New York Bagels N Bialys - Pima

Although this is one of my favorite places for breakfast, our recent visit was not great. This is mostly due to our server. She took quite a while to take our order, then kept forgetting to bring us items. Forgot to check if the potatoes were gluten free, never brought the ketchup...etc. One person in our group did a takeout order of several bagels. Rather than telling us they were out of one of the bagels she ordered. She just substituted it with something else. Never mentioned it. Then the bill was incorrect and she charged us for something we didn't order.The food was great though!

A solid breakfast spot if you're in the area.I ordered the Egg A Bagel Pile Up, it was good but had too many flavors going on at once. The bagels are made in house and are delicious. Everyone at our table said the home fries were great so I'd recommend trying those out. Overall everyone enjoyed their food, I think I just ordered the wrong meal.

Enough said. This place is a joke. Clearly they have given up on this place which is really sad because at one point this was a five star joint with great service. The chef had no idea what he was doing. This ham and cheese omelette had slices of American cheese on top. We also got the California omelette which was supposed to have bacon in it but the bacon was on top. Finally we got a Denver omelette that had maybe two peppers in the entire omelette, and they were greasy as hell. The server didn't smile once. There were clear arguments going on between the chef and staff. It's not that hard to make a Denver or ham and cheese omelette. Spend your money elsewhere.

I needed some breakfast and ordered an Everything bagel w/egg. Their bagels were on par with New York bagels with a nice chewy inside. Service was pleasant. On my way out I got a pull apart roll to take to my neighbors who are so nice. I find it sweet that they have a dog menu too. Large parking area and Cox WiFi for subscribers.

Grabbed some bagels the other day when my kids were in town. Friendly service and great bagels! A little pricey for a dozen with 3 tubs of schmear, but soft and delicious and they made everybody's morning,

Love this place. Fantastic ambiance. Hidden gem. Great for brunch. Prices are less than I expected (particularly for the luxury area). Eggs were good. I sat by myself at the bar, and the bar tender was super nice. He was welcoming & focused more than ample attention on me. Look forward to coming back with friends and family.

Moving to Arizona, I've been craving some decent bagels outside of the standard Panera/Einstein fare with a good veggie cream cheese, on top of a place with vegan cream cheese (which Phoenix seems to heavily lack). When I heard about this place, was super excited. I was very disappointed. So much potential here with the bagel choices, but these might have been the worst bagels I've ever had - ever. Got an everything bagel, which turned about to have basically 3 morsels of 'everything' on it. The jalapeño bagel, similarly, had like 2 morsels of jalapeño blended into it. The veggie cream cheese was...fineBut the vegan cream cheese was awful. Tasted like coconut that was just blended together with absolutely no effort. And for $20, each bagel was barely spread with cream cheese - half of each bagel was just dry. I'm upping to two stars because they agreed to refund. Staff was nice and ambience wasn't bad. But after trying these bagels, safe to say I won't be coming back.

The main Reason the Bagels are Excellent is the H2o. Their Bagels are Delicious Yummy. I also ordered Strawberry Cream Cheese . Others Ordered Eggs and Thick Beacon Strips . Stopped by with a friend for the first time and enjoyed a nice breakfast. I ordered the Slam #1, which included a pancake, a slice of French toast, an egg and some fries. I'm a big fan of variety so I was happy to see this as an option on the menu. My fried egg was cooked a little more than I would've liked but it did the job. The fries were pretty darn good and the pancake was nice and fluffy. My friend and I also enjoyed their French toast - soft inside with a crunchy exterior, made with challah bread. Also bought some bagels and bialys to take home to my husband who approves of them. Will be going back for more!

Not a single order came in correctly... this is trash, extremely disappointing. How did we get a salt bagel after asking for a pumpernickel?Asked for Veggie cream cheese and got vegan cream cheese which looks like lard. Everything is going in the garbage. Will never be back.
