i give 1 star for parts because it looks abandoned some places you see keychain hats gadgets for the car not here. im watching this place for over 3 years the service crew is excellent but parts section looks old outdated. bad management i wish they could fix that i complained one. but they ignore. dont plan to buy gadget here. they s nothing. except great maintenance crew

If I could give this dealership a zero I would! I called early one morning to speak with someone in service, never made the connection due the rude nature of the receptionist. I thought I'd reached the wrong number and hung up just before I got a late response from her, she sounded as if she was just waking from a deep sleep and "how dare I disturb her nap". Unbelievably, she called me back as if I called her personal phone. How rude, ignorant, and unprofessional. This is not the first time experiencing such an incident of this nature. This place has years of documented, incompetent and unprofessional occurrences of this nature. It's amazing how they are allowed to maintain a big brand/industry name such as Toyota and still exist. I am done trying. There are too many other Toyota dealerships that are much better with customer relations this dealership is not one of them!

I highly recommend Toyota of New Orleans for servicing your Toyota! Kayla is awesome, thank you so much Kayla!! I've been going there since I moved back to New Orleans with my Prius and I'm extremely happy with my service and treatment. They are friendly, trustworthy and fast. They are upfront with costs. They tell you if you need something done or not. Very helpful. I go there for routine maintenance and also when I got a flat tire. They checked to see if they could fix my tire before ordering a new one. Their waiting room has a TV, phone chargers, free assortments of fancy coffees or hot chocolates/vanilla drinks and also old school peanut m&ms and gum machines for a quarter. Comfy chairs. Clean bathrooms. They even washed my car! Great place!

My wait was extremely long for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I feel confused around how all the customers who were in the waiting room after I arrived left with their vehicles before me. I understand services are different from person to person but with a 10:00am appointment for and oil change and tire rotation it feels unreasonable that I didn't leave until we'll after 1:00pm. I checked in with the representative who made my appointment around 11:45 and she said it wouldn't be much longer. I'm a toyota owner really don't like to bring the SUV anywhere else and this place is literally right around the corner. They are normally slow and over priced this time they were very reasonable and service didn't take 8 hours. I thought they did a great job and I would wish that each visit was as lovely as this one.

Worst experience since buying my car brand new at this dedealership. Started with one service team member telling me to my face that I did not buy my vehicle there nor did I have a warranty. Funny because I bought it there, brand new. Recently my experience was even worse as the service department, along with the service dept. Manager were running a fraudulent scam. They were using the warranties that I (along with others) paid for and servicing other people vehicles with said warranty. Then, treated me awful even though I am the one who brought it to their attention. They not only did not fire the service department manager, whom lied to me on the phone and sent me a fake service request RO (ticket) that he made up. And yet still said man named Travis called me threatening to sue me for telling the truth. So i suggest you go to Lakeside Toyota and maybe they will treat you like the paying customer you are.

Before I start one Star is the least I can do. I would give no stars but they don't have that option. Worst customer service. I have a 2017 Toyota Corolla SE and driver window got smashed and needed to get it replaced, I bought my car from this Dealership so I figured I'd go back here to get service. Dropped it off Monday April 2nd and was told that it will be ready tomorrow April 3rd because they had to order a window. First off how you going to be a Toyota authorized dealer and not have the window in stock. I don't care that it's a special window because it has the lane departure tracking on it and needs to be calibrated, sounds like something y'all should always have in stock. Secondly it's going on Tuesday evening and still haven't received a call back or any update, so I called and Robert said they ordered the wrong window and had to order the new one so it will take another day. I asked why I didn't get a phone call and Robert said I called you Mr. Cruz and you didn't answer, apparently I'm stupid and don't have call log because I can post my recent calls and every call is me calling Robert and not vice versa. The service dept is very lousy and even when you have an appointment everything takes hours to get done! WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! No one seems to care. Save your money and go to Toyota Slidell. It's a trip but im sure the care is way better. This dealership don't seem to care for your time or at least give you a phone call to let you know why it's taking so long. WORST LOCATION EVER FOR SERVICING. Robert just called me on April 6th Friday mind you my car has been sitting there since Monday the 2nd. Robert said my car is fixed and ready so upon arriving to the dealership on Friday my car had a piss poor job done. The broken windows from before still had pieces all in the door and you can hear them when opening and closing the door, then they did an in-house job didn't even go thru professionals and scratched all my door panel up with gashes from the removing the broken window out and I told Robert that I refuse to take this car this was the service dept fault and this is bull s**t and he was like no worries Mr.Cruz I got you let's go get you a rental and get this fixed. So Robert calls me Monday April 9th from (504) 402-3659 and tells me to make an insurance claim because they not fixing it and the way the scratches look it was the windows fault when it broke and fell on the side. So of course I started using profanity in the situation, I mean come on I'm paying 25k for a brand new 2017 Corolla SE hell yeah I'm going to be upset. So I was cursing at the situation and not at Robert but apparently Robert must think that I was stupid and I wasn't going to speak up ha. So I started going off saying hell no this isn't my fault and I shouldn't have to fix it and Robert was saying well you need to calm down because I'm helping you the best I can and apparently that wasn't good enough, took a week to fix my window because y'all were too incompetent to order the first window so y'all had to reorder without giving me a heads up leaving my car there an extra few days and then come to find out Friday y'all did an even worse piss poor job than before scratching all my door panel up and leaving the broken glass inside the door itself still and then telling me that I have to pay for the rental y'all had to give me because you can't do your job efficiently enough. WORST PLACE EVER TO DO BUSINESS! ROBERT IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS INCOMPETENT AND SO IS THAT ENTIRE DEPARTMENT. I guess I have to call BBB

I've had my vehicle serviced at this location a few times now and have always been impressed with the professionalism and efficiency in all of the service department personnel - the service reps, parts department, cashier, and management. Willy and his team did a great job with my car! Just got an oil change, a multi point inspection, and it turned out that my car need air filter changed and a tune up. My car got a car wash as well which I didn't expect:))) My AC gets much cooler so quickly now. Thanks a lot for your service!
