New Tokyo Teriyaki

It's good! It's nothing fancy but it does what it says. I had the Chicken Katsu. Delicious! 15 bucks for a good portion of chicken, 2 scoops of rice and some salad. Pretty basic but good food for the money. Order at the counter to go or eat in. Staff is super friendly. Super simple inside, 5 or 6 tables if you want to sit. This is no destination but it is tasty and would totally come back if I was near by.

I appreciate that they separated the katsu from the teriyaki so the sauce doesn't end up soakingUp the katsu. The food itself is quite yummy. I would be happy to order from here again!

Our food was brought to us HOT in less than 10 minutes. The order:Chicken Katsu:Deep fried crispy goodness with a good cut of chicken before being breaded. Their Katsu sauce is practically a FOOD GROUP!!! It came with a small salad with good sesame dressing and 2 scoops of white rice. I see why reviews mention it. Chicken Fried Rice:The portion was monsterous. The chicken flavor popped instantly and even the veggies weren't soggy. This could have fed 3 easily. We're talking an extra large platter here people. #ShareablePork Yakisoba:I don't like pork. I will give my professional honest opinion. I WOULD EAT THIS. The flavor was out of this world. The whole dish, noodles and all, with that robust Yakisoba sauce made for a truly remarkable dish. The pork wasn't too chewy and didn't taste like it. I may have been fooled if I didn't order it.Egg Rolls:2 medium sized egg rolls, scalding hot, deep fried, and served with sweet and sour sauce. This is a staple to any teriyaki feast. Have a drink handy to put the fire out.General Tso's Chicken:Speaking of fire, WOW. My dining partner didn't find it too spicy. I found once I mixed it all up in its own sauce, it was too much for me. I can't complain though, because even though I don't like spicy, the flavors matched. The chicken was also STILL crispy after being cooked and served with a heaping pile of white rice. This plate was as big as the fried rice. Well done. Snapple iced tea drink:A drink, in a plastic bottle. The soda fountain was brokenThe Damage: $74+OK, pricey to me but seems legit in this area.I thanked the staff and specifically told them this was perfection. I will be stopping in again. If you NEED teriyaki and you are in the area, consider your needs met!

This fast became my favorite Teriyaki place. All the entree's we have tried have been fantastic. I asked for a upgrade from steamed rice to fried rice and even though it was $4.00 it was well worth it. They gave me an entree sized dish of very very good fried rice. All the portions are very generous and good service.

Hello everyone! While dining in today at new Tokyo teriyaki with my partner, we received really great service and friendly staff to greet us at the door! We had ordered the T1 chicken teriyaki and C2 chicken and beef teriyaki, the rice was a little undercooked but the chicken was good. The atmosphere was a little dark, unless the room was supposed to be dim...staff could possibly clean the floors more often. Overall ratingI would say 3 stars! This place is not bad but not great....

Wow for a teriyaki restaurant this place gets you your food fast and hot. The short ribs are great. Thick ribs and a fair amount. The chicken breat teriyaki is okay. Some of the chicken is dry. Salad that comes with the meal is fine. I would recommend and will be back. Mainly because the ribs were good. Meal for two is around $40+tip. Not loud. Dimly lit. Takes credit cards and cash. ADA access.

It tasted ok, I prefer less sauce. The portions are small for teriyaki and it was a bit pricey too specially for a smaller portion I felt. The place I usually go piles up the meat not just the rice and the beef isn't fatty or gristly either.
