We went for the NPR Tiny Desk Contest. When you first walk into the place, there's a very cute bar area. A short walk up a few stairs and then you're in the theater area. The space is a nice size for an intimate experience with the performance. I didn't feel cramped in there and I didn't feel like it was too much space. It was comfortable and the setting/mood was very chill. I'd definitely return for more show!

The Preservation Hall band had the place rocking. Ticketing is easy. They provided good instructions on how the seating works. The ticket taker gave us good hints about where to sit with the best view. And they helped us know the quickest way to exit after the show. So the service is excellent. The drinks are okay not the best Sezerac.

This is a cute little stop on our way to Boubon. Stopped to get away from the heat and to use the restroom but ended up plotting out where we'd go next and grabbed a drink here. The decor is awesome, it's a sweet little gothic style theatre which I loved. Haunted Mansion vibes for sure, it would be cool to host a Halloween party here. Definitely a neat place to check out off close to Bourbon St.

After a morning-afternoon of cycling from FQ to City Park (and around), I wanted a place to sit, enjoy a cool beverage, and talk or watch people. All of my wishes were granted. Jennifer was our bartender and poured good refreshing drinks, kept our watered topped off, and recommended the show tonight. Bought tickets while at the bar. Thanks for a lovely afternoon & I'm looking forward to the show tonight!

Came here for a late Friday night concert (Nick Shoulders). It's a small venue, but really well put together. We were greeted outside the front door to check for proof of vaccinations. Inside the doors, there are a couple tables and chairs, and the first bar. There are also small restrooms (two stalls). Then you get your tickets checked and head into the main theater space. They have a second bar in there, a mezzanine level (which was closed that night), and mostly an open and intimate space to enjoy the show.Everyone there was very friendly, and the bartenders were great! There was never really a line, and they kept everyone happy. It's a cute venue in the heart of the French Quarter, and it was great to see a show there.Parking in the area can be expensive, but if you use SpotHero or some other parking app, you can find the less expensive ones in the Quarter. If you're willing to walk a couple blocks, you'll definitely find more affordable spots.

Local lady here, this is a Wonderful lil gem. Yesterday went last minute, and I was able to watch the end of a burlesque show. Also, since the show had only 20 minutes left, they gave me half off on my ticket, so cool. The house cocktail drink was just as the bartender described, smokey yum.Thos host was hilarious and I left with a much uplifting experience. I will be back yall.

One of the great music venues in New Orleans. This is going to be a regular location for me to listen to local music. I love the bar and they have some seating which I like. Been to two shows here since they have opened, cant wait for the next one.

We came for late night drinks while karaoke was going on with a live band. Great time with great vibes. One of the bartenders did Killing in the Name and slayed.

Always a fun time. This is not a tourist hole and a place that enjoys jazz music. The staff is always amazing

What a super cool venue. Another place on my list of little nooks around town that I hadn't heard of. My friend was back home visiting and invited me to a Tank and the Bangas concert here and I absolutely love them so I jumped at the opportunity. Upon arrival you walk into what appears to be a just a really cool bar, but the double doors open up to the larger event space. It's intimate without being cramped, and situated in a way where there's no bad view (it is standing room only). There was also another bar in the event space so you didn't have to leave from where the action was happening to get a refill. They also had a water station set up which I thought was really smart so you could grab a glass without having to wait during the show. The staff and bartenders were are all incredibly nice as well (Shoutout to Logan and the pineapple daiquiris he made us!). It's located in the Quarter, so the parking situation isn't ideal--if you can get dropped off, I would for sure recommend it. I lucked up and found a spot, but for a Sunday it was a lot harder than I feel like it should have been. The show itself was fantastic (I mean, duh. It's TATB), but a bad venue can easily turn your experience sour. The sound quality was great, the temperature inside was comfortable the entire time, restrooms easily accessible. No complaints. I'd for sure come to another show here.
