New York Vinny's Pizza

This place has good pizza for the price. The crust it good the sauce is not overpowering, they put a good amount of cheese on the pizza the topping are skimpy. It's a good pizza though better than chains in Federal Way. Get the New York style pizza if you go.

The veggie pizza had absolutely no taste. None. And the toppings were few and far between. I actually would rather eat Red Barron's $5 pizza and I hated that one.

Juan and Erma have 5 star customer service! They are extremely nice, patient, and professional! The establishment was very clean and organized. The pizza's were very good as well!! These two absolutely deserve a raise for their hard work ethic, kindness, and professionalism! New York Vinny's Pizza for the Sunday night win!! Thanks again Juan and Erma. I hope your efforts don't go unnoticed!

Used to love this place for a cheap, easy walk-in dinner when I lived in FedWay, but heads up if it's been a while, despite the sign on the front 'New York Vinny's Grab-N-Go Pizza' no longer offers Grab-n-Go pizzas :( Make sure you call ahead a good 30 minutes.

It's Sunday. Father's Day. We have a bunch of people at the house waiting for pizza. We head to NY Vinny's because they're suppose to have "Grab-N-Go Pizza". That's their slogan. WRONG!!! NO pizza was ready! I said "where's the grab N go"? The guy said "we don't have none ready, it'll take 20min". I left and went to Little Caesars. I won't be back to NY Vinny's.

My roommate is from the NE and I'm from the S of the country. Roommate is always looking for authentic this or that. Wherever we move checking out the neighborhood eateries is a mission. Roommate sets a target and here we go, place order and they say 15 minutes at 11AM opening time. It takes me 15 minutes to get there and entering the door it is coming out of the oven. The employees have excellent customer service and you get points from your purchase to use later. Roommate says: "closest 'New York style pizza since leaving the East Coast' (18 years)"!

Pizza was good. Service was friendly. It was slow on a nice day and looked like they were closing up around 5pm on Sunday. Staff was polite and professional. I didn't wait long for my two pizzas. Everyone enjoyed. Only down size was they are skimpy on toppings but mostly unevenly topped. I ordered a Chicken Bacon and the bacon was heavy on parts of the pizza and slacking on other parts. There was a whole piece with maybe one bite of chicken and no bacon. Aside from the disportioned toppings it was good.

These pizzas are huge and very reasonably priced. Not quite as authentic or delicious as the New York pizza I grew up with in the Bronx, but OK for a place like Federal Way.Cheesy, foldable, good crust, but request extra sauce for more flavor. Quick service and good customer service. I will get again when in the area.

Out was our first time ordering. The Vinny Combo was nothing more than just OK. The order was ready on time, which was appreciated.

(I'm so pissed that I had to leave this review but FYI I'm using voice text I do not have time to proofread so I'm gonna come back and edit this later ) Let me start by saying I eat here two times a week faithfully because I'm a good customer and I love their food but I will not be returning based on their ethical behavior. First of all they once again for the second time hair has been in my pizza, which is not even a problem four years two hair if I do not care about that . if it wasn't for the fact that they're so unaccountable, and they do not like to be wrong, so I went thru the proper channels to make sure that I can get my pizza remade except their cheap boss, who treat a customer that comes there twice a week like I am up to no good. They don't ask questions. It was literally the lady everything I said she was like oh what about this? What about this like are you kidding me? Can I get my food please. Basically where I'm from somebody that comes out often. What do you have? Whatever you need or not I'm gonna go with more likely than not. They're not lying because they bought so many pizzas here what do they need this one pizza for but she's cheap and she they think everybody's nefarious and they don't like black. She's super racist and she's super cheap so I'm still waiting on a call back for a pizza that I was supposed to get for my kids party today that's already going on and they still have not called back and I refuse to buy another pizza when I didn't get to eat the last one.. She's so rude whoever the owner person is, she's incredibly rude. She talks down on you and for them to be such a good restaurant her ethics and morals are all over the place and I really cannot support it like I'm disgusted by her behavior I'm my daughter loves that pizza. We've been waiting since 2 o'clock to get a call back, if I go up there and act a fool they're gonna call the police because they're victims while I get to pay for food that I don't get to eatPeople of color stay away from this restaurant she doesn't want you in there anyway she's super racist she's rude she was talking to me super nasty and when I offered to come to her restaurant to show her my charges, she threatened to call the police on me and this time she just completely haven't called back and they have my money. Once again this is the second time the hell with this restaurant. They're unaccountable and they're delusional. They think everybody's out to get their cheese toppings or something it's ridiculous.
