Me and my friends went around 7 on a weekday and the place was bumping. Very busy with music, felt very hip. We sat at the counter, which was fun because we got to watch them cook. I went with 2 other people and we shared the prosciutto focaccia, black truffle pasta, rigatoni piccante, the tagliatelle al ragu bolognese, and the tiramisu. The prosciutto focaccia was absolutely amazing. The ricotta dip with pesto was so so creamy and delicious. All the pastas were also super delicious. If I had to pick, my favorite was the Rigatoni Piccante because of the kick. The tiramisu was fine -- definitely something you could get anywhere. It is a bit pricey, but I think it's worth the money. There was also a cute basil plant in the kitchen, so you know their basil is fresh.

I don't even know where to begin with how amazing this restaurant was! The place is very small and intimate. I highly recommend getting a seat at the chefs counter if you can. Watching them crank out the pasta dishes non stop adds to the appeal. We started with the homemade burrata appetizer that also had pistachios in it and I can never eat burrata any other way ever again. My friend and I did the pasta tasting and it was easily the best pasta I've had in my life. I always thought I hated cacio e pepe but turns out, I LOVED the one here! The truffle pasta was also a close second. Service was great and attentive though the pasta courses did feel a little rushed as they came out just as we were finishing up one dish. Overall great experience and worth the hype!

Overall rating: 4.2I've had this place saved for years, then read that it was overrated so I removed it. Then! I saw a dang tiktok, and got back on the train. Given this turmoil, I obviously had high expectations. I did the Chef's table for 2 with a friend for $150. First of all, the videos 10000% overhype this place. It is TINY. The seating at the bar to watch the chefs cook cool appeal is like 7 seats. Max. They were not fond that I was late even though my friend was happy to pay and eat while she waited for me. They made it very clear it was a 90 min reservation 5-10x to her and to myself when I arrived. Like, okay. We understand the time limit when I made the reservation and when you told her the first time. Do you think we can't hear? This obviously deterred us from spending more money on alcohol. The chefs table was the way to go, but was it worth it? eh. The food was al dente posta, possibly more. But as someone who doesn't I only likes 2 out of the 5. Happy I was able to split it with someone. The staff was also.. not friendly. And the cool chef's experience, since the place is small - it's basically a kitchen because it's so small. Not worth it & I do not recommend.

Ambiance - intimate, great for dates and small groups Service - our plates were quickly refreshed with each pasta that came out, our main waiter took quite a while to take our order for dessert as well as giving us our billFood - if you are like me & don't know what to get I would recommend the pasta tasting! Pasta was cooked to perfection, uovo In Raviolo was my abs favorite

Ambiance: 9/10. This place is super cute and has a cozy vibe, perfect for a date night.Service: 10/10. The staff was amazing & really friendly. They gave us fresh plates and utensils every time we got a new dish, I noticed that they were being very attentive to the guests.Food: 6/10 We tried the Pasta Tasting Set ($150 for two), which includes 5 different pasta dishes (half portions). The Cacio E Pepe was definitely the standout, loved it! The other four however were fine, but nothing to stood out. Also found them to be a bit too salty for my liking. I was also a bit let down that the pasta sauces aren't made from scratch and are actually frozen in containers. For a place like this, I expected more. And even though it's called a "pasta bar," the whole experience feels less personal. The kitchen is open, but they're cooking for both the bar and the regular dining area, so it doesn't quite give you that custom, pasta-bar vibe you might expect. Definitely does not justify the $150 price-tag.To be fair, this was my first pasta bar experience and I had different expectations and this is just how they operate.

Food was solid, although a bit pricey for what it was. Made a reservation and it was canceled (got a message around 1 to confirm by 3, and my reservation was canceled by 330) but called and luckily they were able to reinstate it for a similar time, but it did throw our day for a bit of a tizzy. I'd rather have them default to collecting a deposit vs canceling in case I can't get to my phone in time. Pasta was good but pricey for what it was. They kicked us out quite abruptly and we had order d a bottle of wine. I totally get that they need their table, but would have appreciated them letting us know 15 min in advance or offer us a spot at the bar (even if it's standing room) to finish up our drink. Music was a little loud, but good, but it just made it a little harder to converse. Maybe wait until after the dinner rush is over to turn up the music and turn it into a club. Food was good but pricey. Loved the way they presented the pasta though. It was pre-rolled and drenched in sauce. Highly recommend the fettucini or cacio e Pepe. Nice experience overall.

Dined at a pasta bar last night for my birthday. The restaurant is setup up like a hibachi but for pasta so the best seats are by the chef. The service was fantastic as well as the music. People were constantly flowing in and out. If you like a spicy margarita, unknown caller was so so yummy! We had two drinks each and felt a little buzzed. Ordered the pasta tasting to be able to try their best pastas. You get to try 5 different pastas for $150 to share between 2 people and the portions are not small. I couldn't make it to the fifth pasta! My absolute favorite was the truffle pasta! They brought over a tiramisu cake with candle to celebrate which was the perfect texture. Definitely returning!

Dark and mysterious with vibrant vibes coming from the speakers makes this not so hidden hideaway enchanting. Perfect for date night. The customized glassware and China reflects that every detail was well thought of. The concrete tables give a chefs table vibe and the center island with brass top on ripple chiseled stone granite sets the stage for personalized cooked dishes a la minute and hand crafted cocktails.Burrata is delicious, topped with sauce and crushed pistachios - definitely enough to split so you can save your appetite for the 5 Course Pasta tasting. THE TASTING IS THE WAY TO GO. Trust me! 1-Tonnarelli Cacio Pepe - no doubt the crowd favorite.2-Spaghettone ai 4 Pomodori - spectacular flavor explosion.3-Spaghetti a la Vongole- a little salty for me yet extremely flavorful.4-Tagliatelle Al Tartufo Nero- excelente!5-Raviolo Ripieno- OMG! Egg Yolk surprise was outrageous!Watching the orchestration of the culinary team was in and of itself part of the experience. Save room for the Pistachio 3x. Definitely worth the calories. If you want something lighter, the Fragrole (strawberries and cream) will top you off.Be sure to make a reservation as walk in availability is slim to none. Also do try to arrive close to your reservation time as there really isn't much of a waiting area inside during cold or inclement weather.

I made a reservation on Resy at the counter but when we arrived, the staff sat my parents and me at a table. I feel that the open kitchen concept is the pull of the restaurant, so I was disappointed when we were sat away from the bar. The food was ok: the chef's salad was tangy but I couldn't taste the yuzu kosho and the vongole clams were cooked well but the sauce was a little salty. I felt it was a pleasant experience, but I felt that I won't be repeating this anytime soon.

The pasta is amazing! Very flavorful and the portion sizes are definitely filling. The service was very friendly and quick. The place was busy but not overwhelming. The dessert was good but we preferred the tiramisu over the cheesecake.
