TLDR: Boneless KFC 10/10Tuna: 10/10 sea bass: 9.5/10rice cakes: 10/10delicious meal here. Vibes were so cute and the cocktails were awesome. I got the tea party cocktail which was spectacular. We got the beet salad to start which was so yum - great balance of flavors. Then we go the tuna, KFC and sea bass - ALL FANTASTIC. Must order all of those. Not typically a fan of uni but it was great with the tuna and not overwhelming. Then we got the rice cakes which were so so yum (shockingly if i'm being honest) and the scallops (skippable imo). We got both the milk pie and the other dessert to finish - milk pie was lit the other one was interesting but not necessary by any means. Shout out to our waiter Cody - he was awesome. Super helpful with the menu and so welcoming. All around a great meal would totally recommend this restaurant!!

LOVED the food here! Service was phenomenal as well - only thing was that I wish it was slightly bigger (nearly elbow to elbow with people next to you) but other than that it was perfect! The cocktails are extremely strong and delicious too, recommend Tea Party!FOOD:Ebi Ikura Uni Tartare (9/10) - Super fresh seafood in a fun make your own wrap with seaweed way! The rice in this dish was super good as wellTuna Tartare + Kim Bukak (8/10) - Fish was super fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Fried seaweed good too, but slightly too big for my mouth and a little hard to eatBoneless KFC (10/10) - This was just so good. Meat was extremely juicy, delicious, and comes with good radish!Perilla Oil Pasta (6/10) - Branzino was really well cooked, but the pasta was on a bit of the lighter side for meDakgalbi Kimchi-Bap (6/10) - Not my favorite dish as well, but not the worst!Pork Galbi (7/10) - Be warned, the pork belly is extremely fatty! Overall a solid dish though

8282 is a great modern Korean option in the Lower East Side! Ambiance is lively and the attentive staff made the experience even better. Menu highlight for me was the Scallops (Jjajang Bori-bap), which was served in some barley in black bean sauce. It's sort of a riff off a Korean-Chinese classic and it's incredibly well executed. Don't skip the cocktails--they're as creative as the food. Highly recommend for date nights or fun dinners with friends. Make a reservation--it gets busy!

So many of these Asian fusion restaurants are overhyped these days, but I loved 8282! For cocktails, we started with the white negroni ($20) and yuja pear tequilla perilla ($18). I highly recommend the yuja pear; tastes just like a juicy Korean pear, with a little bit of nuttiness from the perilla. As for food the Ebi Ikura Uni Tartare ($32) was a great starter. It is pricey, but that's typical for Uni. The Miso Glazed Seabass ($24) is a must-get in my opinion; so buttery and flaky! We also had the cheesy tteokbokki ($18), jjajang boribap, and LA Iberico pork galbi ($28); all were delicious. I'll definitely be back!

We went to an event at 8282. The inside is not too small, not too large. We had a few cocktails. Gochujang Margarita and Yuzu Matcha Magic. Gochujang Margarita was not as spicy as I thought it would be. Quite tasty! The Matcha one had such distinctive green color, had a nice sweetness to it, but not too much. I really enjoyed this drink. Yuja Peach Tequila Perilla. This one was tasty too, a bit more fruity but without being too sweet. We had a few dishes and a dessert. Tomato with Crab had a great dashi flavor, reminded me of a Japanese dish. The bonito flakes and rich earthy flavor was so amazing and refreshing. A great starter dish.A canape with seaweed butter was like a steamed bun. The butter didn't taste much like seaweed, but had a nice bit of salty flavor to it. Mushroom Party was perfect for a mushroom lover. Even if you are not a big fan, this dish might make you into a mushroom lover. It was so good!Grilled Chilean Sea Bass was cooked to perfection, flakey and moist. Sauce had a nice kick to it, and kimchi was great too, adding extra texture and flavor. But, sea bass was great on its own without any sauce too. Loved every bite!Spicy Pork Collar was another great dish! The pork collar was cooked just right so that it is not chewy, nor too tough. Packed with flavor and loved the crunch from the chimichurri. Delicious!Dessert was Milk Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream, and Raspberry Sauce. It was sweet with a nice not crunch on the exterior. The custard inside was thick rather than velvety. It was a nice dessert, but since all the savory dishes were so great, I felt like this dessert was not at the same level. We enjoyed all the drinks and the food. The fish was my favorite. Definitely recommend this spot.

8282, a Korean fusion spot on the Lower East Side, is a great choice for a casual night out with friends or family. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and accommodating.I tried the plum vinegar zero proof drink, perilla oil pasta, and L.A. Iberico Pork Galbi. The perilla oil pasta was a bit disappointing; I could only taste the perilla flavor when eating it with the leaves, and it had very little crab meat. However, the L.A. Iberico Pork Galbi was fantastic--tender and full of flavor. It's definitely a must-try!The plum vinegar drink wasn't to my taste; it was overwhelmingly vinegary, and I couldn't get past a few sips. I mean what did I expect, it did say vinegar haha.Overall, 8282 has some standout dishes and is worth a visit, though I'd skip the plum vinegar drink next time.

From the outside, the restaurant looked a bit small but it's moderately spacious inside. Definitely has a sooljib-vibe. Dark and with candles on the tables. We ordered chawanmushi, jjajang bori bap, LA Iberico pork belly, and tuna tartare. The highlights was the pork belly and tuna tartare. S was a big fan of the chawanmushi. I didn't find myself particularly fond of the bap - way too much jang. Tasted a bit too salty and didn't go well with the barley in my opinion. Granted, S said that's kind of how it's supposed to taste like. We were both pretty impressed with the pork belly. They used iberico pork and it just tasted so amazing. Loved that it wasn't breaking the bank and it's semi-casual. S felt that the dishes are so innovative and is a big fan!

The food at 8282 are great! This was my second time at this restaurant and it did not disappoint. We first got welcome shots that tasted great. Then we tried the new perilla noodles and pork belly among other classic dishes which I thought were very solid. The staff was also super friendly and explained all the dishes in detail. They also made sure that we liked the dishes. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try korean food!

A great place for dinner. Came on a Saturday night with a reservation, which was easy to get! Place was packed and vibey, definitely a great date spot. They recommended to get 4-6 dishes for two people, so we did 5. We got 2 appetizers and 3 mains, which I felt was perfect for two people.Got the mushroom party, littleneck soojebi, jjajang boribap, perilla oil pasta, and the LA iberico pork. All were delicious, but the favorite was definitely the littleneck soojebi, definitely had so many flavors and was so well done. The mushroom party was very umami. Perilla oil pasta definitely hit the spot for a perilla oil noodle craving, and the pork was extremely tender and packed a punch. The jjajang boribap had great textures and the scallop was cooked well. All dishes were also so flavorful but without being too heavy, which was very welcome.

Popular modern Korean spot in the LES.- Some of my favorites -8282 Steak : perfect temperature and tenderness, great flavor.Grilled Octopus : simple thing that's done wellLittleneck Clam Soojebi : so good love the broth!! Should have taken the broth home.Sweet Shrimp Tartare : beautiful dish, the shiso leaf and (seaweed?) rice added extra flavor in it.Scallop JJang Rice : not as wow but cooked to perfection.Fried Chicken : simple & very good.Cheesy Tteok-Bokki : flavor was great.Mushroom Party : okayed as it sound.Dessert Tart : the tart was so good!!!Injeolmi Ice Cream : so so good with some Korean sweets layered at the bottom.- Could be better -Perilla Oil Noodle : little flat (just had coqodaq's version which was very good so...)Tune Tartare : not bad but not wowed.Lamp Chop : I'm just not a lamp person so can't judge right here, also it's served on hummus I believe? The only dish they doesn't really taste Korean here.Cocktails were also very good, love the milk punch with Pandan flavor!!
