Very good sushi; not sure why they aren't busier to be honest.Service was decent, pricing was good, the dark space needs a little modernizing but the A/C worked great.Food was as good as we can get in the Bay Area and we actually got the waiter and chef to smile after complimenting their food.The waiter enjoyed hearing our views on a funky nearby restaurant that he had heard of but not tried yet.Will likely return next time we are in New Orleans as it is close by where we stay.

We love coming here, this is our favorite sushi restaurant. The food is the star unlike a lot of the other restaurants in New Orleans that are more of like places to party here you come to eat the good food and service is excellent. It's a very peaceful, clean nice quiet environment. Weekend nights are busy weekdays are peaceful and lunches are really nice. They also deliver or they're available on delivery services. The food is always fresh and uncomplicated very traditional Japanese.

Good sushi spot, really easy to order a pickup order and that's what I did but next time I'd dine in. This is because the atmosphere seemed really nice, but also my fresh mango roll and jalopeno poppers seemed really small, BUT I think that might just be because they were squeezed in those cute to go containers instead of plated. The jalopeno poppers were delicious and more affordable than at a lot of sushi spots, but a small sauce was $1 and there was no option to not get the sauce. Clear soup was bomb. The mango roll (with shrimp tempura and cream cheese) was awesome.

Love the food here it's fresh and simple they also have all the ice cream that we love: Green tea and red bean. The food is excellent the rolls are very authentic tasting which I tend to like and I prefer that to the big overstaffed fancy rolls with too many extras on them. Very good simple food with classic Japanese flair. Also usually pretty tame and quiet except may be late on a Saturday night. Unfortunately they are closed on Sundays.
