DO NOT COME HERE! GIVE YOUR MONEY TO SOMEONE WHO VALUES YOU!!If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I came into this place and a lady came in as well to ask questions about the hair she was buying....I guess the worker felt she was asking too many questions and told the customer "Okay you have to hurry up because I have customers"...I was so taken aback! The lady (customer) then responded, "Ma'am I am a customer and a business owner and that's no way to take me like that." Then the worker look at me with a smile and asked "You need anything sweetie?" I told her that wasn't nice and cool to do a customer like that." She told me that if i knew what I was talking about then I wouldn't have said anything and not to get into the conversation!" Wow!!!!Sooooo I walked out without purchasing! The lady was so rude not once, not twice, but three times!!!!

STAY AWAY!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!Customer service is deplorable to say the least! After being sold the wrong item and having to get out of the chair at the salon in order to go back and get the right product I was told ---all sales are final. This was told to me after refusing to pay the $5.46 up charge in the difference of hair! Of course I eventually had to pay it because I was literally in the process of getting my hair done when my stylist realized their error. Oh by the way, the store is in the process of remodeling so you are walking around trash and dust and no light -so of course, they are having trouble finding their own products which made us take 25 minutes to simply find a replacement of their error!!!I have never left a store actually seething in my life. I have been buying from Zury for years and due to the gentleman with the glasses and my treatment he will never see me or anyone I know again!!! There are too many other supply stores!! Please choose wisely, your time and your money are more valuable than the treatment from them!!! Run!!!!

I was diagnosed with cancer in June and started chemotherapy which is now causing my hair to fall out. Having never worn a wig before, I went to the Clearview location of Zury to shop wig options (bald head and all). As I shopped a table of wigs a sales lady came back to the table to inform me that I was only allowed to try on 3 wigs. When I questioned this policy at the register I was told they didn't have enough staff to help me with trying on more than 3 wigs (no one was helping me try on anything to begin with, the wigs were on a table within my reach). Given that this wig experience is all new to me, I really wanted to try on more than 3. I was likely going to buy more than 3! I was crushed. It took a lot for me to go up there and shop at all given my circumstances, but to be rudely turned away and treated like I was merely there to "play" with the wigs was offensive at best. I will never step foot in this store again and I hope the ladies who were turning me away today never have to experience the struggle of breast cancer.

On Christmas eve I purchased a wig at the 800 S. Clearview location in Metairie (next to Academy by the Huey Long bridge). The lady that assisted me was very nice and helpful and I have no complaints with the level of service provided. The wig I selected was $36.99 however I was charged $39.99 and given the wrong wig. The packaging is the same for both so I could understand they could get mixed up by error. I have no problem with that, we are all human and make mistakes. I did not notice the mixup until I took it out of the packaging the next day. I tried it on to make sure thinking maybe I have to play around with it to make it look like the one I tried on but it was obvious once I put it on that it was a completely different wig. I did not wear the wig and put it back in the packaging to return the next day. When I went to return it the following day, I explained the mixup to a lady who said she was the manager. When she looked at it she said that it was worn and had a smell to it. She got another wig to compare and it was the right one I was trying to return. She then said that it was tangled and maybe I was cooking in my house to make it smell so bad. For one, I didn't even cook in my house on Christmas eve or Christmas day because I went to my relatives house so that was highly unlikely. She kept taking the wig and shaking it and eventually took it in the back. She then returned and said that she could not return it. I explained that I don't even want to return it or even get the $3 charged in error, I just want the product that I selected in exchange. I even asked for the owner information in which she refused to give. I had to search for the business on the Louisiana Secretary of State website on my own which certainly was no hard task.
