New York Bagels 'N Bialys - Shea

Delicious food and great bloody Mary's! I love to get the lox bagel from here. The service is always great, and it is a relaxing place to get breakfast. They also have a dog menu, so bring your pup to the patio and spoil them!

My friend and I came here for lunch on a Sunday. I've been wanting to try this place for so long, every time we pass in on our way to Total Wine, but is always closed the times we are there. Finally, the moons all lined up! Atmosphere is a very deli like feel. You can dine in, takeout and shop. We were greeted and seated. The help is very inconsistent, waited a bit till Alexa to come over to us, had to ask for water refill, not checking on us while dining or acknowledging us when we were clearly finished, and waiting for a take home container and the bill. She seemed to have too many large group tables to wait on. The menu is extensive but lack the one item I really wanted, Chopped Liver. LOL what New York Style deli doesn't have Chopped Liver? We ordered a Regular Pastrami Sandwich on Rye with a side of Home Fries, a Reuben with a side of Potato Pancake. The sandwiches were good, the Home Fries were excellent. The potato pancake was horrible, an oily deep fried dense potato disk. I'm glad I was finally able to try this place.Atmosphere: large restaurant, deli feel. Service: OK. Food: OK.

New York Bagels and Bialys is located in a large strip mall off of N. Scottsdale Road. A nice, spacious cafe with a nice New York Style feel to it. House music from the 80s.The staff is friendly and welcoming. Connor took care of us. I liked his honesty about what he liked and what he didn't know. The manager was friendly and had a great voice!Chicken Noodle (bowl): Delightful blend of tender chicken, noodles, and vibrant vegetables (3/5). My wife felt that the shredded chicken meat was ok. She's not a white chicken meat person. But, the broth and noodles were very good. The vegetables were mostly diced celery and carrots but tender.Bialy (Plain) - More bread-like. This was the first time I tried one. I am glad we tried it.Bagel with a slice of nova lox and cream cheese (4/5): with tomato and onions. Capers +.50. The lox was delicious and just tasty. The bagel was toasted and had a nice crunch to it.Corned Beef Hash: made fresh in-house (4/5). This was savory and delicious!Yelp Check-In deals. Check them out!We bought some bagels, etc. to bring back home with us. My wife also saw a Black & White Cookie, so she got that for me. That was sweet of her. Their version was really refrigerated, so it was firm. After a few bites I let it sit at room temperature and tried it again. Hmmm, I didn't care much for the frosting as it was like the grocery store cakes and their frosting. The cookie part was fine, but not fluffy and cakey or fresh like I've had. I'd pass on this (2.5/5).

This is the place to go when you need a bagel sandwich after a night out. Good bagels are hard to find in Scottsdale and these ones are it. I got the egg a bagel on a sesame bagel with an over easy egg, sausage and cheese and then added scallion cream cheese it was perfect. My husband got an egg a bagel on an Asiago bagel with egg, bacon, cheese and add scallion cream cheese. We also got a salt bagel with lox cream cheese to share. The salt bagel was a bit too much for me but the lox cream cheese was so good and the perfect amount of cream cheese if you like a lot!

Tried out this gem this weekend and it did not disappoint! This place feels like grandmas kitchen where everything is made fast but with love. I got the bagel and corn beef hash and this was the prefect breakfast! They even had vegan cream cheese( I cannot have most dairy products). Which is very nice and the cream cheese was very good! My boyfriend got the AM Pile Up sandwich which is huge! He chose to have it with the tomato Basil bialy. I had a small bite and it was delicious! As we were making our way out we saw some pastries and we had them for dessert that evening. I can't wait to come back and try out more bagels and pastries!

So they don't have chopped chicken liver spread?? What? Then hubby ordered a knish and when he brought it home I thought they were small pancakes. This was a potato mush and not a knish. Terrible.

These are the best Bagels in the state of Arizona , hands down. I worked in a Deli in Pennsylvania, and the PA/NU/NJ area understand the true taste and texture of a bagel. These taste like they were flown out today. I received a Box of bagels, danishes, and croissants, for my birthday at work and the whole box did not last an hour. Crusty on the outside, soft on the inside to make the cream cheese spread so easily.If you are looking for authentic and Homemade , this is your place.

After a recent breakfast with girlfriends at this NYBNB location, I figure it's time for a quick update from my last review which was written over a decade ago!This place has weathered the years and the pandemic but stayed consistent with delivering fabulous bagels and bialys as well as solid deli options.Service is attentive, prices are reasonable, and quality is high. On my recent visit, I had a delicious omelette made to order, a bialy and cream cheese, and some sliced tomatoes. Hot sauce was brought upon request.If you're seeking a laid back dining experience with something on the menu for everyone, or are thinking of ordering food to go, this is a solid option!

This was the best bagel place I've ever been to! Came here after a long night out on the town and a bagel is just what I needed and this topped all expectations. Definitely come here, just stay away from the coolaid. They have gf bagels too

Worst bagels in Arizona! Extremely dry, no flavor at all. If you want bad bagels that are half size that are terrible this is definitely worth the drive. Took one bite before I even got to the car and they went straight into the trash. Never again please it was torture
