Decided to check this place out after looking for local yarn stores and I adored it! Small location but big selection. They have a unique selection of hand dyed yarn from various dyers around the country and their own hand dyed yarn (dyed in shop!) as well as a large selection of colors and materials of imported yarn. How do I know all of this? The owner gave me a tour of the whole place and told me about each of the dyers she sells for. It was amazing! She also listened to what my upcoming project was and provided suggestions of yarns for me! The hand dyed yarns aren't cheap, but they are 100% worth the cost, especially with many of them having a percentage of the purchase going to a cause. They are pretty comparable to the cost of most hand dyed yarns I've seen. The imported yarn is a great price! Cheaper than a lot of other places and I was a big fan of the ones I bought. They also have some awesome handmade acrylic crochet hooks in fun colors! Highly recommend, especially if you are looking for an alternative to big box craft stores.
