I've never sat and eaten in the dining room, so I can't speak to that. This is our go-to place for carry out. Their online ordering is so simple and convenient. Their food is always packed so nicely with everything you need for a take-away meal. You can tell this is a family-run business because when you walk in the door, they greet you like any typical "friendly" house would be..."Hi! Welcome, what can we get you to eat?" (At least it's that way when you come to our house) The food for us, has always been consistently good. They have huge chunks of meat and fresh veggies in their dishes and the sauces are never too overpowering. I like their lunch and dinner combos that have a little bit of everything plus a main entree.

I've passed this place many times driving down Highland. I needed to grab some lunch after a late morning appointment and this place was on my way. I intended to eat in and try the buffet, but the lack of tables changed my mind. There were only two tables and both were full. There was also a guy at a small folding table that it looked like he brought from home. I actually almost walked out, when the person at the counter saw me and asked if she could take my order.I ordered the garlic chicken lunch plate. I was glad to see it came with fried rice. She did not ask me if I wanted and egg roll or crab Rangoon or teriyaki meat stick. I like all three, so I decided to just see what they gave me. About 10 min later, I was handed a bag with my mystery lunch.I got to my destination and opened the container. It smelled really good. 1st thing I noticed is that I got an egg roll! The fried rice was good and it was non greasy! It had bits of onion and pork in it. The egg roll was big. Like the rice, it was not overly greasy. I hate greasy egg rolls! The garlic chicken was good and better than I expected for a fast take out.

Some of the best Chinese takeout I have had in quite a while. The fried rice was really good and the sweet and sour chicken was perfect. The chicken didn't taste old like most places and it wasn't tough. It was soft and tasted fresh like they just went and found the chicken themselves and breaded it. I know it didn't happen like that but it's that fresh. They give you an option in the dinner combo of an egg roll, beef teriyaki, or chicken teriyaki (2 sticks). For people like me who don't like egg rolls it was great to have an option to change it out. They have a lunch buffet as well but it's small and there was only two tables in the place. It was clean and the lady behind the counter is the nicest. She even walked my to go order to me since I was waiting. And they have a stamp card. Oh yea I'll be back very often.

Wontons is another great Chinese location for pickup Monday through Saturday. BeyondMenu has been a great app to order and pay at the store. This place uses very substantial, roast pork in their different pork selections. I usually order one of their spicy mix selections and the pork has always been amazing and very unusual for a Chinese food restaurant. Whenever we decide that we're in the mood for Chinese food, this is one of our first choices for the I-10 side of the city. Their combination dinners all come with fried rice, and another item of your choice. The portions are generous and the quality is excellent. It's great food of great value.

I've eaten here about 5 times, all takeout due to Covid. Every time I get something different and every time it's great! Always fresh and fast! If you like it spicy, ask for their house garlic chili sauce in a cup! It's Devine!

It's an ok chinese restaurant. Food is just ok. Wouldn't be my first choice in baton rouge. The fried rice was awesome though but I've had better general Tso's chicken

Was craving Chinese food while driving to New Orleans and saw this place on Yelp. Made it fresh for me I'm 10 minutes. Lady was nice and food was great!

My order is always correct. The food is delicious and always hot. Try the Crab Rangoon it's amazing!

Just passing through and seen this place and it did not disappoint! The interior looks really nice and the food is just as good if not, better. Everything tastes freshly made and cooked and you definitely get a bang for your buck here. Service was good too the person taking my order was nice. Definitely stop here if you get a chance!
