Came for a birthday dinner. Reservations were made, so the large party size was expected. It appeared there was only to waitresses. Each table had large parties. It took a long time for our waitress to even take a drink order. Not sure if there was call out from the wait staff or this was the normal staff for the evening.Food - hibachi was ok. It wasn't spectacular and everything taste the same. As of now, not sure I'll be giving this restaurant a second chance.

Just unfortunate. The vegetable roll was the only thing I enjoyed. The rice on both my rolls was flavorless, tasted like no vinegar was added in cooking. Salmon skin tasted like old grease. My miso soup was mostly salt flavored and the tofu in it was inedible; it tasted like musty, stale potato chips. The worst part was how pricey it was... they're selling a Philadelphia roll for $7? Their $10 rolls are the same size as their $5 rolls.

I used to eat here often. I will not be coming ever again. The music was so loud it was hard to hear my husband. It was horrible like I was in a nightclub instead a nice restaurant. I asked them to turn it lower, they did not. It was a miserable experience im very disappointed.

Keep searching. My wife and I ended up here for lunch on Saturday bc Fuji was sadly closed. We had a miso soup, snow crab salad, red dragon roll, tempura roll, and tuna tower. Food and service left A LOT to be desired. We will not be back.

I was very disappointed in my experience at tsubaki. To start off the floors were extremely sticky and felt like they haven't been cleaned in a while. I ordered the hibachi which came with a soup and salad, and my lettuce was yellow. I was also given a plastic spoon to eat my soup that looked like it was bought from Walmart. The food tasted like it had been marinating in a barrel of salt and msg. One positive thing was that the chefs were very engaging with the crowd and created a relationship with them. This is why I would rate Tsubaki a 2/5.

First time there. I got the hibachi chicken that consisted of dried tasteless white chicken chunks with grilled vegetables and rice. No tastes, chicken was so dry it kept getting stuck in my throat. Very over priced at$18. Really for a little dried chicken and rice. Won't be back.
