Turkey Breakfast Bagel Sandwich

Solid performer. Good food. Good price. My experience was a breakfast Bagel and coffee. The #1 HAM - Black Forest ham, egg, and cheddar, $4.49. The bagel choices are few, but very fresh. I picked a cheese bagel, not to be confused with some fancy Asiago bagels. The eggs are cooked to order. The ham and cheese were already sliced and ready. The bagel was heated, cheese melted on the eggs, and the ham placed between it all. The first bite was amazing. Soft, tender to the tooth bagel, warm eggs, and just enough to ham and cheese to taste everything. The Caramel Sauce Latte, 16oz, $2.49. A double shot of espresso is the base of this warm beverage. Add to that a bit of caramel sauce and steamed milk, and you have a not too sweet, slightly caramel flavored coffee. It was OK, but it need ed a bit more caramel, in my opinion.Notes on lunch: dined here several times. Salad is fresh, and hot foods run out early. I will write another review when it is fresh in my head after a lunch.

The best deal at this little office-lobby food place is the breakfast sandwich. For about $4 you can get a bacon/cheese/egg sandwich on warm bread. It tastes good and is not super expensive. However, the owner always complains every time I place this order after normal breakfast hours. His menu does not state its for breakfast only and he reminds me every single time that he "does not have time to make this item during the lunch hour" and that I'm "lucky that he's not busy right now". So I'd not call this a friendly place at all. I only go here when I need something quick and warm. Everything else is way overpriced - I totally agree with the "7-11 prices at an airport" view.

The convenience of this place is the only thing going for it. The prices are like shopping at 7-11 or the airport where you pay 5 bucks for something that is normally 2. The hot bar and salad bar always scary to me, as you just never know how long something has been sitting there or the last time it was changed out. Today though, was the last straw. I got a Lunchable from their cooler, and took it back to my desk. Upon opening it, the meat was gray. Meat should never be gray. The use by date on it is still good, so that means they dont refrigerate well enough. Thus putting more questions on the hot/cold bar. Food born illness isnt really something I am into, so I will be bringing my own lunch from here on out.

The food is good, including their sandwiches, breakfast items, salad bar, hot buffet, meats, not to mention all the other stuff they manage to fit in there. Plus, if you request an item, whether it be a vegetable for the salad bar or a kind of soda, they will stock it for you. As an added bonus, the employees are extremely kind.

Their "prosciutto ham" is misleading. There's no prosciutto crudo in the sandwich at all. What's in the sandwich is prosciutto cotto, which is Italian for cooked ham. In other words, it's a ham and salami sandwich. If you like prosciutto and you order this you will be sad to find no prosciutto in it. Boo!

Just tried a breakfast bagel sandwich with turkey deli meat. It was good. I do wish they offered breakfast sausage as an option for the breakfast sandwiches. $3.99 for breakfast sandwiches isn't too bad either compared to everything else around here in Bellevue. But not my favorite breakfast spot. Maybe I will come check out their lunch options.

(UPDATE) reviewed on July 2018My last review was posted a while ago and it seemed like there has been change of ownership. Now I think it deserves a better rating than before. Their hot food quality has improved significantly, and the staff is very friendly. In fact, I've been back quite often especially on days I didn't bring lunch to work. Give them a try! (Review from October 2017)I got a purschutti sandwich here and wasn't impressed by it. I asked to get toasted, and it was but it felt cold for some reason. They didn't put any lettuce in the sandwich either. Probably won't come back unless I'm desperately looking for food to eat.

This place is quite good for a lobby deli. They sell pretty much anything you may need, and there's a salad bar, a pay-by-the-pound food buffet, and even an ATM.My reason for the three stars is the sandwiches, which are a big part of what they do. The fillings are good quality and generous enough, but most of the bread options are dry, hard and crusty as hell (with "Italian rustic" being the worst offender), and I often end up with a cut up palate after eating a sandwich here. I don't expect Jimmy-John's-grade fluffiness, but something that doesn't hurt to bite into would be nice.Service is good, and the owner is nice. I don't feel bad for eating here on days I'm too lazy to leave the building, and at the end of the day, that's what counts when it comes to lobby delis.

These good reviews you are seeing are all old, the deli got bought out, prices went through the roof and food went way down hill. I work in this building and have been eating there for 7 years, but no more, I will go anywhere else.

Not impressed. Quality of products is horrible!!! The couple times I have went here to satisfy my sweet tooth, the products were in poor shape. The Swedish Fish disinergrated in my mouth (how does candy go bad????) so I threw them away, and the trail mix was all broken. 2 separate trips = I won't be going back!
