Don't expect too much broccoli, when ordering "General Tso's chicken with steamed broccoli"
General Tso Chicken - includes steamed broccoli - and there's exactly one puny sad piece of broccoli - and no shortage of rice.

I love this place. They have consistently good teriyaki. I either get the beef or chicken teriyaki with extra meat. It's always tasty and there have been no quality issues in the 9 years I have been ordering from here. I have an issue with other teriyaki places using fatty poor quality meat so this is my go to place in West Seattle. This place uses quality meat and not a bunch of fat on the beef. They are fast, cheap, and consistently good. I also highly recommend their yakisoba.

Ok, this is technically the closest teriyaki place to my home, but I honestly think it is also the best in West Seattle! I've gotten takeout here many times and we used to dine in during the "before times".For ordering, I usually stick to the classic, Chicken Teriyaki. You get grilled chicken teriyaki, two scoops of white rice, and an Asian salad. I have also tried the Chicken Yakisoba, which is also good, but you don't get a salad. They have a very large menu, so there is something for everyone. Besides teriyaki and yakisoba, there is also fried rice, bento, tempura, soup, egg rolls, gyoza, etc.I really like this place because the staff is friendly, you get the food quickly, and the portions are generous. I would recommend this place to others.

Here's a suggestion - if you don't like too much sauce on your dish then it will be best to get em on the side. I ordered a teriyaki combo and it had way too much sauce on the meat. The sauce blocks out the taste of everything else. The rice was okay. The cabbage salad was okay.

Best hidden Gem in west seattle. I both want to tell everyone about it, so they stay open, and not tell anyone and selfishly keep it all to myself.

I was in the mood for some good Chinese food last night, and regrettably West Seattle is lacking in that. I have had some good meals from New Teriyaki & Wok over the years, and I decided to try them again.I ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken and Mongolian Beef Combo and also an order of Pork Fried Rice. Very impressed. The food was extremely flavorful, and it was fresh and hot, and the portion size was perfect. The hostess at the front was very friendly and she was coordinating several orders. Thank you New Teriyaki & Wok, the food was phenomenal.

Love this place. The food here is amazing and the people are very nice. You can order ahead and pick up or dine in. The restaurant is clean and it's right next to the Thriftway, so there's easy parking. I really enjoyed the food here. The tastes are so strong and it's not salty. Overall, this is definitely my go-to Teriyaki place in West Seattle

Very, very good takeout teriyaki. Plenty of sauce yet still crispy and a large portion for some leftovers. I'll be back! Much better than Grillbird, the place up the street

This is the WORST TERIYAKI EVER! A very busy place, however the woman taking orders doesn't like to answer questions. The website I went to is the reason I went there.Advertisement on website is very MISLEADING! PRICES ARE TWICE AS MUCH AS ADVERTISED.First time going there and the woman taking orders - very unfriendly, speaks English very clearly, yet speaks Korean when speaking to cook.FOOD QUALITY IS POOR, THOUGH A VERY POPULAR BUSY PLACE! I paid $20.00 for a combo chicken breast and beef teriyaki. The chicken was like dried chicken leather, the beef was full of gelatinous substance and had a lot of ligaments and the entire order was drowned in far Too much red teriyaki sauce - JUST WASN'T GOOD AND NOT EVEN HOT YET ALONE EVEN WARM - DISGUSTING!!! MADE ME SICK TO MY STOMACH AND I WAS SO HUNGRY!!!I tried to capture the image of the menu on their website but it wouldn't allow it, however this is the website:https://www.google.com/maps/uv?pb=!1s0x54904119963d1ec3%3A0x67a06b4857149272!3m1!7e131!4s!5sNew%20Teriyaki%20!15sCgIYIQ&%20Wok&hl=en-US&imagekey=!1e2!2smOPJOd4iwwl7bl7EpCc0pgIf the prices on the website were correct, then the saying is true: "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!"
