I took my kids to watch Paw Patrol Live and didn't have any issues. Parking was easy to find and get into, they had people there directing where to park. There was security to pass and then we were off to scan our access tickets. A few options were offered for snacks and drink. Oh and don't forget keepsakes for the kids! The show started time and the kids really enjoyed it. If they had another show, I would attend it.

We had 3 different sets of seats for three nights of Billy Strings over New Year's Eve weekend. Everyone we talked to agreed there wasn't a bad seat in the house (for that event, at least). Seating is a little snug, but that wasn't too much of an issue for us. Concessions staff and security were friendly and helpful. It was a fantastic time. We used rideshare to and from the venue without much of a hassle. It does get a little messy, just have your wits about ya and you'll be fine lol.

A nice venue for Concerts .. security is weak ?Concessions are extremely slow and they have a tendency to fall short when they are needed at curtain times!

I attended a college basketball game at the UNO Lakefront Arena and was impressed by several things: 1) there was signage in the area that provided directions to the parking, 2) parking was free, and 3) they checked vaccination status. Although masks were required and enforced at the door, no one cared once we got in the actual arena. When the boys' game started, I had to move to a seat at the top to avoid the large maskless crowd. This is a nice arena and I'd love to attend another event here, but hope they can do better on enforcing masks.

First live show in the UNO Lakefront Arena. Drove in from San Antonio to see The 1975 in New Orleans. Parking is only $10 which i felt is really good compared to other venues. Getting in was easy but leaving was a different story. It took a good while before actually getting in an organized line to exit. They had a good amount of consession stands. Lines weren't long at all. I loved the venue. It's one of those that you will have a good view from anywhere you sit. Sound and lighting were good and they have the two large screens on both sides of the stage to get close ups. The only complaint if any that i have is that i noticed a lot of people were in the wrong seats. They kept switcing around when the original ticket holders would show up. There weren't too many workers actually keeping an eye on that. Would definitely see another live show at this venue.

The lines for alcohol are outrageously long and slow, getting in was a mismanaged mess, and getting a cab out of there is hilariously difficult. But it was Halloween! And I saw a great band! I had a good time but yeah, there's room for improvement. It was frigid that night, lows were in the 40's and everyone was shivering in their costumes. We waited for about 20 minutes on a long line only to be told to "go around". Well around and around we go but there are no signs, no people, nothing indicating where "around" is. It's dark and desolate and did I mention freezing? We randomly started following some people up what looked like a parking ramp and other lost people started following us, and luckily this was the right entryway. Lines for alcohol took the entire intermission, and were for the most part just as long even when the band was playing. They open up the beer cans for you so it's hard to order more than one at once too, but there is a way around this if you're savvy. They opened up a cash only bar to speed things up but that line was often just as long as the credit line. Bartenders were struggling but trying to be cheerful. Bathroom lines were also long but women were in good spirits and kept things moving. It's easy to smoke if you need to, outside every seating section is the alcohol and right outside of that is an exit so you always have access to fresh air. I liked the layout. And inside there were very few bad seats. We had general admission tickets so were standing pretty far up top anyway but had great views and the crowd was friendly so it was easy to maneuver around. There was no security I could see in the performance space itself though, given the size of the venue and crowd I would have expected it. The cab situation has been written about extensively, and it's just as bad as people say. We actually walked quite a ways a way from the venue, I'm not sure how long, but throngs of people were doing the same. Chaos. We made friends with some people who had already nailed down a cab and decided to just go where they went and it ended up being an excellent choice, but people all around us were having cabs cancel on them, or not be able to find them, all drunk and freezing.

This is going to be a two tiered review, so strap in.Tier one: Parking- Hey, what is UNO doing with the money they charge to park in their mud/grass lot? I know what they aren't doing. They aren't putting down concrete, so that I don't have to walk in wet grass and across a shell lot in nice heels. I was here for the Harry Connick Jr. show, and naturally, I "brought it". When I "bring it", this usually includes a nice dress and high heels. After waiting in an INSANE and poorly directed line to get into the lot, we were instructed to park in damp, muddy grass. The great irony in all of this is the painstaking lengths I go to to avoid muddy grass in my everyday life. I will walk half a mile around something, even if cutting through muddy grass is a short cut. Then I had to walk across this uneven shell lot, that was probably put down in 1983, and has barely been maintained since. I won't even get into having to walk up a windy ramp in heels, because then I'll just sound like a complainer.Seriously, take some of that $10 per car y'all charge to park and lay down some cement. The high heels of the world will thank you.Tier two: The show itself- After we got in and found our seats, the show was really good. I was impressed with the entire space, the sound quality was great and, although the seating area was a bit cramped, it was tolerable for a few hours. I had a good view of the stage from my seat and we had a good time. The only misstep I could find was when Harry gave a shout out to his 92 year old father in the audience, and the spotlight guy couldn't find him, even though he was standing and waving. Jeesh.I know that UNO Lakefront Arena is mainly a setting for sports and graduations, and I'm not completely sure I'd attend a concert here again. If I do, I'm getting there stupid early so that I don't have to teeter across shells in heels.

This is more about the rideshare drop & pick up area than about the venue itself. We took a rideshare to the arena. No problem. A sandwich board display where the drop off was. Piece of cake. After the Harry Connick Jr. concert, it was a different story. It was a zoo. It was a challenge to locate your rideshare due to the cross traffic of people attempting to drive out of the parking lot.Same pick up area as the drop off, but the cross traffic made it a nightmare. The arena needs to do a better job as rideshare isn't going away.

This arena is the stupidest arena. U enter for a graduation to drop off family member but there's no exit!!! U are basically stuck inside until they finish letting everyone in to park!! Really really stupid!
