LOVE this place. Don't be deceived by the exterior looks as the inside of Total Wine is amazing and so beautiful. Great selection of options in the store for your wine, spirits, and more. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful all around. They often have tastings so great way to explore and learn about new wines.My only con - I've been here three times now and there's always a line at the register..they could open another when it's busy as other staff members are around.

I love this place! The folks are friendly and it seems like a joyous amusement park for drunkards lol. Just kidding, well sort of. They do; however, have an extremely large inventory of all types of liquors, beers, and wines both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.I became a member because my doctor told me that red wine was good for me...and you know we must ALWAYS follow the doctor's orders LOL!!!

Looking for a bottle of bourbon whiskey that has been elusive so far. Called Total Wine and was informed that they had a few bottles left so I hustled over from Downtown to Metairie. Wasn't very busy so grabbed a cart and found what I was looking for as well as another bottle that was recommended by the helpful staff. Mission accomplished and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended when visiting New Orleans.

Why shop for booze anywhere else?! This place is a glorious alcohol haven that feeds my covid19, quarantined soul! Yeah I know..I wont lose any weight if I keep drinking BUT my vice could always be worst. This place has every type of spirit imaginable. I appreciate that the aisles are labeled because you could easily spend quite a bit of time searching around. They also have snacks, soft drinks, water, and all sorts of things for the novice or avid drinker. Plenty of free parking and a self sanitizing station near the entrance for hands and shopping carts. They also offer a rewards program..free to sign up. There are free alcohol tastings too...not sure what days or how often. Prices to accommodate every budget without sacrificing quality. While I do always try to support our local businesses, this place just has so many options for reasonable prices.

I have heard this place referred to as the "walmart of wine" and I would have to agree, minus the unsavory characters, there is a great selection, and amazing prices. It is in the building on Veterans Blvd where the Best Buy was between Severn and Cleary. They have a huge selection of not only wine, but every liquor you can think of, beers, ciders, canned beverages of all varieties.We have been here a few times since it opened in the spring. They offer a frequent buyer program and there are sales in addition to the great prices. There are always folks milling about to ask questions and advice of, the cashiers have always been very nice. Good experience overall.

My friend recommended this place to me and I'm mad I didn't go sooner. This place meets all your spirit needs. From liquor, to beer, to wine, to garnishes, this place has it all. Not only do they have all your alcohol needs, they have very knowledge employees. I was shocked to see them giving out samples during COVID, but that didn't stop me from trying them lol. I tried 2 samples of red wine and ended up buying both. Prices are very reasonable

Located in the old Best Buy building in Metairie, LA one can already expect a spacious interior and immediate upon entering into the building I was overly impressed with how well put together everything was. Such a great job was done with the use of the space. It's almost like you been transported to another country. You're in wine heaven! Everything is so organized and laid out sooo perfectly to the point you are not overwhelmed and literally have to worry about not knowing where to look as they have more than enough staff walking around any given moment that usually in passing ask, "Are you finding everything ok" or "Can I be of any assistance?" Soooo impressive, it's like the service of Trader Joe's, however it's all about wine. Anyone looking to host a private event should check out their private room in the back and also go check out their various wine tastings

Love this place! It's the true DisneyLand for adults! The staff at this place is always so helpful and it's crazy how much knowledge they have of their products! We always walk out with a box and some cigars no matter how much we try to say "we're only getting two bottles of wine." If you're having a hard time find something look here they always have the random stuff we've seen in TikTok videos and FYI the app gives you that items exact location in the store!! I don't drink enough for how much I love going here!
