Bahary Fish Market and Restaurant

My Father and I have been coming here since I was little in the 90s and I've been to Egypt for the Fish and seafood they are near identical. My Father had passed about a week or a little less and I'm proud I was able to enjoy one last Bahary meal with him this year. To the Brothers that are owners, Fattah my Father loved your Blackened Fish and I because of the smile it put on his face.

I love this place!Cozy little restaurant with the freshest seafood cooked however you like. Their sauteed shrimp-in-the-shell is delicious and very healthy when paired with a side of rice. Prices are reasonable for the effort it takes to make the food, the employees are friendly, and the mural on one of the walls is very charming.Five stars!

Finally stopped in after passing by this spot for 25 years and now have a great new place for a delicious fish dinner!! Low key, cash​ only and excellent whole fresh fish.... You pick your fresh fish which is on ice and they grill or fry it for you. I had the whole branzino which was coated in a savory Mediterranean dry rub then grilled/blackened to juicy perfection! Served with a side of salad, yummy rice, side of tahini sauce, pita bread and two plump sugary dates for dessert!Super meal for $20. I will be going back soon for more!! Keep in mind you are NOT going to be impressed by the ambiance or decor though... Lol. Hence only four stars.

Diamond in the rough!! I always want to try it after hearing all good reviews from people and I wasn't disappointed.Food was great and very inexpensive staff was very friendly. While you can sit there or take out I decided to eat in place is small but comfy almost feels like your eating in an Egyptian restaurant in Egypt ..

Very fresh and good seafood! Recommended.But keep in mind they take cash only :) I did not know the first time and I did not have enough cash with me. I was so embarrassed It was late night and my debit card was not working.They were so kind and the told me you can pay later!That was so kind!!!

Fresh fish, hole in the wall kinda place.One guy's write up mentioned a poor attitude and I can tell you that one of the fellas in there seems to be a bit of a sour puss but the other guy was great. Sour puss wasn't mean, just didn't seem like he wanted to be there. If you can get past the sour puss, which worked at the register when I was there, you'll like the place.Excellent value regardless and having fished my whole life, I looked over their fish selection and they all seemed very fresh, as was our food.Generous, fairly priced, fresh portions but it is a hole in the wall that could use a scrub.J

Dont let the looks deceive you! Fresh fish, try the blackened fish and the tajines! French fries are also awesome and seasoned perfectly.

This place is small, dirty and the food is not that good.The bathroom smell like pee.

Fresh fish and good prices, nice staff. My go to for when I'm in the mood for grilled fish. The Bronzino is my fav!

Love this place. Fried shrimp are the best and their potato fries are delish. Would recommend 100% and great prices too.
