Victorian Hall

Pretty reasonable compared to other hall pricing in my area. It was great sitting down to speak with the owner about my daughters up coming birthday party. Overall, pleased with choosing this hall!

Great place, clean, nicely decorated. Mr. Scott was a great help from to beginning to the end of the event. Would use again.

It's rare to find a reception hall that looks elegant and caters toward events like formal birthday parties, sweet 16, baptisms, etc. I have been searching for awhile a venue that can accommodate those type of events for me but at the same time doesn't look like it's in a gymnasium or school cafeteria. This venue creates a good middle ground for events like these. I have had many end of the school year banquets and other semi formal banquets and this place helped cater that for me. I appreciate the extra effort this reception hall does by setting up our tables and chairs or a projector as needed. Big speakers and a sound system are also provided as needed. Which works great since there is a chord that simply connects to my phone for music. Overall a good price for what it has to offer. For simple elegant events.

Had my 1st baby shower here 2 years ago and about to have my 2nd. Mr Tran is extremely nice and helpful. The hall is clean and very spacious.The staff are very professional and friendly. Scott was amazing I highly recommend this venue.

I booked him for a wedding. Rite before it was time COVID-19 happen and we couldnt hold large gatherings. So my family and I decided to cancel. I had already gave him majority of the money and was just waiting for a later date to pay the rest. Thank God I didnt give him all my money. When we called and let him know that because of what's going on we cant hold large gatherings I would like a refund because it's a nation wide shut down. He tells me flat out no he kept my deposit and the extra money I gave home. All he kept saying was I dont have the money to give you. Very bad service. Wouldn't recommend anyone visit that location.

Not worth the money hall is small and very hot. The owner is very rude, he confused my event time with another and when I proved to him he was wrong instead of apologizing he became so rude and nasty with me. Owner doesn't give enough time to set up for your event. The restroom was very old and smelly with no air. There's no central air the hall have portable ac units throughout approximately 3 which does nothing if your having a good time on the dance floor, not to mention the portable ac's are an eye sore.

I've had the pleasure of having my bridal party and my sister's college graduation party at this location. This place is a hidden treasure in Kenner. This place offers assistance in setting up and taking down for your party. Very clean, very nice people and very affordable. They also provide several amenities you may need for your party (they have an awesome sound system). I plan to have my birthday party and my son's high school graduation at this location next year. The only downside is that I wish I would have found this place sooner.

I hosted my 35th birthday party here on August 12, 2017. The bartenders were so rude and so hung up on collecting tips even after they were paid in full for bartending. I paid for an extra hour because I was late getting to the party. At the end of the night I was collecting my leftover items only to find out that they were hiding some of my items. The next day I called the hall because I realized that I'd left 4 cases of water and 4 cases of 24 pack beer at the hall only to have the guy tell me that he brought it home and put it in his fridge because he did'nt hear from me. After speaking with the manager I was told to never call or text again because he would contact police. After paying 750.00 for the hall, 150.00 for an additional hour, 60.00 to the bartender plus tips, this is how I was treated. Please DO NOT HOST YOUR EVENT HERE!!!!!!!SOOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL and their a bunch of inconsiderate THIEVES!!!!!
