This has been on my fiancés "try" list for a while so we decided to stop in today for lunch. The place is quite spacious for a deli and had ample snacks, cool soda options, a variety of fresh bread, and even some clothing/merch! When we arrived I had to use the bathroom, and asked the woman at the check out counter if they had one, she said they did not (which is as expected for a deli) but kindly recommended I go to a coffee shop nearby. After ordering, and heading to the nearby bathroom, our sandwiches were ready. I ordered the NY Nico lettuce wrap which was SO GOOD and filled with fresh grilled chicken, avocado, pepper jack cheese, crispy onions, and chipotle mayo. It was fresh and delicious. My fiance got the FDNY which is essentially a vodka parm on garlic bread and really enjoyed it, although it could have been warmer. The portions are generous. It was a little pricey (came to $43 for two sandwiches and a small bag of chips) but definitely worth it for a hearty, quick, casual lunch. I'd also like to try their breakfast sandwiches next time. Don't forget to grab a free sticker at the register!

I'm not exaggerating when I say this place serves the best sandwiches in Williamsburg--maybe even in all of Brooklyn! This place has completely redefined what a great sandwich should be.Every bite is an experience. The bread? Perfectly fresh with the ideal balance of crunch and softness. The ingredients? Top-notch, locally sourced, and bursting with flavor. The vibe of the shop is exactly what you want in Williamsburg--cool, laid-back, and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and always happy to make recommendations. They clearly care about what they do, and it shows. If you're in Williamsburg and hungry, run--don't walk--It's a total gem, and I'll be back regularly!

Anthony & Son is the deli I recommend to friends if they're visiting the area. They absolutely STACK their sandwiches with tons of meat, fresh leaves, and cheese so you will not go hungry. I love the Anthony & Daughter which is prosciutto, burrata, and arugula. I'll no doubt be trying more of their menu the next time I visit, although the Anthony & Daughter is so good that I might get that again too.

Local favorite but it's expensive for what it is.Sandwich ($20): Triple Decker (pastrami sandwich). It's got a good amount of meat but I wish there were some veggies and more sauce. It's a decent sandwich but not for the price point. Logistics:-local favorite (not sure why)-accepts card

YUM! Anthony & Son make some of the freshest, tastiest sandwiches in NYC!Our normal order is a Healthilicious Panini and a Godmother sandwich. We also tried the seafood salad for the first time today, which was great (we spied it in the deli case last time we were there, and noted how fresh it looked).Always fresh, always delicious. Sometimes busy, so it can take a minute for your food but well worth the wait. I don't believe they do delivery, though you can order ahead for pick up, now at a window around the corner on Frost Street. You can't go wrong with this family run spot.

Great paninis! Anthony & Son is mostly a takeout spot, but there were plenty of roomy outdoor seating right outside the store. You will find yourself getting happily lost in their menu, stocked with extensive and creative ingredient combinations. After much deliberation, I went with the FDNY to try their vodka sauce. The staff were quick to take my order and made my panini on the spot. Although these go for a hefty price (around $18-20) the portions were huge and made 2-3 meals for me! The ingredients also felt fresh and went well together. Overall, I would definitely recommend if you are craving Italian paninis; I would love to visit again to try their other options if I'm in the area!

I stopped in after hearing several people talk about this place and got the Matt & Steve. It's a good size hero or sub depending on where you're from, but should be for about $22. It's got plenty of chicken, mozzarella sticks, fries, bacon sauce. It was salty for my taste, maybe because of the bacon, which could've also been crispier. I'd give it another shot. Plan on spending plus or minus $20 on a hero/sub.

This place is absolutely nuts. I must visit while in Williamsburg to get the Mike and Steve 2.0 the sandwich is insane. It has chicken, cutlet, bacon, and french fries. It was so delicious. The vodka sauce is so tasty. It served hot and ready to go. I would go with somebody else And split one you really don't need the whole sandwich for yourself.I love the branding and the merch inside is pretty Swaggy. I'm gonna think about this sandwich for a long time.

it's good and very fresh!the food: i got the lettuce wrapped caesar salad. it's fresh and exactly as you expect, i will say it's lacking a litttttle bit on the flavor profile and quite pricey. if i came again i would def get the actual sandwiches! the space: they have some seating outside the service: quick
