Trip over themselves to be helpful some days; roll their eyes at you when you walk in on others.The first time i went in there they were super helpful and informative. They led me to a product i liked and talked me through flavors of e-juice.The next time I went in, they seemed impatient that I didn't already know what I wanted.Third time I went in, I upgraded to a minibox. They put it together for me and filled it for me.The next time I went in, the minibox was leaking and I got a mumbled "probably your o rings". nobody even looked at it.One more round with them and they happily replaced the coil to try and fix the leak - and then let me know - for the first time - that if i needed to swap it out, i needed the receipt I'd thrown away 13 days earlier.And then all but called me a liar when i told them that it hadn't been mentioned to me before.So i'm vaping on an expensive piece of junk until i go buy my next one... somewhere else.

Yep. Nice shop with lots of gear and juice. The staff were 'hip' youngsters (mostly) who were very helpful and knowledgeable with just the right degree of aloofness.They seemed to have tools and machinery for drilling out holes in RBA's and a nice assortment of liquids. Their in-house Vanilla Custard was a win (especially after steeping for a week)! I'll be back next time I'm in town.Their prices are reasonable for a b&m, and for beginners, this is a great place to start.

The staff here are great, except for this one guy i tend to try and avoid, he dresses like Carlton (sorry its the only way i could easily describe him), stay away from him!! I've gone to this place longer than ive noticed him around and when i get stuck with him he constantly talks to you like you dont matter or that he's better than you, muchless looks at you when he speaks. EVERYONE ELSE here does a GREAT job, just one bad apple!On another note, nothing negative to be said about here as ive had many great exp. here, and their juices are pretty good!

Contrary to what others have commented, rudely might I add, these people are great. They are incredibly helpful and willing to work with you. In my experience they are always willing to lend a helping hand and teach you anything you want or need to know about the products they sell. For anyone who really wants to quit smoking I highly recommend coming to Vapors Inn. Their knowledge of products is incredible. They will teach you how to use the device that has been selected. They will help you make the right selection in device and liquid. I have been to other 'vapor' shops and the level of service has always been lacking. I exclusively come here because of their customer service and commitment to making sure you have the right tools for quitting smoking. I recommend them over all the other local shops, highly!

I have been to at least 25-30 vape shops (I travel for work) this one is so great. If patience is a virtue they need a virtue badge at the door. I hung out for a while to kill time and they way they treat their customers is beyond wonderful!They also employee who I have recently learned to be the VAPE MASTER of the south, Matt G.There is no question this man does not know when it comes to vaping or repairing even the most complex vaping gear. Their house line reminds me of a premium line. (I've never said that before, that's for sure)*yelp directions lead me about a mile past the shop. It's pretty much directly across from Bed Bath and Beyond on other side of Clearview.

Vapors Inn has a huge variety of e-cigerettes. I purchased a basic e-cigerette from here and quite smoking. They make their liquid and have a lab that makes their speciality blends. They are located on veterans in a very convenient stripmall. I do think their coils are a little overpriced compared to other vapor stores. Also, they do not have any loyalty program as most other vapor stores do. However, they are open on Sunday which is unique and they have great customer service.

Awesome store where I get all my juice from, they have most popular mods and coils in stock usually and they have great customer service I have never had a problem at this store ever.

I had a bad experience the first couple of times I went in with the sale person not being attentive at all to my needs, however I sent them a PM on Facebook and was answered in few minutes. Was advised to see Vinny or the other owner when I went back.. I did give it a try & I must say that Vinny was extremely helpful , gave me complete attention and answered all my questions.. I ended up getting an entire new system with juice that was right for me. It's a shame but I find that the you younger , other sales people are just attentive if they know you.. Great products & decent juice. just have to train the staff people to be more concerned with each individual customer & not just the ones they want to be. Talked to so many people with same issue.. Feel bad because the owners are really nice people and of course a great product .

Just went into Vapors Inn to replace a pack of coils I bought there last week that were the wrong size. The "Sales Dude" told me they don't do refunds or exchanges, even though I bought these coils with a credit card. Never, ever do business with these idiots. Two different "Sales Dudes" looked at my tank and agreed that the coils they were selling me were the correct ones. Both of these morons were wrong. I cannot express what a stupid, terrible idea it is to shop for vape products at this store. Also, their house juice all tastes like childrens medicine and Republican ideology, mixed in an old bowl that was previously used as a catch basin for chicken shit. Make this place close. Used to be a great vape shop now they have a tiny selection of crap mods no premium liquids and they're house liquids are outrageously priced...they have 60 ml for 40 bucks...you can go down the street and to esmoke vapors and get a huge selection of top of the line mods premium e liquid and you can get a premium for like 25...vapors inns only selling point is their tasty house eliquids but they are gonna go out of business if they don't lower their prices and get better merchandise...they lost me as a customer
