Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I would rate this company less than zero but I can't do that. I blew a tire on 8/26/22 and booked an appointment the next day 8/27/22. I arrived on time and was told they are "short staffed" and had only 1 tech working My vehicle would not be looked at that day at all and the appointment was for 11am. I left that day. Fast forward to 9/28/22, I booked yet another unfortunate appointment with these people. I showed up on time just like last time and told them I needed to wait for the car. They told me again they are short staffed and had only 1 tech working that day. They said it would be at least an hour before they could "maybe" look at my car. I guess they are first come first serve and DO NOT HONOR APPOINTMENTS. Really after a MONTH you couldn't hire ANYBODY? I'm taking my car somewhere else because I've been on the "donut" for over a month. I have an "appointment" maybe they will actually honor their appointments.

Love the crew at Scotty'sThey work hard at getting the job done right.I use them when I fly in and out of the city because they are close to the airport.Also their waiting area is great.Clean location, great people!

I moved out of this neighborhood and I still take my car to Mr Scotty. His team is very knowledgeable and I never wait long. Ney and Karla are always happy to help at the counter. Highly recommend

I have know Scotty for a few years now, and would consider him family. He treats everyone he knows as family, and I have seen him grow his business into a great customer service business. I would use Scotty anytime!

Manager was very unfriendly. Will not be going back just for that reason. Complete turnoff. Learn how to treat your customers buddy. And smile. I even paid more for my tires there and after that experience I will not be going back.

Not sure how Tire Choice responds to basic tire and brake work but MY experience on an engine replacement part was horrifying. Firstly, I was charged for a diagnostic on a problem both TC and I knew existed. The riddle was finding if the problem was hose related or a component. I was charged nearly $100 for TC investigation. The problem was found within five minutes at the mechanic I eventually had repair the car. But during TCs initial hood check I had two misc diagnostics charges which when questioned TC could not explain what they were. That does not seem responsible. Secondly, the repair estimate was astronomical with charges on hoses they said needed to be replaced. The mechanics comments of dry rotting was incorrect, my mechanic who repaired the problem said they were fine. I considered TCs labor/part replacement an incredible needless up-charge. TC labor cost to replace each hose (two easy connections) was criminal, I knew reviewing the estimate I was going to bow out. I brought the cost to TCs attention and they rambled on about access difficulty. Google has the pricing at a third of their estimate. I felt confident in my decision to drive away. Overall, I didn't feel confident in the TC group to do the repairs so I left and found another mechanic which completed the job at a third of the price. Maybe tires and brakes are TC speciality, who knows, but I won't be considering them for engine repairs and will protect my friends and family FROM WHAT I consider predator pricing.

Went for oil change and check all for road trip.they New Jersey. In Tenn oil light came on at 5:00 PM pouring rain. Luckily found a car repair open. They left oil cap had oil all over engine. Had to fill up with oil again. Called them to let them know. They were not very concerned. Upon return home went to them, they were not at all apologetic. The customer service was lacking with a could care less attitude. Will never go back. When it was Scotty's was much better

I'm sure this is a waste of time leaving a negative review.. being that this business deletes and hides all negative reviews and only shows the very scarce good reviews. But for what it's worth... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS. They are extremely unprofessional, over charged us for breaks and ended up with 5 other problems that we did not experience before putting our car in their hands. When confronted they called us a liar and said we damaged our own car. Upon reading their "not recommended review section" I found many other reviews saying the exact same thing we experienced. Some guy even had to take them to court and after spending much more time and money finally won his case and was rewarded $5000. Biggest waste of time and money and now leaving with a damaged car. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere- anywhere else.

I am very pleased with the overall service and very knowledgeable staff at this location, i will defiantly be back and also my family will as well.thank you again for all of your service.
