Uptowner Antiques

This antique store has some truly incredible pieces and the restorations they perform are very impressive. The owner has connections with artists all over the world, but also stays connected with his own community here on Magazine St. This is my favorite antique store in the area, even though their inventory was relatively low (which the owner told us) -- quality over quantity.

Worst customer service ever! Guy who runs this shop is a prick. A small table lamp for $1,250 isn't outrageous, however I expect basic customer service, like a "hello" or "how are y'all?" when I'm in a store ready to purchase high end furniture. Don't waste your money at this store.
