Really friendly bartender
Fake book wall opens up to the bathroom. Thought it was cool and cute.

Nice little hole in the wall bar in the middle of the French Quarter has a secret bookshelf to open the bathroom doors. barrel chested big bearded bartenders. Couple of slot machines in the corner and dammit if you can't take all your drinks to go walk around New Orleans with a drink in your hand nothing like Tampa that's for sure. I think I saw a pool table and there were some regulars in there it's a cool vibe, but I definitely go there if you're looking for some cheap drinks ' cause everywhere else else is tourist as fuck.

Went to Toulouse on 1/17 in the afternoon as it was recommended as a metal bar with a pool table. Paid to play metal songs available in the classic jukebox only to have the bartender skip all of them because I was "killing the vibe." Pool sticks were jenky & need replaced. Won't return.

Sergio was the best bar tender! Such a cool, unique bar! Off bourbon street by a few feet. Bathrooms are a must to see!

Eleanor was a great bartender we popped in for the first time ever she gave us great service and she wasn't feeling well but was still a sweetheart and it was like two in the morning couple shots and a beer was like 15 bucks highly recommend this place

Has a wall of skulls and a cool bookshelf door. Such cool decor and had Guinness on tap! Definitely a must visit in the French Quarter.

Best rock jukebox in the city. Looks like windows 98 but it's packed with albums of any rock band you can think of. It houses a pool table which is a nice break from bourbon St. Bartenders are engaged and snarky. Leave your soft side outside.

It might be divey but it's clean, the bartenders are good and friendly and the drinks are cheap (at least for this PNW babe!) Definitely be back for those $5 Stella bottles. It is deceptively divey from outside but a nice local joint on the inside. Good service, cheap drinks and good location. Check it out on your NOLA and Bourbon Street adventures. Hope to get more photos of the inside. We were more interested in hanging out with people!!!

The bartender was a young girl with curly hair and was completely hammered. We asked for two beers and a Malibu pineapple and she asked what shots we wanted. She couldn't even comprehend our order. Her friend had to coach her on making a Malibu and Pineapple, because she made a margarita instead the first time. She was horrible! If I could give this chick a zero I would.

To us, this was your basic dive bar with a bartender that didn't want to be there. She served us drinks and all that but was definitely not friendly and welcoming. She probably got the vibe that we were tourists and didn't want anything to be a part of it. They did have a pool table but we just weren't enticed to stay. A one and done for us.
