I have been here a few times. They server freshly made Italian food. The food is absolutely well cooked and delicious. The food service a bit slow but considering it a restaurant, it should be like that. The place is very calm, relaxing, there is a fireplace inside. You sit, drink your wine and enjoy your food in a peace. I like this place.

Food:We ordered several dishes one of which was lobster ravioli ($25.00) and salmon oreganata ($29.00) and noticed that the food was very subpar. The pasta was soaked in oil, practically swimming in it and there was very little pasta that came with the fish. Alfredo sauce was super heavy on lobster ravioli, and the lobster inside the ravioli was barely visible. We ordered also broccoli rob, which was soaked in butter or oil, and there was so much oil that it dripped on the plate once it was picked up from the plate with a fork. I recommend to the chef to steam the broccoli rob, and serve it with a wedge of lemon, and roast some garlic on a side to make it healthy and not greasy. Overall, we completely did not enjoy ourselves. Service:The waiter took our order, and while we were waiting for our next dish, we were asked by a busboy if he could clean out the whole table, if we were completely done. Not polite to ask this kind of question when customers are dining. Best to wait for the customers to let the waiter know that the customer is done with the dining experience. We don't recommend to dine here for Italian food.

Very good rustic, Italian restaurant. We wish we came here sooner. The food was very flavorful: tried the calamari, fish francese, and chicken parm with penne. Great flavor on all the dishes, we will definitely be coming back. Nice cozy ambiance, good service.

This is my favorite Italian restaurant in Brooklyn!! A neighborhood gem, great home-made wine, best stuffed artichoke around!! I come from Long Island to eat here with my family from Brooklyn . Great service, best hostess in town, cook is damn good! Can't say enough about this place!

What, WoW! I am not big with Italian food because today all these restaurants are not authentic, but Anthony is the best Italian chef in Brooklyn, hands down! Try their skirt steak, potato croquettes, and their fried mozzarella appetizer. They are the best mozzarella stick I had in Brooklyn! A wholesome family restaurant with traditional Italian food!
