Been there twice this week.I had front wheel and tire stolen off my vehicle and got a wheel from pull a part.They were able to mount new tire I purchased through them on a Saturday early in the morning with no wait, they had great attention and great customer service. Thanks to Shane and his crew they were happy to help me with a smile.The wheel didn't fit my car so I had to order the correct wheel for my car.I took the new wheel back and explained I purchased the tire last Saturday and Shane helped me. At first they said they could do it first thing in the morning. Then once the mechanic saw I just wanted to switch tire to other rim, he could do that right the. No problem.15 minutes later I was finished thanks I didn't get there names but Sept 12th 2023 at 2pm this crew was amazing and had the best attitude, you have earned a loyal customer and word of mouth advertising for life. ThanksAlsoThey offered each time to let them unload and load my wheels and tires.Probably safer but it was a great to have them offer.

Wonderful service! The work was done quickly and the price was fair. I am very happy with the experience and will use Tire Choice in the future.

I have been my vehicles to TT for years. Everyone is professional and Awesome! Matthew is the BEST! Hope he never retires!! All the guys are great and I would never bring my vehicles to anyone else.

We have used this place several times for tire repair both on vehicle tires and boat trailer tires. Every time we have stopped in they were able to get to our repair almost immediately. They're also reasonably priced and provide good workmanship.

I've been bringing my cars here for about two years. The customer service is great and every service is exceptional. At first, the manager seemed too serious, but he's very funny. Good customer service is hard to find, but I'm confident I'll get it here.

Bought new tires, and they broke my struts in the process. And refuse to be accountable for ruining. Very disappointed in this biz. Strongly don't recommend

This place is terrible. I came here to get new tires on my 2019 VW Atlas as I was going on a family vacation to Florida. My front tires were worn and I wanted my family to be safe. I came here the day before we left. John, the assistant Store manager seemed really nice. He told me that they didn't have my size tires in stock and also that I needed an allignment. I went to Walmart for the tires and came back to tire choice for an allignment. As I drove off my car was slightly pulling to the right. I never paid too much attention to how my allignment was prior to this service. so I wasn't sure if I was just being paranoid And picky. This issue only got worse over the two weeks. my steering wheel is now crooked to the right. I called the store back and spoke to John. This time he was not the friendliest. He asked me why I did't call sooner and told me that something must have happened between now and the service. I told him don't you dare put your stores bad job and service on me. I drive carefully and have a new car. Also I have a 90 day warranty on my service. It's only been 2 weeks.He then asked me questions about my schedule to see when I can come back. I told him I work at the times that they are open and that I came there while I was off work for a vacation. we arranged for me to come in at 8AM to get it fixed on the 4th of July..I am here now typing this review. I got here at 7:30 and stood at the door until they opeNed. when they opened the man who claimed to be the store manager Max or Mack was like "why didn't you bring it in sooner". I explained to him in a loud tone that I was not going to play the why me or I did anything game with him. My allignment comes with a 90 day warranty and it's only been two weeks. y'all are going to fix my car and that's that. He then screamed at me loud and rudely and said that he was going to talk to me the same way that I talked to him. And that I can take my car somewhere else. And let me tell you this guy was talking to me way worse than I was to him. He was out right holleriing at me In front of urgent customers. I have a right to Be upset. this place messed up my car and charged me for it. You do not have a right to scream at me. He then shoved my receipt back towards me and I shoved it back towards him and told him to fix my car. I then had a seat and he told me I was going to have to wait because they had other appointments. I was there at 7:30 and the first one there standing at door literally I stood at the door before they opened and I made my apt for 8. I waited 40 minutes after I was let in the building and had this altercation with the rude manager for them to tell me that if I wasn't satisfied with my car that I can get a refund. I got my refund and my car is still jacked up. :( I am so upset.

This place is the best if you need tires or repairs. My husband took his truck in to have his brakes checked. They are reliable, fair, and honest. They even rotated his tires for no charge. I definitely recommend this place.

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT service. I had made an appt to have my tires changed and I was dropping my car off the night before. I went to the wrong location, but they took my car anyway and drove it the next morning to the correct store. I will always use them for my tire needs.

It only took one time for me to go to these guys... a couple of years back, to continue to return to them. I have always had nothing but the Best service, as well as Understanding. Recently I took not just One Vehicle to them, BUT THREE In One Week All for New Tires and One Alignment. On the last vehicle ( for tires) an unforeseen issue happened. It only took a matter of a few quick minutes and discussion before it was resolved. I Will ALWAYS Bring my Tire Needs and Alignments To THIS TEAM! THANKS GUYS! TRULY APPRECIATE YOU!
