I have been coming here for 5 years! I was never into yoga before coming here and now I am hooked. Everyone is always so nice and friendly. This place is really clean as well.

This is a boot camp. If you come from a place of more heart-centered yoga, either hot or other, then you'll likely be surprised by the chip-on-the shoulder, something-to-prove attitude here. For the instructors: there's a difference between being a cheerleader and encouraging voice vs being void of emotion and screaming at your class to get it together. Another thing that I wasn't super thrilled about was that during the practice, the instructors do "sets". I don't need 8 lotus pose at 1 min each. Additionally, the room is already small but they pack it with 40+ people which leaves you literally close enough to people to hear their sweat drop. It's uncomfortable for me all around. Lastly, they provide sweat towels the size of a washcloth and when I say provide I don't mean they offer them to you. I'm not sure most people would even know they were available. Anyways, I'm not sure what they're trying to prove + maybe that's for some of you + maybe it's a yes yoga thing or a hot yoga thing but I'm writing this from my perspective so that expectations are clear for those trying it for the first time. I wish them the best but this is not for me.

Though "elite," I will not be able to properly describe the experience in words. This is a huge yes for me, and I've some how "shopped" several studios in the area, teaching at a handful, and have truly longed for a place to call home for my personal pratice. Light finally went on tonight. Yes yes yes to this place. Just bring your mat, be on time, and get ready to sweat.

Admitedly, I have been dragging my feet when it comes to writing this review. I wanted my review to be as magnificent as this awesome yoga studio, but I do not think I can do it the justice it deserves. I'll try anyway.Though Yes, Yoga is fairly far from my home, there are so many things to love about this place that I happily make the commute. First off, the yoga instructors here are phenomenal. Every single one of them is professional and knowledgeable. I also love that the instructors all have such different personalities, and you can learn a lot just from switching up classes now and then. Secondly, the bathroom, yoga room, and reception area are squeaky clean. This is a must. When you have ten plus people sweating excessively and washing themselves multiple times per day, everything needs to be sanitized regularly. I also love that all of the complimentary liquid soap is natural, which leads me to believe that though the studio is clean, it is not sopping with harmful chemicals that could set off a skin reaction.Third and last, the shops around Yes,Yoga are awesome. There are tacos across the street, art galleries, Zotz, and a decent amount of parking around the corner.

I took a 75 min hot Lilly yoga class while on vacation and I was treated like I was on vacation the teacher instead of helping me (I guess because she thought I wasn't coming back) she called me out and embarrassed me. I guess if your not a regular don't go.

Unacceptable. This studio has a zero late policy. If you show up at 5:31 for a 5:30 class they will not let you in. Doors locked and they charge you. I need a more forgiving place. Traffic happens. Work happens. 1 min is unacceptable. I went to this place for years but I'll be going elsewhere now.

deceptive about what "unheated" means. I signed up for an unheated class and arrived at the studio to find it WAS 90 DEGREES! the instructor gave a lame explanation that the heat is off.i cannot do hot yoga bc of a medical condition. No refund was offered for this expensive class. No Yoga is more like it. Rude!
