Such a fun event! We arrived without any issues. The captains all introduced themselves and were very hospitable the entire time. We got to check out the pedal boat as well as the tiki theme boat. The ride out in the water was very smooth. No motion sickness for me. YAY! It was the perfect time of day because on the way back we got to enjoy the sunset. I definitely will continue to share my experience and the contact information for these guys to others. Thank you Tomas as well for the past few years of fun. What a great way to make wonderful memories with us before you set sail. Bon voyage!

This was a superb event! It was a perfect day for a smooth boat ride, and the whole experience was fantastic! The sunset was beautiful to watch and we're glad we got to see Tomas again before he leaves our community! We got to enjoy the tiki boat this time, but I'd love to try out the pedal boat too sometime! It turns out this company has a bunch of different boats available, so there's an option for every party. The tiki boat we floated along the river on is complete with a green cushy (artificial) grass floor and straw (appearance only, it's actually metal) roof. Equipped with a bar and bathroom, it can definitely handle some wild adult parties! When we docked after our excursion, there was a friendly wild pig (has lived in in the area free-range for 12 years or so, and likes to be fed) to greet us! Isn't that whimsical?!The only thing that I would suggest to make this even better is to have bigger signage out front to advertise more! The wacky arm-waving inflatable tube man is a great marker to spot when we're trying to see where to drive in, but it could use a bigger sign with words to confirm we're in the right location! Again, this was fantastic and I had such a wonderful time with this event! Thank you for hosting us!!

Had a great time at this event. Everywhere you look, there's an animal. There was a parrot, chickens, ducks, cats, a dog, and a pig!! And probably more! Lol. It was like heaven for me! The parrot was barking like a dog. It was hilarious! I do agree that a little bit more signage/bigger sign would've helped for people to know that they were in right place, but it's no biggie. The location was very interesting, sorta looked a little run down, like a junkyard, but the staff was great and the boats were nice! That's all that matters. The tiki boat was fairly new. I loved the faux grass, bamboo and tiki top. It had a bar, bathroom, color changing lights, and a nice glass door which is great for photos. Sunset was definitely the best time to go. The weather was beautiful and it was smart to bring a jacket just in case. It would've been cool to try out the pedal boat, but I liked the extra space and relaxed vibe of the tiki boat. I like how on the pedal boat, there's no obligation to pedal. It still moves!! The pedal boat would be ideal for a little bit smaller of a group compared to how many we had.Farewell to our community manager! This was our last event with Tomas. And thank you so much for the complimentary Port Orleans beer! The snacks were a plus too. I always appreciate yelp for allowing us to occasionally bring a plus one and for providing these experiences for us. I'm so lucky to be an Elite, and I loved the positive energy from all the other attendees! These boats are perfect for life events-bachelorettes, birthdays, etc! You can BYO drinks, food, etc. We saw groups of people from separate excursions dressed up in fun outfits, some matching, with fun party accessories on and with party favors. Nothing like a themed event with good friends, music, and a ride on the water.

I've passed by this area only a handful of times in the two years I've lived in New Orleans (two years deep in pandemic isolation). I've admired the view from the bridge and had no idea there were cruises to take you through these waters. They have several barges; some just for floating and partying, and others with group pedaling. This YEE had a small group, so we were all able to fit on their tiki party barge. Equipped with a sound system, party lights, a bar, and bathroom, this is an ideal venue for small groups (or large groups if you rent the entire fleet). The ride was surprisingly smooth, so you can actually move around without needing to hold on. What a lovely way to see the sunset!

What a great experience - relaxing on a tiki boat drinking beer and watching sunset. I never would have thought to do this in New Orleans, but it was so fun! New Orleans Pedal Barge just got this tiki boat in the last few months. There's comfy seating around the outside, a full bar area, and an bathroom in the back. This would be a great place for a birthday party or bachelor/bachelorette party!

Honestly This place totally surprised me. I had no clue that this spot was around! I really didn't know what to expect so i was shocked. I was nervous when i rolled up in Chalmette on this spot because I had no clue on what to do. But this event was so extra relaxing'! I literally had such a relaxin' time soon as I entered the Tiki Boat ! Let me point out that we literally had an Event in Chalmette around the boats. LOl! We signed a waiver before entering the boat to CYA the company. Once you do that you will then be checked in and figured out to what boat you'll be assigned to. Each session is 1 hour and 45 minutes however you can always extend the time . You will be boat cruising through a whole lil area and keep in mind if you are drinking and talking you really won't pay attention to where you are or the time

This was my first Yelp event in a couple of years. Overall, it was pretty relaxing. I think the atmosphere was more calm because of it being an event than if you just booked the boat on your own. Everyone was nice and helpful. There was some confusion when my guest and I first arrived and we almost ended up on the wrong boat with a pretty rowdy group. This was quickly taken care of. I will say that neither of us appreciated the music that was played, there were several songs with really bad language. However, the captain did ask if anyone had a playlist Trey wanted to play and no one volunteered. I think that going on this tour with a group that you know would be really fun and plan to do this with a group of friends.
