The employees are very attentive and have excellent customer service skills and product knowledge. They sell all types of wigs even costume wigs. The wigs were good quality and there is a price range for everybody. I was quickly greeted when I entered. The gentleman that greeted me was very knowledgable. I told him what I wanted and he immediately went and pulled out the wig I bought! Perfect color and style. Genius! That is product knowledge and great listen skills. He exceeded my expectations!I did try on a few other colors because I wanted to see what darker colors would look like. The owner was very accommodating and was more than happy to show me different colors. Her warm and friendly smiles made me feel comfortable. There was no pressure to buy and she didn't try pushing the uber expensive wigs. I will recommend this shop to anyone interested in getting a wig. Thank you so much !!!

I am a professional hairstylist and really find the prices here too high. It's also difficult to find what you may need because there's not a great selection. In my opinion only.

I went here to splurge on some nice extensions. They were pretty busy but a gentleman who worked there was incredibly patient and thorough with me. Even though there was a huge group of women looking for wigs for a Mardi Gras event, he made me feel like the only person in the store. Great quality of extensions and he gave me some helpful tips to putting them in.

I was on a last minute mission for a wig to complete a particular costume and could not have asked for better customer service. When I called to inquire if they had anything that could work for this purpose, Armand not only took the time to search their inventory but also went out of his way and sent me photos of the ones he thought may be a good fit. When I got there after also having checked out other wig stores, I was greeted with the same outstanding customer service that I had experienced over the phone earlier, and there was no pressure buying anything at all. Every customer in the store was granted as much attention and time as needed to try everything on and get a feel for the different looks before making a decision either which way. Great selection of high-quality wigs to boot. Will definitely keep this store in mind for any future wig purchases.

An unassuming but iconic store & I now understand why. Vast selection of anything one could desire related to wigs. And the service is simply outstanding. The owner & her employee (Armand?) seem to know everything there is to know about their products. But it's their helpfulness & patience that truly make them stand out. Armand helped me in my search for the perfect color to match my own hair & he couldn't have been more spot-on. I was thrilled with my purchase & the service I received. I highly recommend this store; it's what makes shopping at small local businesses so superior!

I went there yesterday in search of a wig. The sales person was very good at knowing what would look good on me. I got a high end wig at a decent price and I just love it. I really appreciate her help.

I should have come here sooner! After having a baby, I am experiencing significant hair loss. I decided to try out some wigs, and began ordering online. After purchasing several expensive ($200 +) wigs online, I still didn't feel like I was in love with any of the wigs. I finally decided that I needed to find a store where I could sit down and try on wigs and speak with a professional. The staff at this store did an excellent job answering my questions and suggesting wigs to try on. They even helped to put the wigs on my head and showed me how to adjust them. I was so happy when I left the store that I cried on the way home. The best part is that I walked away with 3 wigs, a wig cap and wig conditioner for $151.00!!!! Thank you Wig World!!!!

The vast selection made it easy to find the perfect wig. The selection, though, was secondary to the service. There were two workers, a man and a woman, who were so very helpful! They were both knowledgeable about styles, brands, care and styling of wigs, which as a recently diagnosed cancer patient is new to me. Neither one made me feel dumb for asking a ton of questions; rather, they patiently answered all of my questions and offered some very helpful information. Wig World was my 3rd wig shop. My only regret was that it wasn't my first stop!

Went in today with my sister who lost her hair due to chemotherapy. Even though the building and parking lot are kind of "rough," we got through with my sister, who is in a wheel chair. Once inside, we were treated very well. The lady who helped her was patient and let her try on wig after wig. She helped her style them to make them look good on her. They didn't try to force the most expensive wigs on her, and even thought a less expensive one was better for her. We are very pleased and recommend others use them. I also appreciate that the gentleman working in there helped me get the wheelchair down the ramp and over the bump at the bottom.
