sharing, so I'd recommend going with a group and just trying a bunch of stuff! The egg souffle is also AMAZING here. It's complimentary and sooooo fluffy!! It hits every time. The atmosphere is also very cute, there are lots of seating areas each in sort of separate sections, which gives more privacy to each table. The dim lighting also makes the spot more cozy and intimate! A mustgo in my opinion for anyone who wants authentic korean food, one of my ktown favorites!

5/5 Lychee Makgeolli5/5 Yuzu Makgeolli5/5 Fried Tteok w/ honey + gochujang dipping sauces5/5 Spicy Seafood Stew4.5/5 Corn Cheese4/5 FriesWe came on a weekday on the earlier side, would recommend if you're trying to avoid a wait. I have tried to visit Bangia much later at night, and had to resort to a different Ktown spot because the wait would have been too long. A very casual spot for some great makgeolli varieties and anju! Worth a visit if you're in the area!

I cannot believe how rude the staff is here. They make you feel rushed the ENTIRE time you are sitting there. Don't be a Pocha place if you don't want people to sit and talk for awhile??? And mind you we were only halfway into our food and drinks and they'd come around asking us if we're done, touch ALL our cups and plates at least once every 10minutes to check if it's empty. It felt like if we even stopped drinking / eating to talk for just a little bit they'd rush over and want us to hurry and finish. We really were not there past how long normal people stay at pocha places on a weekend night (there were other groups there who were still there even when we left). Im really not recommending this place to any of my friends sorry, the food also wasnt even great. There's better pocha around.

I really enjoyed this place! It's so fun and they offer great drink specials. The food is a bit pricy, but the portions are very large and you can definitely share. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, I loved the shaved ice drinks, and the soup was so delicious. I'd give this place a 4.5, just knocking off a bit for the price and the service was a bit slow. This place is very busy and packed, so I'd get there when they open or have a reservation.

I have come here several times with my friends so far. Almost every time I come, it is for drinks only. The staff are very friendly and understanding. My friends and I love their lychee soju cocktail, which comes in a pitcher. It is not too sweet, and the alcohol is not too strong. One order also comes along with a cup of lychee. For the most recent time I came, I recommended my friends to try the lychee makgeolli. They've never had Korean rice wine before, so they were skeptical. However, everyone loved it. It was the star of the show. Although both the soju and makgeolli were delicious, we all preferred the makgeolli.

Year after year this place is still my TOP fav pocha. The food portion is huge, and most of all the workers here are all just so funny and have top tier service. They joke around with you while making sure that you have everything you need, and are part of the experience. It's very spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating with great alcoholic drinks that are so yummy and sweet! They also have weekday deals of like signature cocktails for only 10 dollars on a Tuesday, etc. so you can really come here any time of the week and have a great time!

This is the perfect spot when you have a big group and dont have a reservation in NYC Ktown. Highly recommend the army soup and great vibe overall for pregame or afters.
