People say this is one of the best restaurants in Boston, and I completely agree. If you're looking for a lot of delicious food for a reasonable price then New York Sharwarma guys is your place. It's right across the street from TD garden. There's a small seating area but the food is very much portable and you can take it on the go. Go for one of the lunch or dinner special. I opted for the chicken and potato. It was absolutely delicious and came with pita and fries the service was also excellent considering it's just one guy in the back whipping out the food.

I am so glad I visited this place while on a business trip to Boston. I was in the North End craving shawarma. I got the lamb shawarma dinner plate and it is delicious! The lamb is tender and flavorful and the portion is generous. Service was quick and friendly.

The inside may be divey but the food has lots of flavor. We got a chicken shwarma plate and a side of tabouli (we wanted a side of babaganoush but they were out). The chicken had tons of flavor and it came with rice, a salad, hummus, fries, and pita. I can't say I was a huge fan of the hummus weirdly (I didn't know anyone did hummus differently), and the chicken was slightly on the dry side, but the huge amount of food and flavor really made up for those things.

I ordered the shawarma dinner plate. Picking up the order, the man at the cash register was very friendly and offered me extra sauces. The actual meal was just what I needed. Filling but I felt great afterwards!

A VERY solid option for a quick, filling, cheap meal around the TD garden. Avoid Hub Hall at all costs around game-time, it's overpriced and so crowded. New York Shwarma Guys has great service, delicious cooked to order plates/wraps. The ambiance leaves something to be desired but it gets the job done.

I was unimpressed when I walked in and saw that everything was already prepared. It kind of reminded me of subway. It was lunchtime, but it didn't appear busy, and I was the only one in there. When I say everything was pre-prepared, I mean that they had the fryer basket sitting up above the oil with previously cooked falafel and fries, not under a heat lamp or anything. When I ordered a falafel and fries, they didn't put them in the fryer to heat up or anything, just made the food with what was there.I wasn't a fan of anything, to be honest. The falafel was wicked salty and just didn't seem fresh. The pita was taken out of a pre-packaged bag and was thin and dry. I could only eat about half, and I always finish my plate. As much as I didn't want to, I do agree with one of the other reviewers calling this a one and done type of place. I won't be returning.

Super friendly service. Quick. The largest schwarma wrap I've ever had! Delicious and filling. Messy, but worth every napkin.

unpleasant experience, ordered two shawarmas and we could not finish them, sandwich was falling apart and did not seem fresh. Fries were super soggy and oil filled, you can taste styrofoam. do not recommend.
